Made a reservation in advance after having a great time at the Senbon Sanjo main store, which is a top 100 store. Arrived earlier than the reservation time of 18:30 and found the place already fully booked. This restaurant has a unique building design with a narrow path leading to the entrance, which could easily be missed. The path is illuminated at night, creating a nice atmosphere. In the restaurant, the traditional Japanese ambiance is delightful. The meat dishes were all delicious, just like at the main store. This was my first time trying hormone (offal) at this chain of restaurants, and it was also very tasty! Overall, the quality, price, and atmosphere of the "Hiro" chain of restaurants are satisfying. Considering the price, the quality of food offered is excellent. My wife and I left the restaurant completely satisfied, saying, "Hiro never disappoints!" as we returned to our hotel.

In Kyoto, when it comes to famous yakiniku, this place is the best! This plate cost around 5000 yen! It had a luxurious image, but for two girls, this was enough meat plus we also had cold noodles and desserts, so we were very satisfied. The meat was so tender and melted in the mouth, it was amazing! Each store has a different atmosphere and view, so I recommend researching and finding your favorite spot. #Delicious #Satisfying #Yakiniku

We had dinner at Kyoto Toki for yakiniku. The total bill was 24,440 yen. We ordered two sets of the "Kotobuki Course" for 10,000 yen each. We also had the Course Mango Tan, Course Cold Noodles, Course Stone Bibimbap, Course Dessert, Wagyu Yukhoe for 980 yen, Tail Soup for 480 yen, Egg Soup for 300 yen, a bottle of beer for 600 yen, a pitcher of makgeolli for 980 yen, and two Ginger Highballs for 1,100 yen. We made a reservation for 9 PM and enjoyed the great atmosphere of the restaurant. Thank you very much!

Visited the restaurant with my subordinates and tried the course menu. The meat was delicious without any unpleasant smell. The pork loin was so big that it had to be cut with scissors. The offal was also well-prepared and tasty without any smell. The all-you-can-drink lemon sour had two types, refreshing and strong, and the lemon chunks made it very delicious. The cold noodles we had at the end had excellent broth. I highly recommend trying it. We dined in a private room this time, but the terrace seats along the Kamo River also have a lovely atmosphere. I would like to revisit and enjoy dining there again. Thank you for the meal.

Here... in the fashionable city of Kyoto (some may know where I'm talking about), I visited the popular yakiniku chain "Kou". The interior was stylish, with a cafe-like atmosphere in white tones, not what you would expect from a yakiniku restaurant. I was surprised by the cost performance when I looked at the menu. Also, for some reason, beef stew (ordinary) was included as a set with the meat assortment appetizer. The meat was decent. The kimchi assortment was delicious.

When making a reservation, I was told that seats were only available from 5:00 PM, which shows how popular the place is. I reserved a table for 2 hours starting from 5:00 PM and was happy to be seated at a spacious table with a view of the Kamo River. I usually go for the assorted meat platter, but this time I ordered individual items - tongue platter, harami, hormone, and dragon kalbi. They also had mini-sized options for cold noodles and bibimbap, which I think is great for women. All the meats were delicious, but the harami was especially tasty. The service was excellent with prompt tea and hot towel refills, making it a very satisfying 2 hours.

This is the famous yakiniku chain restaurant in Kyoto, the Sanjo Kiya-cho branch. The branch I visited in Kiya-cho had a calm atmosphere, not crowded and the staff were very polite. The kimchi assortment included lotus root and taro, showing the Kyoto-like uniqueness of the restaurant. I was satisfied with the meal at this price.

I searched for yakiniku in Kawaramachi and this was the first hit, so I decided to visit. It was a weekday night and I didn't have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us. The prices were not extremely cheap but also not too expensive, making it a comfortable place to go. The meat was tender and delicious.

The first night in Kyoto started at "Kyoyakiniku Tokoro Hiro." Last time I came, the mosquitoes were terrible, but this time it was still June so it was nice to be able to dine outside comfortably. First, we had an assortment of appetizers in a bento box, followed by two types of meat sushi and four types of grilled meat. It was interesting because the vegetables were wrapped around the meat or eaten with miso, which was different from the usual yakiniku. The thinly sliced sirloin was delicious, especially when eaten with rice! Eating it while cutting it with scissors was so satisfying. The cold noodles and almond jelly dessert were also delightful. Sitting on the cool veranda overlooking the Kamo River, I felt like I was truly in Kyoto.

