September 2022. Tokyo expedition. This time, I stayed at "Monterey La Soeur Ginza" in Ginza. I chose the room type and checked in at 6:00 pm with a room-only plan for 2 nights and 3 days for about 25,000 yen. The room was stylish and comfortable. The bathroom shower head in all rooms was equipped with "Mirabull," so I tried a little experiment by drawing on my arm with an oil-based pen to see if it would easily come off. Surprisingly, it did! Maybe I'll consider installing it at home next month. On the second day, I had breakfast at the restaurant "San Michele" (reservation for the 7:40 am time slot). The breakfast cost 2,970 yen per person and was served in a tea-style breakfast format. It looked fancy and the quality was worth the price. The location is also good, within walking distance of Tokyo Station. I would like to stay here again. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon, I had to leave Tokyo on the first train on the last day. It was a short stay, but thank you very much!

I stayed at Hotel Monterey La Soeur Ginza. The room had a trendy shower head. Breakfast was served at the first-floor restaurant. Bread and drinks are self-service, but the daily soup, main dish, and dessert are served to you. The soup was minestrone, with a gentle flavor that helps wake you up. The main dish was meatballs in demi-glace sauce, with delicious meat. The omelet was full of ingredients, and the salad cup had a crunchy texture. The dessert was banana yogurt panna cotta. A gentle and delicious breakfast, thank you.

I visited for lunch. It's a very cute shop. The course dishes were all delicious, and the pasta was very filling. The main meat dish was cooked perfectly. The staff were all friendly, and I had a pleasant time.

Stayed at Montrea La Soeur Ginza. It's a sister hotel to Montrea Ginza where I stayed last month. La Soeur means sister in French. I wonder if there are beautiful sisters there haha. Breakfast is by reservation, with time slots at 6:50, 7:40, 8:30, and 9:20. I chose 7:40 and when I arrived at the breakfast venue a little after 7:30, the previous guests had already left, so it felt like a private dining experience. They serve a set menu (soup, salad, omelette, main dish, dessert), which is convenient for busy mornings. You can help yourself to bread and drinks. I had orange juice, croissants, and Hokkaido cheese bread. I had to leave before 8:00 since I had to go to work. I wish I could have had a more leisurely and elegant breakfast. And no, there were no middle-aged lady sisters at work haha.

American breakfast, a bit overpriced at 3000 yen, but it was all-you-can-eat so I had two servings haha.

Hotel breakfast. American breakfast. For egg dishes, I chose scrambled eggs. Tomato juice is my go-to drink. First, salad, fruits, and yogurt. I love pineapple! Oranges, grapefruits, melons. Bread includes rolls and croissants. Scrambled eggs, bacon, Vienna sausages, ratatouille. The eggs were perfectly creamy. It was delicious and the atmosphere was elegant, but I still crave rice in the morning.

Ticket consumption date on October 13, 2012. This place is convenient no matter where you go, but it's not very user-friendly as a hotel. Regardless of size, the rooms here are inconvenient and the room decor may not suit everyone's taste. For breakfast, I had Western food at San Michele. When there are many people, there may be a buffet, but on this day, you could choose between Western food or a set breakfast. I think it included salad, soup, bread, omelette, and coffee. The taste was very ordinary. I would be happy if they served delicious freshly baked bread.

When staying at this hotel with a plan that includes breakfast, I was unable to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the 1st floor, and instead was given lunch. The lunch consisted of a salad, main course pasta, dessert, and coffee or tea, each served in cute dishes. When I mentioned that I didn't like tomato pasta, they kindly changed it for me. The desserts were beautifully arranged on one plate with three different kinds, and (although it was a long time ago, so my memory is a bit fuzzy) it turned out to be a luxurious lunch.

I never thought I would stay in this area, but during summer vacation, I ended up staying here with Yukina who came to Tokyo. This Monterrey is different from the one in Ginza, with a sophisticated approach that I really like. It feels like the building has been renovated, but it may be an old building. The elevator's floor display is like a clock's hand, a bit analog. It took me a moment to understand what the hand was pointing at... The hotel is stylish and perfect for a little date. The interior is well-decorated, with small items that women would love. However, the room I stayed in was very small, making it hard to even eat a cake I bought. But considering the location in Ginza and the price, it's understandable. The restaurant here is also recommended. It's a good choice for those who are particular about weddings in Ginza, as it has a cozy atmosphere.

Facing the street, the entrance next to RISTORANTE adds to the charming atmosphere of the European city corner (^Θ^ゞ Enjoying an Italian lunch bathed in sunlight on the glass terrace sounds delightful♪ However, the concept is said to be more chic and elegant like an upscale Parisian apartment (^_^; It would be amazing to live in a room like this♡ It feels too cozy to leave for movies or shopping (p_-)
