The quality of the meat at this all-you-can-eat restaurant is surprisingly high! The robot cats that bring the food also provide a soothing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and cheerful, and I remember how they reassured me when I was running late for my reservation. Great value for the price, so I will definitely be coming back!

Located in America-mura in Shinsaibashi, Yakiniku Goen is a yakiniku restaurant chain that originated in Osaka in 1988. The concept of the restaurant is to provide safe and high-quality meat at a reasonable price. We enjoyed delicious and affordable meat with friends. Thank you for the meal.

After being told to leave about 20 minutes after the last order, I didn't even know the last order time or closing time. I admit that's my fault, but if the amount of food ordered cannot be finished within the time limit, they should remind you. I ordered it because I thought I could eat it, you know? I think it's strange to say things like that.

I chose the full course meal, and the quality of the meat was decent for the price. There was a good variety of side dishes as well. However, despite pressing the call button for a server to change the grill, nobody came. When I mentioned it when the food arrived, they promptly changed it. Towards the end, the meat I ordered never came, but I was already full so I let it go.

I found out that this place has been around since 2009, and I had no idea! The "Yakiniku Goen Nishi Shinsaibashi Store" also has a comedy theater called "Shoan Tei" attached to it, with three shows at 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm, where you can enjoy manzai (Japanese stand-up comedy) and skits for around 500 yen. The tables are pushed to the side with the theater in the middle, creating a unique space. I'd love to see a show there sometime. The high ceiling makes it a relaxing place for me. It's a stylish place. The restaurant is on the second floor. Here at Goen, you order using a touch panel, which is convenient but a bit impersonal. However, the food comes incredibly fast after ordering, which is really convenient! First, I had an Asahi Super Dry draft beer for 190 yen, which was delicious and cheap. Then, for the meat, I had the Wiener for 380 yen, a classic for yakiniku and BBQ. It's a must-have. The Grilled Scallops for 490 yen take a bit of time to cook but are delicious. The Soft Belly for 590 yen is probably the best value here. The Galbi for 550 yen is also a good choice. The Sirloin for 550 yen made me crave white rice. I even stole some rice from a colleague who was eating it eagerly in front of me. The Pure Japanese Chicken Thigh for 490 yen was seasoned with salt and was enjoyable. The Chorizo Salad for 390 yen, topped with Korean seaweed, was a nice touch. I also had some shochu highballs and other drinks, and I ended up going home the next morning. It was a great way to end the year with a casual and affordable restaurant. It's a savior for families, young people, and budget-conscious dads looking for yakiniku. Oh, but I can't just drink beer without eating anything! Thank you for the meal!

On August 8, 2013, at 17:30, I visited Asahi in Shinsekai for all-you-can-drink and kushikatsu, then headed to Namba for karaoke. We sang songs like "Memeshikute" and "Rokko Oroshi" by my sister's grandson (1st grader). After that, we went to my sister's recommended place, which I had never been to before. Although I have been to the Chindenmae branch, this was my first time here. The interior was a bit dark, but the atmosphere was completely different from the Chindenmae branch. The partitions were neatly set up, making it suitable even for dates. Here, you order through a touch panel, which excites the kids. We started with the Extra Cold beer for 290 yen, which is not available at the Chindenmae branch. We also ordered a kimchi assortment, kakuteki, and cucumbers, which were delicious and perfect as beer snacks. Of course, we couldn't miss the harami. The kids enjoyed the sausages. Since I had already had beer at Asahi's all-you-can-drink and karaoke, I was just a tipsy old man. The harami was delicious and had a good cost-performance ratio. Since we had to catch a train, we stopped after two Extra Cold beers. It was early, so there were few customers, and the young staff's service was smooth. Thank you for the meal. PS: It was my brother-in-law's death anniversary, so my sister paid for everything. Thank you for the treat.

It was around 6:30 in the afternoon, and as usual, I was thinking about where to have a drink before heading home. Unexpectedly, my fourth-year university son called me. He said, "T is in Namba. Do you want to meet at your place now? It's almost 7 o'clock though." I agreed and we met up at my restaurant. T, who had come on his bike, parked it in front of the shutter and the three of us walked one block north to Goen, a yakiniku restaurant in front of Standard Bookstore. T and my son had been in the same high school baseball team and shared a dorm during their youth. T, now in his second year of working, had become quite mature. Unfortunately, he couldn't drink alcohol because he had come on his bike, but he was happy with his oolong tea toast. We enjoyed the cheap Super Dry draft beer for 199 yen (tax included). We started with the Mega Red Meat Assortment (2,980 yen) and enjoyed dipping the meat in miso and soy sauce. The meat was delicious, and the conversation flowed naturally. T's eyes sparkled as he said, "I also aim to be independent like you in the future!" We ordered the Mega Red Meat Assortment again, and T was excited. Since it's nearby and offers good value for money, we will definitely visit again. Next time, T, you should come by train!

