I came to Mitsui Outlet Park Kitahiroshima for the first time in a long time. I think the last time I came here was before my eldest son, who is now in high school, entered elementary school. Before looking around, I decided to fill my stomach first and tried the Shibetsu Ramen for the first time. I thought it would be very rich, but it wasn't that heavy. It was delicious, especially with the Char-mayo set. Thank you for the meal. Xperia 1IV photo.

On July 23, 2023, I visited the Mitsui Outlet Park for the first time in three years to go shopping. Although it was a bit late, I had lunch with my wife at the Shikotsu Ramen restaurant. I ordered the traditional soy sauce ramen, while my wife ordered the seafood-based soy sauce ramen. Since it was a food court, our expectations were not high other than for the taste. However, the tables were clean, which was a pleasant surprise.

Hokkaido's Shibetsu Ramen, which has several locations in Hokkaido, also has a branch in the food court of Mitsui Outlet. While their signature dish is miso ramen, I decided to try their clam salt ramen this time. The soup had a strong and delicious seafood flavor, but I was not satisfied with the noodles. They were undercooked and too firm, so I ended up leaving most of them uneaten after finishing the soup.

Miso ramen. The outlet park on weekdays is nice and empty! It's lunchtime but the food court is also not crowded. About half of the seats are empty. The ramen was ready quite quickly. The miso ramen had grated garlic on top, which packed quite a punch!! I wasn't in the mood for garlic, so I regretted not choosing soy sauce instead. Adding a lot of garlic to ramen can be a matter of personal preference. The ramen itself was delicious, but towards the end, it was all about garlic, garlic, garlic~. Huh? Looking at other reviews, it seems like they had grated ginger on theirs! But mine had garlic... Did they make a mistake? Or is my taste buds off?! Can that happen?! I love grated ginger on miso ramen (^-^)v

I went to the Shikotsu Ramen Sapporo Kitahiroshima store! Shall we go to another place too? (laughs) It's in the food court at Mitsui Outlet Park, where you can eat ramen without changing seats. I've had Shikotsu Ramen in Susukino and Shikotsu before, but this store was my first time. You wait for about 5 minutes and then your turn comes. I ordered the Fish Broth Soy Sauce Ramen for 880 yen. After a 9-minute wait, my order was ready. Let's dig in! The soup is rich and the fish flavor is moderate. The soy sauce is tasty, but I felt the broth was a bit lacking. The noodles are natural and have a nice texture. This ramen was okay compared to others I've had at Shikotsu. I wonder if this place leans more towards miso, salt, or soy sauce ramen? I'm not sure. Maybe I'll try miso next time. Thank you for the meal!

When you go to the outlet in Kitahiroshima, you definitely have to try the dishikushu! I remember being able to use Edy and QUICPay before, but now only smartphone payment methods like PayPay and LINE Pay are accepted, which is sad. You can still use cash and credit cards. It was not crowded! Ah, delicious. Happy!

Shopping at the outlet and having a meal at the food court. I ordered pork bowl from a different shop and also had ramen. I have heard of this shop before and the soup was to my liking. I usually don't like fish-based soups because they can be too strong and bitter, or have a fishy taste, but this one was perfectly seasoned. Thank you for the meal.

When I go to the outlet in Kitahiroshima, I tend to eat at Shikotsu. Susukino is crowded so you have to wait, and they only accept cash. I think they used to accept Edy and QUICPay here, but now only smartphone payment methods like PayPay and LINE Pay. Oh well, you can still use cash and credit cards. The taste is amazing! You may have to wait a few minutes to order, but they make the food quickly. Oh, it's delicious. The flavor is rich but not too salty! The umami is concentrated! I love it!

I chose this restaurant in the food court of Mitsui Outlet Park in Kitahiroshima City because I was in the mood for spicy ramen. I ordered the Red Dragon spicy miso ramen and 5 gyoza. The spicy miso soup seemed to have chili peppers and chili oil as the main sources of spiciness. I'm not sure how the original miso tastes, but I think this type of ramen doesn't deviate much from its original flavor. The soup had a delicious spiciness enhanced by stir-fried bean sprouts, onions, and minced meat. The spiciness was mild at first, but it gradually built up and became quite strong towards the end. The yellow, firm, medium-thick curly noodles may not be my favorite, but I suppose they complement this type of soup well. The gyoza, which were on the smaller side, were tasty and satisfying. Thank you for the meal!

"Ezokichi Ramen Sapporo Kitahiroshima Store" On this day, I was in charge of my daughter's wallet and went shopping at Mitsui Outlet. For lunch, we decided to eat at the food court here because going to another restaurant seemed like too much trouble. In addition to this ramen shop, there is also "Nanahyoe," but the taste is always bad, so we passed on that. We usually go for the "Red Dragon," but this day we chose the regular miso flavor. When you order ramen as a set, you get a 150 yen discount on a mini bowl, so we ordered that as well. The "Miso Ramen @ 850 yen" had a flavorful soup with a roasted miso taste that I like. The noodles were cooked firm and mixed well with the soup. The toppings included diced chashu, sautéed vegetables, flavored egg, seaweed, green onions, and more. The sautéed vegetables were crunchy, and the diced chashu had a good texture. Mixing the meat miso into the soup added even more depth and flavor. Although the presentation was a bit sloppy, the taste overall was not bad. The "Warm Egg and Minced Chicken Bowl" we ordered together was rich in flavor and filling. We enjoyed the meal and were satisfied. This time, the miso ramen exceeded expectations and was delicious. It seems like the chef has changed, and the cooking level has improved. If you want to eat ramen at this food court, this restaurant is definitely a good choice. Thank you for the meal!

