I stayed in September 2020. I stayed in the club floor in 2019 and enjoyed the afternoon tea, cocktail time, and morning, so I booked the club floor again in 2020. With Go To Travel, you can stay in the club floor at half price. It's a good deal, but the clientele has decreased. When I went to the club floor for afternoon tea, they didn't have a buffet, they brought a set, but there were few options and only sweet cakes, which was disappointing. Last year, there were delicious sandwiches, mushroom soup, scones, etc. There was only a little bit of chocolate in a buffet style. And it felt like a family restaurant. Children were running around and screaming, but parents didn't pay attention and left them alone. It was like a zoo. The cocktail time at night, last year, had pasta, sandwiches, steak, shabu-shabu, soup, and other snacks placed in a buffet, but this time they brought a set as well. And it was nothing but sweet leftover petit cakes from afternoon tea. This made me feel sick rather than enjoying a drink. Just like afternoon tea, preschool children were running around. This ruined the atmosphere and was very unsettling. Since it's cocktail time, I hope they restrict entry to those under 20 years old. Lastly, when I tried to use the pool, it was reservation-only. When I tried to make a reservation right after check-in, I was told it was already full and couldn't use it. I made a reservation by phone a month ago, so I wish they had informed me about the pool being reservation-only at that time. Or I wish they had a system where you can only make a reservation after check-in. I understand that the hotel industry is struggling due to COVID-19, but I hope they can do something about the family restaurant-like atmosphere in the club lounge.
