Visited the restaurant for dinner on a holiday, right at opening time. This was my first visit since they relocated and reopened. The new location is about 200 meters east along Route 1 from the previous one. On this day, my companion and I had the following dishes: appetizer set x2 for 300 yen each, Arima Sansho simmered sardines for 490 yen, fresh saury from Wakayama for 480 yen, assorted vegetable tempura for 480 yen, assorted oden for 550 yen, rolled omelette for 480 yen, shrimp mince lettuce wraps for 580 yen, and chicken karaage for 480 yen. The saury was fresh and delicious, with a sweet taste. The assorted vegetable tempura was crispy and well-fried. The rolled omelette was firm and had a nice egg flavor. The shrimp mince lettuce wraps were surprising due to the large lettuce leaves, but there were only three, so it was manageable. The chicken karaage had a slightly spicy green onion sauce that complemented it well. Initially, there were no other customers, and even when one group arrived later, the service was still prompt, and we were able to enjoy a satisfying meal in about an hour. For drinks, we had two glasses of draft beer and a bottle of Minoh Beer Pale Ale. The selection of craft beers seems to change periodically. I realized after leaving that there were daily discounts on draft beer, highballs, and chu-hi. On that day, highballs were only 100 yen. If I had known, I would have ordered at least one, so it was a bit disappointing. The draft beer was Asahi Super Dry for 420 yen. Prices are displayed excluding tax.

I visited this restaurant with my friends. It's been a while since I've been to Manten. Even though the state of emergency has been lifted, I still feel a bit scared of crowded places. But here, you can sit comfortably, so it's easy to suggest to friends, "Let's go to Manten." The clientele is generally older, so it's not a lively place for young people, but rather a calm and relaxing spot where you can enjoy a leisurely drink. With the pandemic, I'm more conscious of such things. Manten has an amazing selection of Japanese sake. We had sashimi, rolled omelette, potato fry, ginkgo nuts, thin rolls... I was so engrossed in conversation that I forgot to take photos. The menu is wide-ranging with various dishes and drinks, including options that women would enjoy. I love this place, so I hope they continue to thrive despite the pandemic.

During the time of the coronavirus, I visited this restaurant twice before and it was always full, so this time I made a reservation. It wasn't too crowded on this holiday night. The food is basically all delicious. The fried dishes were tasty and had generous portions, making it feel like a good deal. The atmosphere is friendly and I would like to visit again.

A delicious restaurant serving fish and Japanese sake! We had a dinner party with 6 people in a private room. They offer a variety of fish dishes, including sashimi, Thai-style fish head soup, sake-steamed clams, and shirako. We enjoyed a wide selection of over 30 types of Japanese sake, as well as cocktails and shochu for those who don't like sake. Sake was available in 3/4 (masu) and one cup (tokkuri) sizes.

The fourteenth generation, Hinotori, Shinsei... With the recent sake boom in Japan, there are more and more premium-priced sakes being traded. I have always wished to try them, but my wallet is not so generous, so I end up drinking one-cup sake every day. Walking around Kyobashi after work, I sensed something delicious. I was drawn to the front of a store where a sign displayed a selection of tasty sakes. The prices were reasonable, manageable even before payday. I have forgotten the tragic memories of being ripped off in a similar situation in my younger days. Desires have a way of erasing the past. Contrary to my expectations, the store was quite spacious with a wide depth. I was guided to a seat and looked through the sake menu. Famous and unknown, from all regions, sweet and spicy... a variety of sakes lined up. Choosing a drink from here was a difficult task. If only I had this level of concentration, I might have been able to do a higher-level job. Once the sake was decided, the next step was choosing the food. I carefully selected what I wanted to eat. That's all that matters. The simple rolled omelette was well done. It was nice that they cut it into bite-sized pieces. Eating a whole piece would have attracted too much attention. The stewed hormone dish was quite unusual. The ingredients were simmered and the liquid had a substantial amount. It might be better to think of it as a soup since it comes with a ladle. It had a rich and deep flavor, which was interesting. After filling up with oden, I focused on drinking. There was even a service for a tasting flight of three sakes, and before I knew it, I was in a good mood. I found a good restaurant.

