This time, I stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Hakata in Fukuoka. The hotel is located right in the middle of Nakasu as the title suggests. The hotel is operated by Resol Holdings, a subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan, and has 18 locations nationwide. The hotel has a large communal bath, which I really appreciate as I prefer communal baths over in-room bathtubs when traveling. The rooms, even the singles, are spacious and comfortable, making the overall balance of the Resol series excellent in my opinion. Despite the great deal due to the pandemic, the usual price on weekends is over 10,000 yen. The breakfast is served at an Italian restaurant on the first floor called Il Cantini. The variety of dishes was quite limited this time, possibly due to the low number of guests, which was a bit disappointing. However, having a FamilyMart on the first floor and being able to use a private back entrance with a room key are some of the hotel's selling points. Thank you for the hospitality. I would rate the hotel at 3.7 stars, with the breakfast being the only downside.

I made a reservation for a business trip at Hotel The Liso Trinity Hakata Fukuoka in August. The total cost was around 38,000 yen, including ANA travel and rental car. I chose a hotel with a large communal bath. The room had a semi-double bed and was clean as it is a new hotel. The top floor communal bath offered a view of Nakasu, but the frosted glass was a bit disappointing. The hotel offers a breakfast plan, and there is an Italian restaurant on the first floor where breakfast is served buffet-style. The breakfast was typical of a business hotel.

Alright! It's summer! It's Kyushu! Let's go on a trip! The 10th meal of the Kyushu trip! The last breakfast in Kyushu! But first... Gion Yamakasa Asa Onsen! It was a private bath! Now, for breakfast! There were a lot of people so I took minimal photos! Here's what I got! The miso soup was... probably the worst on this trip... The omelette was delicious! I really love meat! Speaking of Hakata, there's spicy mentaiko! The spiciness is authentic! Spicy! Finally, some watermelon (first of the year!) and yogurt! Overall, it wasn't bad with some local ingredients! It was delicious and satisfying! The last day, I wanted to visit various places but it might change depending on the impact of the typhoon! Plus, I have to go back to Kanagawa!

A hotel right in the middle of Nakasu with a great public bath. I was satisfied with my stay. The breakfast buffet has an Italian theme, but I chose Japanese food (laughs). The location is good, and having an Italian breakfast in the public bath makes me think they might be targeting foreigners...

Breakfast was at an Italian restaurant, but it also had a strong Japanese influence and was delicious. The original salad dressing at the restaurant was particularly tasty.

Today's hotel is right in the middle of Nakasu. It's breakfast at Hotel Liscio Hakata. Today's restaurant is in Fukuoka, Nakasu at Hotel Liscio Hakata for a breakfast buffet. The location is right in the middle of Nakasu. No matter how much you drink, it's within a 3-minute walk. I can drink until morning worry-free!! So, this morning, I'm in the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor, where we were drinking just in front of me until 3 hours ago. "I can't eat anything..." It's the usual morning in Hakata. But there are so many delicious foods from all over Kyushu!! I thought I would just have mentaiko with rice and miso soup, but when I tried a little bit...hamburgers, macaroni, pasta, scrambled eggs, grilled chicken, bacon, napolitan, satsuma-age, grilled mackerel, and more. Even though there is mentaiko, there's even natto for some reason... I feel like I took too much after a long time. When I take a sip of the warm miso soup, my body that was asleep suddenly wakes up. It seems like it's better to not sleep at all rather than sleep a little... No, that's not true. I eat heartily, and I even have two bowls of rice, one for mentaiko and one for natto!! Even though I'm just going back today, I'm in full energy mode for some reason. With my newfound energy, I head to Fukuoka Airport!!

I will have breakfast at the Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. They have a couple of pasta options which are quite delicious, but they often run out of them. They also offer mentaiko (spicy pollock roe) and okyuto (pickled cucumber), so you can enjoy some traditional Hakata flavors as well. The restaurant has a red theme, so the food also tends to be red in color. It might create a nice atmosphere for dinner, but not so much for breakfast (laughs). The food is decent overall. The highlights of this place are its convenient location near Nakasu Kawabata Station, the atmosphere and view from the 13th floor reception, and most importantly, the hotel's large communal bath. It's not available all day (closed from 2 am to 6 am), but it's a great amenity for relaxation. I would recommend this hotel for those planning to go drinking in Nakasu Kawabata or Tenjin.

Stayed for multiple nights with breakfast included. The hotel is located close to Nakasu Kawabata Station. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, following the typical hotel pattern. I was surprised to find that the front desk and lobby were on the 13th floor upon entering. The view from the elevator and front desk was great, even though it was early evening and very bright. After checking in, I took the elevator to my room. The elevator requires you to scan your key card before being able to press the button for your room floor, providing good security. The single room was slightly larger than those in typical business hotels. The bed was large for a single and quite firm. The facilities were new and the toilet/bathroom were clean. Amenities like toothbrushes were provided. There is a major convenience store on the 1st floor, making it convenient to purchase anything you might need while traveling. I immediately went to the artificial hot spring "Nakasu Yamakasa no Yu" on the 14th floor. The dressing room was new and very clean. The bath area had a bright view of Tenjin and a large tub that could fit over 10 people. It was a shame there was no sauna or cold water bath, but I was able to relax by repeatedly going between the bath and cold water shower. Despite being in the lively district of Nakasu, I was worried about noise at night, but the soundproofing was perfect, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The breakfast was at Il Cantinori Hakata. I have stayed at about 6 different accommodations in Hakata, but I had a comfortable stay here. Thank you for your hospitality.

It's the morning of June 16, 2017! I love buffet-style breakfasts! But the food was almost the same as always - bread, bacon, sausages, chicken, two types of pasta, lychee, yogurt with fruit mix, cafe au lait, and mentaiko. There were still more options, but I couldn't eat everything, so this was enough to satisfy me. It was a decent breakfast, not amazing but not bad either. Thank you for the meal!