During shopping, we stopped by a ramen shop in the food court and also bought some donuts to share. We ordered the Red Dragon 920, which was a special spicy miso ramen. The stir-fried onions and bean sprouts were cooked perfectly. The spiciness of the soup was just right, not too overwhelming. The curly noodles were chewy and delicious. We added garlic and chili pepper to enhance the flavor. I wish it was spicier though. I'm curious about the origin of the name "Dragon". Overall, I think it's great that you can enjoy various dishes from different shops in the food court in a casual and easy way. Thank you for the meal. Thank you♪

I went shopping at Mitsui Outlet Park and had miso ramen for lunch at Shikotsu Ramen. I had eaten there once over twenty years ago when they had a shop in Nijuyonken. The ramen was a bit rich and had a unique taste compared to Sapporo miso ramen. This time, my impression was a bit different. The bowl was hard to eat from, the soup was difficult to slurp, and there was not enough of it. The slightly sweet soup was delicious. The noodles seemed to be the same as before, similar to Sapporo ramen. The vegetables were roughly chopped, and the diced chashu was mediocre. The price may be due to the location, but I think it's expensive.

"Ikeda-ku" for some reason, it's at Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga, but this weekend I was able to meet my family after a long time, so I wasn't expecting any food log activity at all. It was only in the morning. Lunch was at Mitsui Outlet Park Shiga as well. It couldn't be helped that it was at the food court. My husband chose Nanaya, so I chose Ikeda-ku. Should I go for clam broth salt or seafood squeeze? I'm undecided as I line up. And then, I feel like I've eaten seafood soy sauce many times, so I choose "clam broth salt." 850 yen doesn't seem expensive when it says clam broth. About 10 minutes. It shakes. Honestly, the appearance is disappointing. It doesn't exceed the food court's ramen. I don't expect a sense of luxury at the food court, and this ramen is enough, but if it's self-service, it has to be cheaper to feel satisfied. You must be used to the food court by now. When I try it, is it MSG-free? It's unsatisfying. It's salty and the noodles are crinkled. Is it because of the soup? It's not delicious. Spinach doesn't match clam broth. Spinach in a soup that's unsatisfying doesn't work. Naruto is average, seaweed enhances the flavor but has no distinctive taste. Chashu is delicious, but it lacks fat. Everything feels bad. Is the soup MSG-free? It really lacks umami and richness. The clam flavor doesn't come out strongly, which is understandable, but it's too lonely. Disappointing ramen."

I knew about the Shikaribetsu Ramen in the food court and was curious, so I tried it. I usually eat at the food court because I have a small child with me. I can't go to ramen shops these days. I had the seafood-rich soy sauce ramen. The rich broth was delicious. Being able to eat ramen of this level in a Hokkaido food court is the best.

The limited-time white broth salted vegetable stir-fry is not burnt, which is good, but if it's cooked a little more, it could be top-notch. The soup has a vegetable boost, but without it, it's just like fake white broth. It's not really any different from the neighboring restaurant. The streak of average levels continues. Maybe limited-time items are not a good choice. I'm debating whether to just go to the neighboring restaurant next time.

I'm sorry for the half-eaten photo. I went to the outlet mall for the food court. I thought it would be empty on a weekday, but it was quite crowded. I'm happy that the food was served hot. I'm very satisfied with being able to eat my favorite Shibukawa seafood soy sauce.

Today, I had something I wanted and decided to walk 30 minutes to the outlet with my son for some exercise. After finishing shopping, we went for lunch. As we looked around the food court, we noticed a prominent sign for Red Dragon from Shikaoi! I ordered the Red Dragon with double the spiciness, and when I asked the staff if they could make it twice as spicy, they said yes. I received my order in about 5 minutes. The soup looked very spicy! I took a sip...and could feel the spiciness (^^) It was a bit spicy, maybe with Tabasco and regular chili peppers? I only felt a slight spiciness, but I have a fast metabolism, so any kind of chili pepper makes me sweat! Luckily, the food court was cool! It was probably as spicy as the extra spicy mapo tofu you can buy in stores? For those who like spicy but not too strong, this is just the right level of spiciness and acidity. I don't think it's so spicy that you can't eat it. Piro Yukin's Extra Spicy Level (15-level rating) Lv3 - Suitable for beginners in extreme spiciness.

It's hot. I want to eat something cold. Where should I go? What should I eat? I look around the food court. Nanayae sounds delicious. How about Shisuito? Wait, what's this? "Wasabi Salt Ramen" looks amazing. Nanayae's "Clam Dashi Cold Ramen" is tempting too. But I want to redeem myself from the disappointing wasabi soba I had before. Let's go for the wasabi! You can pay with PayPay. I jump when the buzzer goes off and go pick it up. Separate plate with a mountain of wasabi on the side. The broth has a light salt flavor with the umami of scallops and clams. A light salt ramen where you can taste the deliciousness of the soup. And then! Wasabi as an accent! I used to dislike Myoga, but surprisingly I could eat it. I thought it would be more bitter. The noodles are thin and deliciously chewy. I am very satisfied with this (*°∀°)=3 Thank you for the meal.

I used it for the first time. At the food court in Mitsui Outlet Park, I tried Shikotsu Ramen. On Saturdays, there is a Men's Day promotion where you can get a free large size, and if you order the Red Dragon ramen, you get a free chicken chashu. I decided not to get the large size and ordered the regular size for 920 yen. The menu has options for "Umakara" (mildly spicy) and "Gekikara" (very spicy). Which one did I choose? When I tried the soup, it was "Umakara" - delicious! The curly noodles in the soup were great. Sauteed onions are a must-have ingredient for spicy miso ramen, right? Thank you for the meal!
