I stopped by here to buy a bento box on my way back from the dentist in the evening, and I was asked to wait a little while for it to be packed. While waiting inside the shop, I saw "coffee shochu" on the menu and thought it looked delicious. I ordered a rock, and it was really tasty, with the flavor of coffee mixed in. I could drink as many cups as I wanted. For the second cup, I tried a craft beer, and the staff listened to my various idle talks. Thank you for the meal.

Located next to Tenjin in Imaizumi, this small delicatessen shop where you can drink alcohol. It feels like a delicatessen, cafe, and bar all in one. This time, I had a nutritious balanced bento from here. It is located on the first floor of a mixed building where many small eateries in Imaizumi are crowded. Originally a delicatessen that sells side dishes, you can take out side dishes, bento boxes, and curry, as well as eat in the store. You can also enjoy it as a cafe or bar with homemade fruit syrup fruit squash, specialty coffee, herbal tea, wine, etc. Currently, due to COVID-19 measures, eating and drinking in the store is not allowed, but lunch bento boxes, side dishes, drinks, and alcohol delivery are available. The bento box for the day consisted of 8 side dishes with a healthy Japanese-style and vegetable-oriented menu, along with multigrain rice, priced at 650 yen, and a Fukuoka-style Lu Rou Fan with Taiwanese-style braised pork, boiled egg, spicy mustard greens, and pickled ginger, also priced at 650 yen. After placing my order, I waited for about 10 minutes for the bento boxes to be ready. I took the bento boxes to Ohorikoen, a large park located in the center of the Tenjin commercial area. I opened the bento boxes. The "Deluxe Bento Box" for 650 yen had a cute visual, as if a cafe plate lunch was packed into a bento box. The main dish was the teriyaki chicken thigh of Hakata Hanamidori. The "Fukuoka-style Lu Rou Fan" for 650 yen had delicious multigrain rice, flavorful braised pork and egg with a hint of star anise, and stir-fried mustard greens. It was delicious. This bento box is only available for lunch, and delivery is the main service in the evening. The "Assorted Deli Delivery Set" includes 4 vegetable-based deli dishes, salami and olive salad, and frozen coarse sausage for 3,000 yen (free delivery). I was drawn in by the Massaman curry and decided to dine here. It was not spicy at all and very easy to eat. The rice was not plain white rice, but had lots of vegetables in it and was delicious. I was surprised by the ordering system at the register when I entered the restaurant. The small interior was oddly calming. It seemed like they were famous for their drinks. They seemed to be particular about natural foods, and I was curious about their side dishes.

It is located a 2-3 minute walk from Tenjinminami Subway Station, down a narrow alley behind an electronics store. The small shop has 4 counter seats, and offers a plate lunch with 8 types of deli dishes and multigrain rice for 650 yen, or curry. Takeout is also available. You can add a drink as well, with the drink-included option costing 800 yen. There are about 4 types of herbal tea to choose from. The deli dishes include beet salad, marinated mushrooms, cauliflower salad, and sweet potato simmered in addition to chicken and seasoned egg for a well-balanced meal. You can also take just the deli or just the drink to go. Drinks include wine, beer, and coffee, with sweets also available. The plates are available in the evening and at night as well. The cozy shop with bossa nova music playing has a friendly master, making it a calming place to dine. Thank you for the meal.

After hot yoga on Saturday, I went for lunch. The atmosphere was nice, the vegetables were delicious, and the portion size was just right. Next time, I want to try the curry and coffee.

I visited this place after seeing it in a free paper, as they only serve lunch. It's a small space in the heart of Tenjin, about 2 tatami mats in size. The food mainly consists of vegetable deli sourced from a private farm in Itoshima, along with spring water-brewed coffee, herbal tea, and wine in a simple setting. The storefront has a clean, white-based feel. I ordered the "salad set for drinkers only" and the "daily deli." When you order wine, you get a free vegetable salad from the private farm, and you can have unlimited refills of this salad! It's healthy to enjoy wine with vegetables as a snack. You can choose from 5 types of wine available at the store. I chose a light-bodied red wine. The vegetables in the salad are crunchy with a pink beet dressing that adds a nice touch. The owner also sells vegetables they have grown at the store. The deli set includes 8 types of 16-grain rice with macrobiotic side dishes like chicken and egg, white silk konjac, and vegetables like onions and bell peppers. All dishes use vinegar, making them very healthy. The set also includes crunchy raw vegetables. The owner's couple also sells their own vegetables for 100 yen, which can be useful. It might be convenient for women.

On the first floor of the Niiza New Tenjin Building in Imaizumi, there is a new shop that used to be a wine standing bar. I actually came here a few weeks ago when they were in a pre-opening phase and the tea was half price at 150 yen. I heard that the grand opening is on 6/20 and they will also serve alcohol, so I decided to visit again. They have Heartland beer for 600 yen, as well as coffee, herbal tea, sandwiches, and pickles. It's a standing bar, but they also have chairs. They also serve French sparkling wine by the glass for 700 yen. I think I'll try that next time instead of beer.
