Nowadays, "Gusto" has become completely like a copy of Saizeriya. Sponsored by a drink, the other day there was a cheer dance presentation by my second daughter, but my wife had plans to go to the gym at night, so we were wondering what to do for dinner. Then my wife suggested using the Jeff Gourmet Card she had. We looked at the brochure attached, which listed the list of affiliated stores where the card could be used, and after researching various options, we found that there weren't many places that seemed enjoyable for the kids and reasonably priced. So, after eliminating other options, we decided to go to "Gusto" which was listed at the top of the list. It's been a while since we went to a family restaurant, and the usual patterns are Saizeriya, Kura Sushi, and Sushiro. So, we were surprised to see that the menu at Gusto was very similar to Saizeriya. It seems like they are clearly targeting Saizeriya's customers. Therefore, the dishes we ordered were almost the same as Saizeriya's. Firstly, for myself, I ordered a decanter of red wine. It was 500cc for 399 yen, which was almost the same as Saizeriya in terms of quantity and price. Then, we had sautéed spinach and bacon, which I felt like I had seen before. The highlight was the Milan-style doria. It was exactly the same as it is. A mountain of french fries. This is something Saizeriya doesn't have. In terms of Italian dishes, I felt that Saizeriya was slightly better, but when it comes to hamburgers, Gusto's long history shines through. The hamburger was meaty, large in size, and had a solid demi-glace sauce. At 499 yen, it was a great deal! I forgot to take a picture, but my eldest daughter chose the Chicken Tequila with Spicy Spice, and although the meat seemed to be imported, it had a good volume and looked satisfying. For the kids, we added a drink bar to these dishes, and the total for the three of us was just over 3,000 yen. This is quite a good effort by Gusto, don't you think? Saizeriya can't afford to be complacent anymore!