Located on the west side between Namba and Shinsaibashi, there is a yakiniku restaurant called "Yakiniku Goen Nishi Shinsaibashi-ten". It also has a comedy theater called "Waratei" attached to it. Orders are placed using a touch panel. Draft beer is only 199 yen at Goen. We started with the beef tongue (salt sauce) for 609 yen. We then ordered the Variety Set (1,869 yen) and Mixed Hormone (1,029 yen), with plans to add more later if needed. For side dishes, we had the Smoked Liver (399 yen) with green onion ponzu sauce (189 yen). We ended the meal without adding any more grilled items. Yakiniku Goen is quite tame unless you are part of the "Debu" club. Additionally, we accept payments using PiTaPa at our restaurant.

I was always curious about the flashy exterior of this restaurant, but never had the chance to visit until now. With a discount coupon in hand, I finally went. Inside, it was dimly lit with a cozy atmosphere. This place seemed to be a sister store of Passion Hormone, and it was really cheap! Beer was only 199 yen, but since I don't drink, I opted for two Decantau Oolong teas at 304 yen each. I started with the All-Star set for 2079 yen, which had more food than I expected and left me satisfied. The Mix Hormone for 1029 yen was half cooked before I remembered to take a picture. The Egg Salad for 609 yen was nice because you could choose the dressing. My friend ordered rice, but I went for the Wrapped Vegetable Tortilla set for 399 yen. Unfortunately, one piece of lettuce was spoiled, but overall the set was good. And as a fan of potatoes, I was happy with the Buttered Potatoes for 336 yen. With all this food for two people, we were full! Even without the discount, the total came to 5249 yen, which was very affordable. The only downsides were the dim lighting making it hard to see the meat's doneness, and the spoiled lettuce. But overall, I was satisfied with the cheap prices and would love to go back. Oh, and by the way, orders were made using a touch panel.

I took my two high school sons here! There are plenty of delicious restaurants, but since they are high school students, I thought quantity over quality might be better. So, I chose this place where it seemed like we could eat cheaply, but... when I looked at the menu prices, I thought we could eat cheaply and entered. We ordered one after another using a tablet ordering system! The salted beef tongue was thinly sliced to the point of being see-through, and the portion sizes of the belly, skirt steak, and loin were about half of what you would get at a regular yakiniku restaurant. Considering the portion sizes, the prices were high and I felt like I was tricked by the numbers! Thanks to that, even though we didn't drink much alcohol and the high schoolers didn't eat much, the three of us, including me, an old man, ended up paying 16,500 yen! With that amount of money, we could have eaten plenty of delicious meat at a much better restaurant, right? It was a case of "penny wise, pound foolish"! The meat was also dry.

I went to the Kansai Walker half-price event and tried Goen restaurant. It had been about five years since I last visited. When I entered and explained the ticket to the staff, they seemed to have no idea about it. After some explanation, I was finally shown to my seat. I ordered two beers using the touch panel system - Asahi Super Dry for 199 yen and Extra Gold for 298 yen. The beers were very cold when they arrived. The staff took a while to come and take my ticket, and when they finally did, they threw the tongs and chopsticks at me. The meat that came out was tough and thick, making it hard to chew and swallow. I ended up leaving early.

While walking around America-mura, I suddenly felt like eating yakiniku and stumbled upon Yakiniku Goen. Since I was quite hungry, I decided to go in... The interior of the restaurant was much larger than it looked from the outside. Each table had a touch panel for ordering, which was a bit difficult to use if you're not used to it. The quality of the meat was average. If you're not too picky about quality, you can eat a lot for a reasonable price. It's a good place to go when you want to eat a lot without spending too much. However, since there's a touch panel for ordering, it's not easy to call a staff member when you need something else. In terms of service, it was just okay. I might go back if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

It's cheap and the meat is delicious, so I often use it. The draft beer is also 199 yen (not happoshu). It's surprising! Ordering is also convenient with a touch panel. However, the cleaning is not thorough. Maybe they are busy! The shelves and the toilet are full of dust when you go. Am I the only one who cares? It's my boyfriend's favorite place, so I haven't told him, but please wipe the shelves. That's the only complaint. I'm sorry.

I came here after many years. The last time I came was probably when they first opened. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere. Even though it's a yakiniku restaurant, it feels nice. The yakiniku is a bit cheaper compared to other places, and it tastes good. The drinks are really cheap! Draft beer is only 199 yen! It's a great deal for beer lovers! The location is easy to find, with a big sign outside, making it a good recommendation for those who want to eat and drink cheaply.

I usually eat about 4 servings of beef. It's delicious! The draft beer is cheap! My husband usually orders harami and bomb dishes. There are many stores in Minami, such as Namba, Sennichimae, and Soemoncho. I haven't been there for a while, but sometimes I miss that taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a normal yakiniku restaurant. It would be even better if it had a private room-like setting. So, it doesn't feel like a place for a date. I think I'll go there soon after a long time. I wish they had an all-you-can-eat menu.
