I came to the Dotonbori area to have takoyaki, but all the shops had long lines. Since it was a time when I would be directly under the sun, I decided to skip it this time and went to this shop to get a drink instead. I arrived around 11:10 AM, there were 7 people in line ahead of me, and 6 people behind me. The service was relatively quick, so it wasn't too crowded. I bought the "Osaka Mix Juice Regular (400 yen)." After paying, it was served to me in about a minute. The regular size had 4-5 ice cubes, making it a satisfying portion. The mix of banana, orange, pineapple, and creamy milk created a refreshing and delicious taste. I finished it in no time. It was a delightful drink.

I came all the way here, so I decided to say hello to Kuidaore Taro. He was playing the drums. I had a nice-sized mixed juice. It wasn't in a cute printed cup, which was a shame. The juice was creamy but surprisingly refreshing and deliciously sweet. There are plenty of delicious things around here, but there aren't many sweet things, so it might be just right. There were also cute strawberry candies.

The fruit candies and drinks all looked very delicious! I simply bought strawberry candy! It had four strawberries on top and marshmallow at the bottom! The crunchy texture of the candy, the sweetness of the candy, and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry matched perfectly! The marshmallow was fluffy but the inside was gooey and very delicious! There was also a souvenir shop nearby that I peeked into after eating. It's a shop worth visiting without any regrets! Definitely check it out! ✨

I thought about trying it because the young people were eating it, but... it's so sweet! I was surprised by how cute it was. However, be careful because the candy can become a weapon in your mouth! It's nice that they provide a wet towel and a paper to push it up with on top!

Located inside the Kuishinbo Building right next to Ebisu Bridge in Dotonbori, I visited this fruit parlor around 3 PM. The shop is situated just behind Kuishinbo Taro. I ordered two strawberry candies for 650 yen each, totaling 1300 yen, and a mini strawberry candy for 350 yen. The total came to 1650 yen. The fruits are coated in a crunchy candy, which was delicious! It seems like it would be perfect for Instagram, but there weren't many other customers. Surprisingly, Dotonbori on January 2nd was less crowded than I expected.

After eating kushikatsu and takoyaki, my throat naturally got dry because they're salty! Luckily, I spotted a juice stand ahead. I don't like bananas, so I assumed there would be banana in the mixed juice. Being a bit of a bandwagoner, I ordered the mixed juice. As I drank it, it indeed had a banana taste. But it was just a juice, not a smoothie shouting "I'm banana!" It was easy to drink and quenched my thirst. Osaka sure knows how to make everything delicious.

I strolled around Dotonbori. Among the takoyaki shops, I found an area where lively young girls were gathering. We decided to line up and buy some "Instagrammable" sweets. I chose the fruit candy on the left because I wanted to try various flavors, while my friend went for the premium strawberry on the right. Many cute girls around us were also ordering just the strawberry. When we posted photos on Instagram, the reactions were exactly as we imagined – very positive!

When I went to Osaka, I wanted to drink mixed juice, but it wasn't sold everywhere. I was looking around for a shop and suddenly spotted a shop next to Taro's! I had it before dinner.

During my trip to Osaka, I stopped by this place for some photogenic fruits and of course, the Osaka-style mixed juice. I ordered the Osaka Mix and was handed a cup with a cute design. I took a sip and felt the slight crunch of ice. The initial taste was banana, but it gradually expanded to peach, orange, and other flavors. It was quite sweet and refreshing, perfect for re-energizing after a day of sightseeing. The opportunity to take Instagram-worthy photos with the food was also enjoyable. Thank you for the delicious meal!

You may be familiar with the symbol of Dotonbori, Kuidaore Taro. But have you noticed this shop right next to Taro? This shop is known for its Mix Juice and a popular sweet called "Candy Tree," which is similar to the candy apples often seen at festivals. Intrigued by its appearance, I decided to try the Candy Tree. The skewer included strawberries, kiwi, and marshmallows. Unlike traditional candy apples made with colored syrup, this one used clear syrup, allowing the natural colors of the fruits to stand out. The taste was simple yet refreshing, making it easy to enjoy. While there are many sweet treats to try while eating out, I highly recommend the Candy Tree for fruit lovers. Give it a try along with the Mix Juice next time!

I had a mixed juice. I was able to buy it right away. It was much less sweet than it looks, light and refreshing, which I like. It's recommended for the upcoming season. ♡

At Dotonbori, while taking a stroll, I came across a fruit juice bar next to a famous "glico" sign. It was a hot day and I felt thirsty and in need of some nutrition. I ordered the Osaka Mix Juice for 400 yen including tax. It is a blend of four fruits and milk, and when I tasted it, the banana flavor stood out with a nice smoothness and nostalgic sweetness. The milk helped make it easy to drink. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!

In the Kuidaore Building on the 1st floor in Dotonbori, there is a famous drum-beating doll named "Kuidaore Taro". Next to it, there is a souvenir shop with Kuidaore character goods, and on the other side, there is a Fruit & Juice Bar called "TARO's PARLOR". The owner, who seems to be the shopkeeper, gave a stylish response when asked if a photo could be taken. The menu includes candy-coated fruit on sticks, fruit cups, snow ice, and traditional mixed juices like "Osaka Mix". I chose the Watermelon Smoothie made with Nagasaki-grown watermelon, which was not too cold and easy to drink. It was light, not too sweet, and delicious. I would like to try the Osaka Mix and the Candy Tree next time. It's a fun and tasty shop!

Parents' souvenir from a bus tour. They went on a tour around Osaka, even though they were already in Osaka, I wonder why they wanted to join the tour haha. They received a ticket worth 2000 yen, so they bought these souvenirs with it. Cute souvenirs - a pudding shaped like a foodie character! Where did the hat from the paper bag go? Turns out it was already part of the product! When they opened the package, there was a hat inside! They tried to put it on a flying squirrel plushie, but it was surprisingly big and didn't fit, a weird in-between size. What can they use it for? The pudding with a face on it looks funny and not only cute but also comes with a sauce that can be used to make brulee, adding a fun twist to the taste. Speaking of sauce, they also got okonomiyaki-flavored rice crackers! When they closed their eyes and ate it, it tasted like okonomiyaki haha this is interesting. They enjoyed their tour around Osaka, taking a boat ride at Tempozan, exploring Osaka Castle, and eating sushi at Sushizanmai.
