It's so luxurious! The sashimi includes octopus, sweet shrimp, scallop adductor muscle, tuna, amberjack, seared squid, snow crab, salmon, and grilled Thai fish. It's a feast! There are two types of soy sauce – a sweet one from Kyushu and a kelp-infused one from Kunnebetsu, which goes well with the sashimi. ★Thick shellfish soup 299 yen (excluding tax) On the left is grilled oysters, while on the right is fresh oysters. The oysters from Akkeshi are available year-round due to the low water temperature, and they are sweet and delicious. It's great for beauty and health! I chose to eat the fresh oysters with lemon – it's the best! ★Nihonichi's croquette 399 yen (excluding tax) Made with Kitakari potatoes from Hokkaido and Hokkaido butter, this croquette is a popular item at the restaurant. It's piping hot, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside – very tasty! ★Assorted skin-on (with liver) 999 yen (excluding tax) Thinly sliced, sushi, miso soup, and liver – a great set with high-quality fish skin. The sashimi is translucent and has a great texture. The sushi with green onion is a nice touch. The miso soup with fish backbone has a delicious broth. I used to dislike skin-on dishes, but this one changed my mind – it's delicious! The liver melted in soy sauce is incredibly tasty. ★Crab-topped rolled omelette 999 yen (excluding tax) This is extremely popular! The performance is also fun. While the staff says "Yoisyo!" and piles the crab, don't forget to chant "Yoisyo!" together! It's a spectacle! When the crab meat is piled high, it's torched to create grilled crab. It's fragrant and very delicious. Can you smell the aroma from the photos? Don't forget to try this – it's a must! ★(Left) Authentic sweet potato shochu "Norio" 499 yen (excluding tax) Produced by Shirogane Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Kagoshima. The sweet potatoes used are "Hamakomachi" from Kagoshima. It has a faint citrus aroma and a deep, sweet taste. While eating the sweet potatoes as they are might be the best, Shirogane Shuzo Co., Ltd. has crafted a delicious Norio shochu! If you're a fan of sweet potato shochu, you'll love it. ★(Right) Specialty malt limited edition local whiskey 499 yen (excluding tax) Produced by Honbo Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Kagoshima. There is a distillery in Miyata Village, Kamiina District, Nagano Prefecture. It has a sweet aroma and a smooth, mild taste.
