Had dinner at "Eat More" in Shinjuku, a restaurant on the 7th floor of Lumine EST. Met my daughter, a student living in Chiba, at the station, had a meal, and then went home. My daughter had hamburger omelette and gateau chocolat, while I had the Densuke pumpkin gratin. Each dish came with soup, she chose sweet potato soup, and I chose clam chowder. The total bill was 4,576 yen for the two of us. The pumpkin dish, although presented in a carved round shape, was not very filling, and the cream sauce in the gratin and clam chowder ended up being too similar, making it a bit of a poor choice.

Had lunch with two friends. We were drawn to a restaurant with a wide selection of soups - a total of 20 types plus 8 cold soups! It was exciting to choose from so many options. The set meal with omurice and salad was very satisfying! We also had a drink, the Cream Melon Soda, which was delicious too! Although we didn't order it this time, the all-you-can-eat bread also caught our attention... The hamburgers and gratins also looked delicious... It was a restaurant that made us definitely want to come back again.

I entered the restaurant on a whim. The salad had pre-cut mixed greens or cucumber and red bell pepper cut into small pieces. Unfortunately, the dressing options were limited. The hamburger was different than expected, but it was light and fluffy. It didn't feel like a great value for the price. The omurice and bread were delicious though.

Lumine Est, eat more SOUP&BREAD - Salmon and shrimp salad soup lunch ✔️ The soup was a bit thin, I expected it to be more creamy ✔️ The bread was freshly baked and hot ✔️ The salad had a delicious dressing and a good amount of volume.

I had some business in Shinjuku, so I went to LUMINE Est for lunch. It was crowded everywhere due to the lunchtime rush, but I was able to get in after a 5-minute wait. [Order] I had the shrimp bisque omelette rice, which was creamy with the egg cooked to perfection. It came with salad and soup as well. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Located in Lumine Est in Shinjuku, this soup cafe is relatively easy to get into during the lunchtime rush. They offer a Soup Plate where you can choose 2 soups from 18 options for ¥1,628. The soups are quite small, so men may prefer a plate with a main dish instead. It's perfect for a light lunch option.

It's fun to have 20 different types of soups to choose from. The dishes are surprisingly deep, so the portions are more filling than they look! I was happy to have a salad that filled me up. Plus, for an additional 320 yen, you can have all-you-can-eat bread, which I think is a great deal!

Located on the 7th floor of Lumine Est in Shinjuku, this restaurant offers a popular option of soup with all-you-can-eat bread (90-minute limit). The omurice also looked delicious. However, I ended up ordering pancakes. I tried the blueberry rare cheesecake pancake with coffee. The pancake was disappointing - small and cold. I wish they would stop jumping on the pancake trend with these kinds of pancakes. I should have gone with the soup plate as the name of the restaurant suggests.
Money spent: 1,232 yen
Rating:
2 points for the pancakes
5 points: Definitely want to revisit!
4 points: Would revisit if given the chance
3 points: Would consider revisiting
2 points: Once is enough
1 point: No need to go.

Located on the 7th floor of Lumine Est, this cute café is known for its bread and soup. You can enjoy all-you-can-eat bread for an additional fee, and the soup set allows you to choose from 20 different types of soups, creating an exciting experience. While I used to enjoy all-you-can-eat bread in the past, I don't eat as much now and have work later, so I opted for my favorite taco rice soup set. On this day, I had the following items (tax included):
- Special taco rice plate: 1,518 yen
I selected the minestrone soup. The taco rice was loaded with vegetables, spicy meat, and a hot spring egg, which was delicious. The rice was mixed grain, making it healthy. Overall, I found it delicious and to my liking. However, the minestrone soup was lukewarm, which was disappointing. With such a wide variety of soups available, it would be better if they were served hot. Nevertheless, the menu is diverse, offering appetizing Western dishes like omelette rice and hamburger. If the soup was served hot, I would like to visit again.

I always go to Lumine Est for lunch, and there is a restaurant where you can get your food without waiting in line too much. They offer a lot of soups, and you can add more soup for an extra charge. I usually get the omurice with tomato sauce, but this time I tried the clam chowder set. I am a light eater, but I was able to finish it. Highly recommended.

I used it for lunch with a friend. The whole pumpkin gratin has a big impact. It looks small, but you can eat the skin too, so you'll get full. It's inside Lumine Est, so it gets crowded if you don't go early.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday around 2 PM. It was past the lunch peak time, but there was still a line, and I waited for about 15 minutes. I ordered the set menu with Omurice with lobster. I chose the sixteen-grain rice, but it didn't have much flavor. The seasoning on the Omurice part was a bit light. The set cost just under 2000 yen including tax, which I felt was a bit expensive considering the taste.

I have been visiting this restaurant multiple times. They offer a selection of 30 types of soups including Butter Chicken Curry and cold Zenzai soup. I always order the Tomato Sauce Omelette Rice, but they kindly change the soup to one that I can eat due to my shellfish allergy. The portions are generous and it's the best for lunch.

I came here for the first time. It's been a while since I've been to Shinjuku, and I was a bit lost because I'm not familiar with the area. I finally found the Lumine Est on the 7th and 8th floors near the station. I chose the lobster bisque sauce with omelette rice and cream of mushroom soup. The egg was nice and runny. They also offer all-you-can-eat bread for lunch, and many customers were toasting their bread using the toaster before returning to their seats.

There are many options for tomato sauce omelette rice and salad beef stew soup. While there are a lot of hamburgers, the omelette rice portion is just right. You can also add two more stews. There is a soup and bread set available, and unlimited bread as well. Delicious ♡

I ordered the Camembert cheese fondue-style gratin! It came with salad and soup for 1518 yen (tax included). Since it's Camembert cheese, it has a unique flavor compared to typical gratin dishes. It was delicious in its own way. I recommend it to cheese lovers. The staff consisted of a few members and provided average service. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Lumine because I was hungry, and it wasn't crowded, so I decided to eat here. The sweet potato soup tasted like instant soup, but the omurice was delicious. They brought me the wrong tea, and when I questioned it, the staff just took it away without saying anything. It was confusing, but overall, the experience left me with a question mark.

Lumine Est is a cute shop with a variety of options ❤️ I wanted to have some soup for lunch, so I decided to eat here. You can choose from 20 different types of soup, and today I was in the mood for lobster, so I chose the lobster special set. It included lobster omelette rice, soup, and salad for 1280 yen. The soup was made with lobster, and there were also pieces of lobster in the salad. For the omelette rice, you could choose between butter rice and 16-grain rice. I chose the 16-grain rice, but the cream sauce was too light and couldn't match the flavor of the rice. I should have chosen the butter rice instead! The soup could have been richer in flavor, but the salad was delicious. The shop and the staff were cute and lovely, so next time I might try the all-you-can-eat bread and soup! Thank you for the meal ☆

On the 7th floor of Lumine Est, there is a Western-style restaurant. I chose the Roast Chicken and Avocado Mexican Doria (1518 yen) and the Tomato Cream Stew with Shrimp and Broccoli out of the 20 soup options. The meal was served in about 10 minutes. The shrimp and broccoli soup had 2 small shrimp in it. The taste was average, nothing outstanding. The price was also average.

It was a lunch where you could choose your soup. I chose the "hot onion gratin soup" for an additional ¥308, which came with all-you-can-eat bread. Next to the bread for all-you-can-eat, there were several types of jams, which seemed fun. However, on this day, there were no suitable breads to pair with the jams, which was a bit disappointing. The bread selection mainly consisted of Danish pastries and sweet breads, so I wished for bread that could be a proper accompaniment to the meal. Thank you for the meal.
