マロンのとりこ
After leaving Kouka-ro, I went to "Kambutsu-ya + cafe Kuromame" with a friend. Actually, I was introduced to this place as a great shop by "Yakigashi cafe cqt" in Takamiya last spring, so I visited it. I was immediately impressed by the relaxed atmosphere of the shop and the friendly staff (haha), and of course, the products sold at the shop are all additive-free and good for the body, so I started using it for shopping occasionally. I had been wanting to try the cafe someday, but I hadn't had the chance, so this time, with a friend, I decided to go and relax. There is a small sign at the entrance of the building on the west side of Kodachi-cho Park. If you go up to the third floor of the building, there is a small sliding door, and the staff greeted us with the same pleasant greeting as always. We quickly sat down, I ordered Kuromame coffee (¥400), and my friend ordered milk tea (¥450) and strawberry tart (¥350). By the way, if you order cake and a drink, you get a 50 yen discount. The Kuromame coffee is a blend coffee made in collaboration with "Coffee 40014015,chiba" and is ground and brewed after ordering. While waiting for the coffee, I browsed the shop... This place is primarily a dry goods store, but they also sell slightly hard-to-find items like brown rice coffee, dandelion tea, and even miscellaneous goods like organic cotton gauze. It's quite interesting just to look around (^^). Soon, the coffee was served in a stylish cup. The wooden saucer and spoon, it's really nice (*^_^*). I like this kind of thing. When I took a sip, the deep aroma of the coffee spread, and it had a mild taste that was delicious. It's good even black, but it's mellow and good with milk because it's not too acidic. Also, when I asked for milk, warm milk came out instead of regular cream. Maybe that's why it was mellow...? The cake my friend ordered was small but had a homemade feel and looked delicious, and my friend actually said it was delicious with a mild sweetness. The fork is also wooden, and the mini-sized hand towel is cute (^_^). Also, in front of us, the fresh greenery of Kodachi-cho Park spreads out, and time seems to stop only in this space, it's very quiet and time flows slowly. With drinks and cake costing around 700 yen, it's not cheap, but you can forget about the hustle and bustle and spend a peaceful time here. As a souvenir, I bought spinach cookies and soy flour. The cookies were quite substantial because they contained okara, but they didn't taste much like spinach... They were delicious though (^^;). The soy flour is currently quite versatile, used in soup, rehydrated in water as a substitute for minced meat, etc. The cafe menu includes coffee, cafe latte, chai tea, 100% juice, and cakes, which were strawberry tart and matcha tart this time, but they may change seasonally. The items sold in the shop range from traditional dry goods like seaweed and beans to seasonal jams and bread (only on the first and third Fridays), all of which are gentle on the body. The shop is located in an apartment, so the interior is small with only 6 seats, but the view of Kodachi-cho Park from the third floor is really nice (^_^)v. In spring, you can see the fully bloomed cherry blossoms in the park. However, the location is a bit hard to find, so especially for those coming by car, it might be a good idea to ask the staff in advance by phone. It's recommended for when you want to forget about time and spend a relaxing time. The lovely smiles of the staff and delicious coffee will welcome you (^^) ===========
