Koji-koji
On a business trip with someone from outside the area for lunch on a regular day, there are many delicious foods in Hakodate, but I'm not sure what to feed them. Let's have them try the seafood bowl here, which offers the best value for money. The parking lot in front of the restaurant is naturally full, so we parked the car at a nearby coin parking lot and headed to the restaurant. We arrived just before 11:30 am and were able to enter smoothly. The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and the place was about 60% full with two people, so we were guided to a table at the back. Of course, we ordered the colorful bowl with medium fatty tuna and tobiko on top. Oh, "tobiko" is not salmon roe—it's because the price of salmon roe has gone up, so it's an additional charge (200 yen). But since the cost performance was already great, no problem. We ordered the colorful bowl with medium fatty tuna and tobiko on top for 750 yen, with extra toppings of medium fatty tuna for +100 yen, and miso soup with seaweed for 100 yen. It arrived in just 5 minutes, and the visual presentation was indeed great. The medium fatty tuna was irresistible! I started by eating just the medium fatty tuna, which was delicious. The sweetness of the fat and the umami of the flesh were excellent, and the aroma was also perfect. Then, I poured some wasabi soy sauce over it and dug in. It was so delicious! The diced medium fatty tuna, lean tuna, salmon, squid, and shrimp were all cut into small cubes, allowing you to enjoy various flavors in one bite. Since I ordered extra toppings, I didn't have to worry about balancing the rice and toppings. It was a very satisfying bowl. The miso soup with seaweed was also excellent. It had plenty of seaweed, and the aroma and crunchy texture of the seaweed were really nice. A very satisfying meal for 950 yen. It's unbelievable to get this quality for under 1000 yen. This is the No.1 cost-performance seafood bowl in Hakodate that I know of. Thank you for the feast!
