I discovered a ramen shop and decided to go in. There was a ticket machine outside, so I purchased my ticket there before entering the shop. I handed the ticket to the staff and sat down at the counter. I ordered the Mini Pork Bowl Set with Meat Soba for 1180 yen. When I tried the meat soba, the taste seemed familiar, similar to what I've had before at another place, maybe they use the same chemical seasoning. The flavor wasn't too strong, reminding me of another shop called "Rairaitei" (which has a much stronger flavor). The taste was just right and delicious. The noodles were curly noodles. As for the highly praised pork bowl, it had a smoky flavor and taste. The sauce wasn't too sweet or spicy, emphasizing the smoky flavor. Overall, it was delicious.

I usually wake up early, and the next day was a Saturday, which meant it was a busy day for my kids' extracurricular activities. I wanted to go to bed early, but I was tempted by an invitation from my single nobleman friend, who is a company president. So, I ended up going to the lively nightlife district of Munechika-cho from 8:00 pm onwards, hopping from one bar to another without stopping. Each bar we visited had my single nobleman friend's girlfriend present, so I had to engage in various conversations and pretend to be interested even when I wasn't. It was already 11:00 pm, and I was feeling extremely sleepy. I had been drinking soft drinks all night as I was driving, while my friend was enjoying champagne and getting quite drunk. I felt hungry and decided to sneak out to eat a pork bowl on my own. I found a place that served pork bowls along Sakai-suji street, where I had been before, and ordered a meat soba with a mini pork bowl set. The food was delicious and satisfying. Even though I was sleepy, I felt like having ramen as well, so I ordered a meat soba with a mini pork bowl set. The restaurant was small, with only a counter, and the lone staff member was managing the orders efficiently. The pork bowl was especially tasty, with thick slices of meat and a sweet sauce that complemented the rice perfectly. The ramen, however, didn't quite suit my taste. After finishing my meal, my friend called me to join him at another bar in the area, so I reluctantly left the restaurant and returned to the bustling streets of Munechika-cho. It was a night filled with indulgence and spending, but overall, a memorable experience.

The tonkotsu ramen was rich and creamy. It filled my stomach after a day of eating out. The pork bowl had a crispy surface and delicious sauce, making it easy to eat even though there was also ramen available. They had foreign language menus and accepted orders inside the restaurant, not just at the ticket machine.

"Went for a stroll along Aiaibashi-suji in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture and randomly walked into a ramen shop without any prior research. Even though I was a bit tipsy, the name 'Tenchi Jin' sounded vaguely familiar. I ordered the 'Original Flavor Ramen Mini Pork Bowl Set' for 1250 yen. The shop had one group of foreign customers with two people and no other customers. The foreign customers were served in just 8 minutes. The ramen had a thick broth and seemed well-cooked, but lacked richness. The chili oil didn't really complement the soup well, making it just an average pork bone ramen. The pork bowl they were proud of also didn't have anything particularly impressive. Overall, I left with a negative impression not just because of the taste, but also due to the atmosphere. Seeing the ashtray in the kitchen filled with cigarette butts was a turn-off, which affected the overall enjoyment of the meal."

I visited the "Tenchijin Sennichimae Store" located in the Aiaibashi-suji shopping street. The area was quiet on a weekday, making it easy to walk around. Although the shop was temporarily closed last year, it is now operating steadily. There is a food ticket vending machine outside the shop, and they are known for their "pork bowl," so I chose the "Niku Soba Mini Butadon Set (1,000 yen)." Inside the shop, there was hand sanitizer on the left as you enter, and there was only one other customer in the quiet shop. The Niku Soba had toppings of pork, grated daikon radish, onion, and green onions, with medium-thick straight noodles in a chicken broth soy sauce base. The soup was refreshing with a good aftertaste, easy to eat and delicious. The Mini Butadon had firm pork with a slightly charred aroma, but it was nothing particularly special in taste. Eating the set provided a satisfying amount of food. In addition to ramen and tsukemen, they also offer pork bowls and eel bowls, with table condiments such as black pepper, shichimi pepper, garlic chips, and pickled ginger. The counter had 9 seats (without partitions) and was managed by one staff member. After the meal, as there were no other customers, I chatted a bit with the staff. The staff mentioned that all ramen other than the Niku Soba are served with a pork bone base.

Tried the Original Ramen Mini Pork Bowl Set with Flavored Egg Topping. The soup was quite thick and oily, similar to Tenkaippin. It had a strong flavor, great if you like rich pork bone broth. However, the taste didn't really stand out as unique. The noodles were thin and straight, and the toppings included one slice of chashu, a bit of menma, one sheet of nori, and plenty of white negi. The additional flavored egg was disappointing, cold inside and lacking flavor. The yolk was more cooked than runny. The mini pork bowl, on the other hand, was delicious! The meat was not super tender but the sweet and savory sauce made up for it. It was a small portion compared to other places. Also tried the other pork soba which was just average, nothing special. Overall, I would come back for the pork bowl but the ramen was nothing special.

