The national shrine convention was held on the 5th floor of Keio Plaza Hotel, a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku West Exit. This venue seems like a place where celebrities might have their weddings. It can accommodate 500 seated guests for dining. The food and service were excellent. Thank you for the meal. D-Works uniform.

I attended a cocktail party for work. The event was from 5pm to 7pm. The food was catered and served buffet-style, with a variety of Western and Chinese dishes, around 15 in total. The drink options at the bar counter were plentiful, including draft beer, wine, shochu, whiskey, and more. The service was top-notch, with staff clearing plates at just the right moment. The view from the 43rd floor at dusk was beautiful. Delicious.

Room service for accommodation ☺︎ was available on weekends and the reservation process was smooth. I ordered a lot of food including pasta, fried chicken, teriyaki bowl, steak, Caesar salad, etc. Everything was delicious, but especially the pasta, salad, and steak stood out. All the dishes had generous portions and were satisfyingly tasty. The fried chicken was good, but the potato side was even better. I ate the food as soon as it arrived and while it wasn't too tough, there was a slight firmness to it. The teriyaki dish was quite sweet, so it might be a matter of personal preference. Overall, the quality of the room service food was satisfying and the private dining experience was well-maintained. While the cost performance may not be exceptional, considering the portion sizes and the fact that it's hotel dining, it's definitely worth it.

I visited a buffet. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the Caesar salad. It was my first time seeing a live demonstration of ice crepes. They also listen to your whims for the live demonstration noodles. You can ask for a small portion or extra cilantro, etc. The coffee made by the machine is also delicious. The accompanying sugar is low in calories.

The meal was disappointing. The courses looked impressive, but none of them were particularly delicious. The meat lacked flavor. I wonder if the sauces were not right? It wasn't bad, but I was disappointed considering the appearance and price. The bread was also dry. The grandeur and atmosphere of the hotel are wonderful. I think the service is good. It's just the food that was disappointing.

We had our wedding at this hotel, and we decided to stay in the Club Floor premium grand room by booking the Club Floor accommodation plan that we had stayed in a few years ago and loved. The plan includes morning buffet, tea time, bar time, and night time, each offering a different type of free-flow experience. The highlight is the bar time, where you can enjoy a two-hour buffet of appetizers, light snacks, fruits, soft drinks, cocktails, whiskey, and more. The bartender makes delicious highballs and cocktails on demand. They even offer Dassai sake in mini bottles for unlimited drinks! The lounge on the high floor offers a spectacular view of the sunset over the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and Mount Fuji, making for a truly elegant and enjoyable experience. This plan has become our favorite, and we want to use it regularly.

The menu for the day included lobster, salmon and scallop chowder, double grilled flounder, and beef fillet steak. For dessert, there was strawberry and white chocolate mousse. The highball whiskey used was Taketsuru. All the dishes were delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I attend dinner shows about twice a year. This time it was Chinese cuisine, and last time it was French. The dishes are served in large plates but they bring them to your table for sharing. The flavors are suitable for both young children and elderly people. The portion size was generous. ❤️

After about three years, this time it was a seated party with partitions due to the current situation. There were nearly 300 people at the social gathering, enjoying a French course meal with appetizers, soup, fish, meat, and dessert in a traditional style. You could have one extra serving of bread, and coffee was served after the meal. Overall, it was a pretty standard experience.

I used the plan with afternoon tea included and enjoyed it on the 3rd floor duet in the lobby. I was able to enjoy a fabulous atmosphere that I don't usually experience while having delicious tea and sweets. Overall, the sweetness was moderate, and there were many types of tea, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely meal. Sweets: The sweets mainly featured tropical fruits with a moderate level of sweetness, and I could easily finish them all. The soup, light snacks, sweets, and scones were all delicious, and I could leave the shop without feeling uncomfortably full. Particularly delicious were the caprese, mango chunks, and mango pudding. The caprese used mini tomatoes that were sweet and very delicious. The combination of basil pesto and cheese was perfect, and I could eat it every day (laughs). The mango chunks had a subtle acidity and the aroma of white wine, creating an adult-like dish. The mango pudding with lime sauce had a sourness to it and was easy to finish. Tea: They offer about 30 types of tea, including black tea, Japanese tea, herbal tea, flavored tea, and decaf. Each cup was served individually, so I could enjoy a wide variety. Particularly delicious were the Tsugaru apple Japanese tea and the peach apricot herbal tea. The Tsugaru apple Japanese tea had the taste of Japanese tea but the aroma of apples, creating a unique sensation. I was also very happy that the staff took a photo for me. It became an unforgettable memory. Definitely recommend it for a special occasion.

I visited during the early afternoon on a weekday. It was relatively quiet as it was between lunch and tea time. I had a peach parfait, which was filled with plenty of peaches and very satisfying. It was not too sweet and very delicious. They provided a thin spoon, so I could eat it cleanly until the end. The delicious coffee was refillable, so I ended up wanting to stay longer. As it is a cafe in a hotel, the service was very polite, and I was able to have a luxurious time.

