マッチョルー
I arrived at Abeno to try the collaboration store between the popular "Jinrui Minamenrui" and the beloved local favorite "Raamen Shin" which has been in business for 25 years in Sapporo! Today's restaurant is "Jinrui Minakarasa ga Subete"! The store is located on the B1F of Abeno Hoop's food court. It stands out with its flashy exterior and atmosphere among the various other shops in the area. This time, I tried two types of ramen: "Jinrui Minakarasa ga Subete 30 (Thirty)" for ¥880 and "Jinrui Minakarasa ga Subete 50 (Fifty)" for ¥980! It is said to be a spicy ramen from "Raamen Shin" with the essence of "Jinrui Minamenrui" added to it! The stylish bowl filled with delicious-looking ramen was a sight to behold! Let's dig in! The "30 (Thirty)" had a spicy soup with green onions, leeks, ground meat, and chashu. It had a mixed noodle-like sensation. The spicy soup had a perfect level of spiciness and umami, making it delicious! The umami from the soup combined perfectly with the ground meat and leeks, creating a fantastic harmony! The spicy kick enhanced the rich flavor of the soup, making it incredibly tasty! The noodles were also amazing, with a chewy texture and a strong wheat aroma and flavor! They were a perfect match for the flavorful soup, creating a delicious interplay of umami, spiciness, and noodle texture! The chashu, bursting with flavor, released its umami with every bite! It was incredibly delicious! The "50 (Fifty)" had noodles soaked in the magma-like colored soup, giving it a striking appearance! As soon as I tasted the soup, a sharp spiciness hit me! It was perfect for those who love spicy food! Just like the "30 (Thirty)," it wasn't just about the spiciness! The spicy soup had a depth of umami, enhanced by the ground meat and leeks, creating a rich and delicious broth! The soup was so delicious that I felt like having a bowl of rice with it! The thick chashu, already flavorful on its own, absorbed the richness of the soup, releasing a burst of umami with every bite! It was amazing! And most of all, the chewiness and springiness of the noodles, along with their aroma and umami, were addictive! It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating the noodles and drinking the soup! It was incredibly tasty! After trying both types of ramen, the spiciness and umami of the soup, the chewiness and springiness of the noodles, left a lingering aftertaste even after finishing the meal! This is the kind of ramen that you'll get hooked on and want to come back for more!