I drank here tonight~♪ There were about 30 people for a company gathering, so there aren't many photos (^-^; The food was consistently scarce, so I ended up drinking a lot of highballs d=(^o^)=b I wanted to evaluate the food, but there was just not enough of it, so I let the younger ones eat first. When I asked for their thoughts, they just said "It's good!" lightly, so I guess it was just average ( ´∀` )b I only had a little bit of the appetizers, but the sashimi seemed to be thawed, and the potato salad inside was tasty♪ The staff's service was just normal, but thank you for the meal.

This is a cozy and cost-effective izakaya with handwritten "daily recommendations" menus and various pop-ups and copies inside the restaurant, showing the staff's enthusiasm to provide a comfortable place. Despite the casual appearance from the outside, the interior is spacious and clean, with stylish chairs and tables that set it apart from typical izakayas. The menu included assorted sashimi, stir-fried clams and cabbage, nori-dashi tea rice, craft beer, and white sangria. The total bill came to 3,990 yen after a slight discount. The sashimi assortment was delicious, especially the snapper and amberjack. The stir-fried clams and cabbage had a great flavor, and the nori-dashi tea rice was a satisfying end to the meal. The craft beer and white sangria were also enjoyable with unique choices. Overall, a satisfying experience with a slight disappointment due to the pricing display method.

I was drawn to the lunch beef cutlet when I passed by, but there were so many lunch menu options! So, I changed my mind and decided on a children's meal-like set with hamburger and shrimp fry. It was cheaper than the beef cutlet, which influenced my decision a lot, but when the dish arrived, I regretted it quite a bit. The beef cutlet looked much more delicious and substantial, while the hamburger and shrimp fry looked really plain and small, like something a child would eat. The taste was just okay, but I felt like I had already lost before even eating. So, if I ever come back, I have sworn to myself that I will definitely eat the beef cutlet!

I drank a lot of sake this time, following the last visit! The dishes were all delicious and reasonably priced. You can add one piece at a time with the sashimi, so it's okay to visit with an odd number of people. The sake (8 types of sake all-you-can-drink) had a good lineup, but this time they all tasted a bit bland (last time I also drank sake, and they were all delicious). They were properly stored in the refrigerator, but the storage method (temperature, etc.) may need improvement.

The dishes are all delicious, but personally, I found that some dishes have very small portions for the price (especially those that do not use expensive ingredients). I recommend booking the semi-private room for those who want to drink in a calm environment.

The course meal and sashimi bento box were beautifully presented and very delicious. The appearance was also uplifting. The semi-private room was relaxing, and the sake was tasty. The proprietress and other staff members were friendly, and I would definitely like to visit again.

The course meal with all-you-can-drink option for 4,500 yen is delicious without being pretentious. For an additional 2,980 yen, you can enjoy rare Japanese sake such as Juyondai, Tokuoka, and Shinsei No.6. I definitely want to revisit with fellow sake lovers.

This izakaya offers a variety of healthy and heartwarming dishes such as fresh sashimi, dashimaki tamago, and oden. While there is nothing particularly innovative, they serve delicious food with sincerity. I had mackerel sushi as a finale, and the balance of mackerel fat and vinegared rice was exquisite. I even got some for takeout!

I was looking for a place near Kyobashi Station where I could have a delicious meal. I found this restaurant while searching on Tabelog! The reviews were good, and I was drawn to the phrase "happiness cuisine" (lol). This time, I came for the food rather than the alcohol, so I only had beer and highball. I was satisfied! I had the following dishes: Maitake mushroom platter for 1,280 yen, Shrimp and peanut with green onion sauce for 580 yen, Authentic Chinese shrimp chili for 680 yen, Cheese spring rolls for 480 yen, Braised pork for 580 yen, Maiten's specialty! Mackerel sushi (3 pieces) for 500 yen, Italian gelato for 380 yen. All the dishes were delicious, but I especially liked the braised pork. It was so tender and the flavor was just right! I will definitely visit again.

The space was decent for the Kyobashi area, and the food was delicious.
It was an all-you-can-drink course, but the volume was amazing! I enjoyed it deliciously.

It was a gift, but it was very delicious. According to the menu on Tabelog, it seems to be Kinuwa mackerel from Miyagi Prefecture. When they had their relocation opening, a lady handing out flyers offered me one, but I said, "I already ate today, maybe next time!" I'd like to try it at the restaurant sometime. Thank you for the meal.