I was invited to a lunch event on May 21, 2022. It was just a meal, but I knew the price in advance, so I will give my honest evaluation. I visited a joint event with a certain jewelry maker at Isetan. It included lunch and drinks, so I happily went. After looking around, it was time for lunch. What's on the menu today? It's French cuisine. We started with a toast with champagne. The first course, or appetizer, was a salmon trout and snow crab pressé with saffron cream and jewel decoration. It looked beautiful, but the salmon was a bit fishy. The soup, a white asparagus cream soup with herbs and bacon, was the only decent dish. It was delicious. The main course, beef tenderloin roast with Dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a red wine sauce, was terrible. The meat was tough and the sauce was bad. The dessert, passion fruit and coconut mousse with tangy pineapple sorbet and juice, was average. It seems that the fish and meat dishes were not good. The service staff was excellent, which is why I rated it 3.3 overall. If it was based on taste alone, I would give it 3 points. This wouldn't be a good place for a business meeting. In the end, I didn't buy anything at the event. That's all.

When it comes to working away from home, bento lunches are a must. Yesterday, I had a delicious bento from Keio Plaza Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku. It's great to have a variety of tasty dishes in one meal. It's been two years since I last visited Keio Plaza Hotel, a place I truly love for many reasons. This time, I also stayed overnight and had some wonderful surprises. It was a fantastic working trip. #EdoGourmet

Unfortunately, alcohol was not available in the club lounge during my stay, but I was able to enjoy a 30-hour stay at a great deal. The room included access to the club lounge, breakfast through room service, and check-in/check-out times between 8:00 and 18:00, allowing for a maximum stay of 30 hours. The best part was the 5,000 yen voucher per person for in-house use, which made the weekend stay cost around 35,000 yen. The coffee machine in the club lounge was available for drinks to take back to the room, and overall, I had a very satisfying and enjoyable experience at Keio Plaza Hotel. The breakfast at Nanen was delicious. Thank you for a great time.

Accommodation experience + breakfast review. I stayed with my husband (at the time he was my boyfriend). We used the Häagen-Dazs all-you-can-eat accommodation plan that was a hot topic at the time. The access was perfect, right in front of Shinjuku, and the view of Shinjuku, which I initially thought was nothing special, turned out to be surprisingly nice with a different atmosphere. You can enjoy light snacks in the lounge on the upper floor. Architectural enthusiasts should definitely check out the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building designed by Kenzo Tange (laughs). We had to give up on the pool due to rain. The room had a spacious bath and large windows, creating an open atmosphere. Breakfast was served through room service. It was nice to relax by the window while eating. I would like to stay here again for another occasion.

I used it for a lunch buffet. Every dish was delicious without any flaws, and I truly enjoyed it as expected from a hotel buffet. The freshly fried tempura and roast beef were excellent, and the salad bar was so good that I ended up going back for seconds multiple times.

When you can't travel freely, going to a hotel seems like the best option. You can experience a sense of escape and relax comfortably. I visited the Sky Lounge at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku for the first time, and it was really nice. Located on the 45th floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Shinjuku through the large windows. The staff at the hotel were polite and attentive. They were offering a Strawberry Fair in February, and I tried the Strawberry x Valentine Afternoon Tea for ¥5000. It's only available on Saturdays at the Sky Lounge, so be aware that on other days it's served at the Art Lounge. The afternoon tea menu was elaborate and everything was delicious. The sweets included strawberry jelly, tart macarons, fraisier, and roll cake. The savory items like sandwiches, hamburgers, pintxos, and rice croquettes were surprisingly tasty as well. It was a 3-hour session where you could relax and enjoy unlimited tea refills. The Strawberry Afternoon Tea is a reservation-only menu available until February 28th.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic when events are hard to come by, I discovered a Stay & Dining plan at Keio Plaza Hotel where I had my wedding. The plan allows for exclusive use of a room transformed into a private dining space on the same floor as the accommodation, with a stay in the Premium Grand room on a high floor and access to the Club Lounge on the 45th floor. It's a perfect plan for celebrating a wedding anniversary during the pandemic. The dinner took place in the Club Lounge on the 45th floor, where I may have indulged a bit too much in wine and whiskey. The staff eventually escorted us to the private dining room in our room, which had been elegantly set up for the occasion. Each course was presented beautifully with silver covers that were lifted to reveal the exquisite dishes. The attentive staff provided explanations of the wine and dishes, maintaining a perfect balance of service. It was a truly luxurious and wonderful anniversary dinner experience.

I attended a lunch seminar at Keio Plaza Hotel. For lunch, I had the Matsukado bento box. In the morning, I also had Matsukado at another hotel for a morning seminar. Since the hotels are different, I didn't get tired of it, but both the morning and lunch meals were quite filling. This was my first time having Matsukado here. The seasoning of the meat, grilled seafood, and simmered vegetables were all delicious. The rice portion could be a bit smaller. The service was excellent, as expected from hotel staff.
