A fugu specialty restaurant opened in Osaka Sayama City on November 20, 2022 ♡ The interior of the restaurant is brand new and sparkling ☆彡 Each table is separated by walls, creating a semi-private space that is spacious and comfortable ♡ There is a live fish tank with many fugu swimming around <゜)))彡 You can enjoy delicious tetchiri hot pot cooked on a T-fal IH built-in table (﹡ˆᴗˆ﹡) The items we ordered were: ✱ Appetizer - ¥400 ✱ Swimming tessa (fugu sashimi) - ¥2,560 (for 2 people) ✱ Fugu shabu-shabu - ¥1,980 ✱ Chiri vegetables - ¥580 ✱ Fugu shirako (milt) - ¥1,850 ✱ Fugu karaage (deep-fried fugu) - ¥1,780 ✱ Fugu sushi - ¥780 ✱ Beer - ¥580 The appetizer was fugu carpaccio, which we enjoyed with beer ╰( ^o^)╮=͟͟͞͞◒ It was so delicious that I jumped with joy (lol) The fugu shabu-shabu came with a collagen-rich addition as a service. It was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good.

The restaurant seems new as it just opened, so while the service was good, they still need to work on the timing of the dishes. The food was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal.