This is my first visit. Today, I visited Kyoto for personal reasons. I had made a reservation to enjoy the atmosphere of a riverside dining area, but unfortunately due to the rainy season, I had to dine indoors. However, the staff's excellent service when moving tables and when leaving made me understand why this restaurant was selected as one of the top 100. I had reserved a course meal, and everything I ate was delicious. I hope to visit again on a sunny day to enjoy barbecue by the riverside. Thank you very much.

If you want to enjoy delicious yakiniku with a great atmosphere and good value for money in Kyoto, this is the place to go! Tonight, we had a great time and ended up drinking two bottles of wine, so it got a little expensive, haha. It's a famous yakiniku restaurant with a rating of 3.54. What's great about it is the atmosphere - it really brings out the Kyoto vibe and makes everyone feel excited. The hospitality is top-notch, with only young staff members. We made a reservation and arrived around 7:00 PM with my friend Nabe. We always go for the recommended special platter. I'm too full to describe it, so please enjoy the photos. I had the Hiro course. Each dish, from the first appetizer to the bento box, was deliciously seasoned and I could eat heartily. The meat selection, including sirloin and beef tongue, was satisfying. The staff were friendly and I had a wonderful evening.

While walking, I happened to come across a stylish alleyway which turned out to be a yakiniku restaurant. I decided to have dinner here and found out that it is popular even in Kyoto. The atmosphere at night was great, and I felt excited walking through the long corridor to enter the restaurant. The menu was extensive with a variety of horumon (offal) options. Everything was delicious, especially the mango tongue that I was most curious about. I definitely want to come back here!

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday night with a friend and their father, who mentioned that their tradition was to buy "Hiro" beef and grill it in the backyard on a charcoal grill. Since I had never tried "Hiro" beef before, I decided to come and enjoy it while overlooking the Kamogawa River on a cool summer night. The location, with a view of the river, was breathtaking! The restaurant, a renovated traditional inn where loyalists of the Meiji Restoration once walked, exudes a calm and elegant atmosphere that is characteristic of Kyoto. As you enter through the cobblestone alleyways, you are greeted with a spacious interior and a magnificent view of the Kamogawa River through the large windows. From May to September, they set up floor seating where you can enjoy grilled meat on the only "cooling floor by the Kamogawa River" in Kyoto. It truly is a wonderful sight to behold!

Cooling bed course 6000 yen The cooling bed course includes only the course. You can order individual items separately. It was okay to share the adult portion with the child. Reservations for the cooling bed are by phone only. It was still cold at this time of year. They lend you a blanket, so you can warm up. As you grill, you naturally stop feeling cold and have a good time. The meat is delicious, as expected. I felt that the price for the cooling bed was cheap♬ If you can't finish eating, you can take the grilled meat home. If you tell the staff, they will bring a box for you to pack it in. They will also wrap it up for you, so you can take it home like a souvenir♬ It's amazing that the meat remains tender and delicious even when eaten the next day!! The narrow streets unique to Kyoto leading to the restaurant create an exciting anticipation, as if heading towards a traditional teahouse where geisha entertain. Stepping inside the restaurant, I was seated by the window overlooking the Kamogawa River. Just this alone made me feel like I hit the jackpot, a unique aspect of Kyoto. Despite the high quality of the meat, the prices were reasonable. This seems to be popular among young people and families. A place that satisfies the need for a little taste of Kyoto, but also a craving for yakiniku.

I felt like eating meat in Kyoto, so I made a reservation here. It is located along the Kamo River from Sanjo Station, and the entrance had a very nice atmosphere. I was seated at a table inside the restaurant, but there were no partitions or anything to block the view, so it felt a bit uncomfortable being so close to the people at the next table. The Special Hormone Assortment and Thick-cut Tongue Course was very delicious, but for the price, the portion was small and I couldn't get full with just that. Also, the meat, despite being large, quickly burned and the taste was disappointing. The freshness of the hormone was also questionable, and although the staff seemed to be very attentive, the main meal was a bit disappointing.

I chose the blissful course. Delicious... I am very satisfied. Among them, the meat sushi, sirloin, and harami were particularly delicious. The almond tofu dessert was just right. Without the all-you-can-drink option, it would have been 6000 yen. It's difficult to decide what to order for yakiniku, so having a course is appreciated.
