I couldn't resist after watching the morning show, so I immediately made a reservation for the "meat course" in a private room. The restaurant has a dignified atmosphere with a shining pine mark. It hasn't been open for a month yet, so it feels nice. We started with champagne and a refreshing appetizer. The meat rolls transform into "sukiyaki" in your mouth. The meat sushi was a first for me and it just melts in your mouth. It goes well with white wine. I was looking forward to the "white yukhoe" and enjoyed the various textures after mixing the condiments. Then, we started with the grilled meat. The beautiful tongue had a good texture and was tender. The harami had a strong meat flavor. The kalbi had a strong fat content but was easy to eat. The main dish was the Matsusaka beef Chateaubriand, which was incredibly tender and juicy. It disappeared quickly. There are two special sauces, but I recommend the salt. We finished with a half-size cold noodles, which had thin noodles and a refreshing broth. Everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. I plan to visit again soon. Thank you for the meal.

This is a high-class yakiniku restaurant in Kitashinchi ❤️ Although there is no sign at the entrance, the cost performance is quite good and it is truly a hidden gem. They offer a la carte options separate from their set courses like Matsutake, Bamboo Shoot, and Plum. This time, we ordered a la carte. The curry and tantanmen for the finishing touch were exquisite. A la carte options included a kimchi assortment, namul, tan shabu, harami, salted tongue, upper mino, cold noodles, and curry rice.

This is a high-end yakiniku restaurant in Kitashinchi with no sign at the entrance. They offer three course options - Matsutake, Bamboo, and Plum, as well as a la carte ordering. Surprisingly good value for money, with the Plum course priced at 7000 yen. This time, I had the Bamboo course for 10,000 yen, which included appetizers, thickly sliced salted tongue, top-quality Matsusaka thigh meat, Matsusaka sirloin, mini salad, seared wagyu sushi, special harami steak, grilled vegetables, sukiyaki-style beef loin, and lemon ice cream dessert.

The counter was hard to eat at, but the meat was delicious.
