This was my first visit. The wine was Domaine Drouhin. The price was great. The Champagne was fantastic. I didn't hesitate to order it, despite it not being very cheap. For the food, we ordered a la carte starting with soup. The white asparagus had an elegant flavor. The spring rolls and beef had a refined taste. The hormone miso stew was also refreshing. The grilled vegetables and salad were delicious. We had Ichibo and Tomosankaku, each 200 grams. The fat was clean and the meat was tender. However, the saltiness could have been a bit more restrained. It was fine to enjoy Champagne up to this point. The meat with a light fat was delicious. We finished with Bolognese. Thank you for the meal. We will definitely visit again. Also, the Burgundy menu is amazing. It's clear that the chef loves Burgundy. For those who love Burgundy, this is a highly recommended restaurant.

First visit. A teppanyaki restaurant in Yakuin. The meat is very fresh because they have their own butcher shop. The owner also has a lot of expertise in grilling and explained it in detail. I learned a lot from the owner's knowledge. It was delicious.

This time, I visited Samejima Seikinoten in Yakuin. They opened in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and with few reviews, I was a bit unsure, but it turned out to be a great choice. Exterior: Located in a residential area deep in Yakuin, the storefront is visible from the street. However, the meat showcase is not facing the street, so at first glance, it's too stylish to tell what kind of shop it is. Interior: The interior is beautifully clean with a central iron plate illuminated by spotlights, creating a stage-like atmosphere. The seating area is surrounded by a counter in a 'C' shape. The restaurant has a moody ambiance with each table lit by a spotlight. The menu is currently à la carte, offering a balanced selection without overwhelming choices. Cooking: The chef cooks the meat in the center, grilling it by hand. We ordered 200 grams of lean meat each and found it easy to eat. The owner explained that the meat's fat content depends on how it's raised, with some producers using methods that result in heavier fat. Samejima Seikinoten sources meat from trusted producers who prioritize appropriate feeding and growth periods, resulting in a light and enjoyable fat content. I highly recommend experiencing the sensation of the meat's fat melting in your mouth. I would love to revisit this restaurant.

On Christmas Eve, I wanted to eat something delicious, so I went to this place that is hard to describe. It's easy to find once you get close. There is a unique butcher shop in the front and a restaurant in the back. Inside, there is a counter surrounding the grill area. The slightly dim interior is stylish and very cool. I requested the 15,000 yen course to thoroughly enjoy the meat. The dishes included an amuse-bouche, appetizer, meat, main course, and dessert, all of which were delicious. The meat, in particular, was incredibly tasty. Overall, it may be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the quality. I will definitely come back for the meat!
