It had a nice lemon flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, making it easy to eat. I was surprised by the depth of flavor in the ingredients. I happened to stumble upon this very small shop, which could easily be missed if you're not careful. It had a slightly intimidating aura, but I decided to go in and was pleasantly surprised by the clean and natural interior design in white tones. This shop specializes in sweets made without white sugar or dairy products, offering baked goods and pound cakes. I tried a sample of their Florentine, which was delicious. Due to being additive-free, the shelf life is not very long - around 2 weeks for baked goods and the same day or the next day for pound cakes. There is a small seating area where you can enjoy drinks and pound cakes, so I ordered a coffee. The size was in ounces, which was a bit confusing but added to the charm. The staff was very friendly, and I was able to enjoy my coffee leisurely. The coffee was also very good. They even have products that are appointed by the Dutch royal family. Although they are on the pricier side, they would make great gifts. It seems that you can only purchase from their physical store or online, making it quite special.
