The interior of the restaurant had a vintage feel with old American imagery, which I really enjoyed. I wanted to order the Cut Steak Set with 100g and add toppings like hamburger, but they only had it available in 150g. I shook the steak sauce well and poured it into a small dish, but I noticed there was a piece of onion stuck at the opening. When I tried to push it out, both dishes ended up having the same taste. Just a heads up! The Cut Steak Set had various cuts to try, cooked rare. It was 150g and quite filling, with large American-sized vegetables. The steak sauce, wasabi soy sauce, and salt were all great! The "Chicken Burger Combo Set" included two pieces of chicken and a 160g hamburger, which I was curious about and turned out to be a great choice. The hamburger at a steakhouse is completely different from homemade ones. I also tried the chicken steak, which had two very impressive pieces. I shared them with another person, and we were happy to try beef, chicken, hamburger, almost all the main dishes. My friend preferred the fillet steak over the New York steak. The hamburger was surprisingly tasty, with finely ground meat. The cake in the cake set was a New York cheesecake and it was delicious. By the time we finished eating, there were already two groups of customers waiting outside. It seems like a popular place already! Overall, the New York steak was good, but I prefer Uestan's dice steak. The fillet steak here has better value for money compared to Uestan. The rice is similar at both places. There are two types of sauces here, unlike Uestan which has only one. The hamburger here, as mentioned in reviews, was good. The staff, including the lady on the floor and the man in the kitchen, provided great service with a smile. I ordered the fillet steak this time, so I would rate it 3.5 stars. If I had only ordered the New York steak, it might be 3.3 stars. But I'm torn because of the good service. The dressing on the salad was delicious. After a while, the cut steak on the hot plate was brought to us. It was tender and delicious. The New York Steak was cooked rare and we could adjust the doneness using the hot stone on the plate. It was also delicious.

There is a restaurant called "New York Steak" open in front of Mister Max in Nishi Nagoya. It seems that the former "Park Diner" in Noma has been renovated and reopened as "New York Steak". I visited Park Diner once before, but I don't remember much... This time, I went for lunch again. They still had a great value plate available, so I ordered the "Cut Steak 150g" for 1000 yen. It came with rice, soup, and salad. The salad had a generous amount. The soup was consomme soup. The steak arrived without much of a wait. It sizzled on the hot plate, which really stimulated my appetite! The lean meat was cooked nicely, and you could choose from two types of sauce. It was delicious. Overall, for 1000 yen, this was more than enough. I used to love the lunch at Uestan, but if this limited quantity lunch is available, this might be a better deal. Thank you for the meal.

I prepared the sauce on a small plate and added some black pepper. The steak tasted similar to Texas Roadhouse or Red Robin, but the hamburger was not as tasty as the one I had at Biggler Donkey last week. It was disappointing considering the good service. I hope for a better experience next time.