"Tenchi Jin Ramen shop located in Sennichimae! The original ramen has a delicious flavor with a savory burnt oil aroma that I personally enjoy. However, today's pork bowl was not that great. I wonder if the taste varies depending on who prepares it? Normally, I find it much more delicious, but today the flavor was extremely spicy. I'll have to go back and investigate again! Tenchi Jin Sennichimae branch, Osaka, Osaka City, Chuo-ku, Sennichimae 1-6-14."

Yes, this is in Namba. This ramen shop in the Aiaibashi shopping street is small but has a somewhat chain store feel, making it easy to find. They were really pushing the pork bowl, so I decided to get a set with ramen and pork bowl. The ramen had a creamy soup and thin noodles, not bad overall. The pork bowl they were pushing was easy to eat with tender pork, but the flavor was nothing special, just as expected. It's not bad overall.

You can enjoy delicious pork bowl at a ramen shop called Tenteijin. I have been here a few times before and they offer pork bowl as their main dish along with ramen. I decided to try it for the first time. The shop is located in Aioi Bridge shopping street, with only counter seats and a few foreign customers. You purchase your meal ticket and then receive your order. I ordered the large pork bowl and it arrived in about 10 minutes. The sweet and savory sauce with well-cooked pork slices was seriously delicious. It goes really well with the rice. Although the price is a bit high, the satisfaction you get is worth it. Thank you for the meal.

I have a stronger impression of free tea than ramen. Ramen is neither good nor bad. I will be uploading my dining records from around 2010, mainly in Kansai, where I have casually documented my food adventures. Please note that some information may be inaccurate due to my vague memory. I rate restaurants in increments of 0.5 points, with an average score of 3 points: 1 point - a place I never want to visit again, 2 points - a place I'd rather avoid, 3 points - a place I'd like to visit again, 4 points - a place I'd visit anytime, 5 points - a place that touched my soul.

Today's finale! While walking, I came across this shop! The usual shop I go to was closed that day, so I went to Tenchijin for the first time. The energetic staff and friendly service left a strong impression. As for the ramen, it was delicious!

I stopped by a ramen shop called "Tenchi Jin" on my way back from Minami. Although it is a ramen shop, their side menu pork bowl is extremely famous, and some tourists come just to eat the pork bowl. I ordered the original flavor ramen and a mini pork bowl set. The ramen had a rich pork bone and chicken broth base with a hint of sesame oil, and the noodles were slightly curly and medium-thin. It was delicious, but I was curious about the pork bowl. I watched the pork being grilled on a net right in front of me, so I was excited to try it. The pork bowl arrived, and it had a charcoal-grilled aroma, with thick slices of meat and a flavorful sauce. It was not your average side menu pork bowl, it was really tasty. I enjoyed wrapping the rice soaked in sauce with seaweed, and adding fried garlic and pickled ginger from the table. I visited the shop in Sennichimae, but there are several branches around Minami.

The rich ramen was great. You can also enjoy a hearty pork bowl.

"Tenchi-jin serves original ramen. The rich pork bone soup is moist and free of any unpleasant smell, with a hint of black sesame oil aroma. Delicious. The noodles are slightly thin and straight, but they feel a bit indecisive. Almost there. The red pickled ginger on the table is a nice touch for flavor variation."

I used to go to the Kuromon area often, but lately there are a lot of inbound tourists, so I came to eat at Chūō's Sen'nichimae. I ordered the Tenchijin ramen and mini pork bowl set and waited. The restaurant looks new and clean. The ramen is tonkotsu-based but not too rich, so it's easy to eat. The pork bowl has a sweet and spicy sauce with a charred aroma. There are plenty of toppings, so it seems fun to mix and match. I forgot to take a photo again, sorry. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I finally visited this place that I had been wanting to check out for a while. The location is on the side street off Aiaibashi-suji, coming from Sennichimae-suji. It was 7:00 pm on a weekday, and when I tried to buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine in front of the store, I noticed that there were no customers inside. I was surprised, thinking it was meal time on a weekday. I had a bad feeling, so I thought about going to a different restaurant, but then a staff member came out and invited me in, so I ended up buying a meal ticket and entering the store. I was more drawn to the pork bowl than the ramen, so I ordered a set with ramen and a mini pork bowl. The ramen was served in a few minutes, and I could see the pork for the pork bowl being grilled on a net with smoke rising. I appreciated the effort put into it, but I was worried about how they would manage when the store got busy. While waiting for the pork bowl, I tried the soup of the ramen first. Hmm? This soup is thick and creamy... it's not pork bone broth, is it? But it doesn't taste like chicken either... it reminds me of the failed soy milk soup from another restaurant. I didn't really like this soup, but when the nicely colored pork bowl arrived, I found it delicious with its fragrant aroma from being grilled and the perfect taste of the sauce. I actually would have been fine with just the pork bowl without the ramen. I ate all of the ramen too, as I don't like to waste food. When I looked it up later, I found out that the soup here is made from chicken bones, but I couldn't taste any chicken, just a soy milk-like flavor. I'm not sure if I will visit again, but if I do, it will be for the pork bowl. Thank you for the meal.
