As of June 15, 2021, the opening hours have changed to 11:00-20:00, and the sale of alcoholic beverages has been suspended all day. After shopping and having the Tantanmen at Detto, all that's left is dessert. I need to get back home by evening, so I can't go to ITOMA Coffee, and it's constantly raining, so I want to get to Tenjin Station in a straight line from here without wandering around. I found a cafe on Instagram that I had followed, and it's right around this area, so I gathered my courage and went in! Why did I need courage to enter a cafe? Well, this cafe also has a shisha lounge, and I was worried that if I suddenly started a parfait festival while the shisha customers were there, it might ruin the atmosphere (laughs). Although there is a distinction between cafe time and bar time in the evening, shisha seems to be available all day. It's a weekday afternoon, so I guess it's okay to go to a cafe, right? I got on the elevator nervously (;^ω^) Despite the intimidating entrance, the inside of the cafe has a pop and healthy atmosphere! Most of the wall facing the street is made of glass, so even on cloudy days, natural light comes in widely, making it bright and airy. Shisha establishments often have an atmosphere that feels like they are cut off from the outside world or have a heavily Arabian style, so there is a contrast here. I really like the heavily Arabian style, and at one point, I even planned to make my home like that (I gave up when I reached the stage of covering the entire wall with dull gold, haha). Before it moved to Hakata Marui, I wanted to make a room like the Far East Bazaar that used to be in Tenjin! I ordered the Churros Sundae, sticking to my initial plan, but oh, I couldn't resist adding the Grape Cream Soda that caught my eye (laughs). There were no other customers when I arrived, but one by one, customers started to come in while I was waiting. It's nice to enjoy shisha during the daytime ( ˘ω˘ *) Since the cafe mainly has sofa seats, you can relax and unwind. The variety of shisha flavors on the menu is exciting to look at. When I see this, a tournament of my favorite flavors or a knockout competition starts in my head, and I can watch it for a while. Once I can fully enjoy nightlife, I'll come back to enjoy the shisha... For now, the leading candidates are Lemon Mint or Pineapple, and I'm curious about Summer Sorbet and Cactus (!). The Sundae looked just as cute and Instagrammable as it did on the top screen of Instagram or Tabelog! It was adorable~( ⸝⸝⸝ ᐢ ᵕ ᐢ ⸝⸝⸝ ) The chocolate spray is just ordinary cheap chocolate, but since my childlike heart remains intact even as an adult, it excites me, so I love it (*^ω^*) And the quality of the churros was so good that I checked the menu to see if I could order them separately. It was warm and slightly salty, even though I imagined it to be sweet. However, it's not excessive, and it quickly disappears under the shadow of the sweetness, so it's not off-putting; on the contrary, it makes you want more, and another bite goes down easily. These churros are seriously delicious!!! I felt like I could easily have another Sundae, but making it seemed like it would take some effort, so a strange restraint came over me, and I decided to stop with one Sundae and the cream soda for the day. Next time, I'll order two sundaes from the start (laughs) The bottom was filled with cornflakes, and on top were cube-cut cheesecake pieces. Apart from the churros, the rest of the sundae was like the base of a typical sundae or parfait, but I want to come back for this churros. I chose the Grape Cream Soda based on its color, and I got excited taking a photo of the dartboard and the cream soda together because it's not often that these establishments appear together in one place (*^∀^*) The customer's Ramune Cream Soda was a beautiful, translucent watercolor blue, even more beautiful than the sample photo... momentarily feeling jealous (laughs) It was just a delicious cream soda☆ It's probably made with Fanta Grape... I don't usually think about buying Fanta or anything, but when it's poured into a glass with ice, it somehow tastes good.
