I felt like eating eel, so I made a reservation at an eel restaurant on the second floor of a hotel near Nakajima Park and ate there. I made the reservation through Tabelog, which is a convenient feature. The eel was neither fluffy nor crispy. The only thing I thought when I opened the lid was, "The eel is small." I ordered a whole eel, but...

Sapporo is a quiet Japanese restaurant located on the second floor of the Mystays Premier Hotel in Nakajima Park. On the day of arrival, feeling a bit tired, I decided to stay in and ordered the eel rice bowl for 4,000 yen. It had a Kanto-style taste, but it was delicious enough. For breakfast, they also offer Japanese set meals, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful meal in a quiet space away from the bustling buffet area on the same floor.

This year's eel for the midsummer day of the ox is here. I made a reservation and went to the hotel. They guided me to the parking lot properly! Truly a classy hotel. Have you made a reservation? Yes. We went up to the second floor of the hotel, and the entrance to the restaurant felt like walking into a traditional Japanese inn. The lights would turn on automatically as you walked through with sensors. It must have a fantastic atmosphere at night. There were many families enjoying a leisurely lunch at the hotel, creating a lovely ambiance. For lunch, there were no alcoholic beverages available (unfortunately), and I ordered the following: ◆ Special Eel Rice Bowl - 4800 yen (pickles, eel liver, coffee included) ◆ Sapporo Classic Draft Beer - 800 yen The eel served today was from Gifu Prefecture. When I opened the rice bowl, a whole eel was beautifully arranged inside. The eel here had a crispy texture when grilled. Although it wasn't very thick, the taste was elegant and delicious. The eel sauce and sansho pepper were served separately. It was so delicious! The weather had been extremely hot for the past few days, so I had been craving eel. I'm glad I waited patiently. The pickles included Nara pickles and pickled ginger, which was quite unique. The flavor of the Nara pickles complemented the eel perfectly. This meal helped me overcome summer fatigue! I feel re-energized and ready to tackle this summer! After finishing the meal, when I was about to leave, the server asked, "Would you like your coffee hot or iced?" I was surprised that they offered coffee! It was a delightful meal - thank you!

Sightseeing in Hokkaido. Breakfast at Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park. I decided to restrain myself from eating too much this morning after overindulging last night. I planned to save my appetite for a delicious lunch. However, when I saw that the hotel offered a limited seafood bowl for the Japanese breakfast menu, I quickly changed my mind. I ordered the seafood bowl from "Unagi Nakajima," a restaurant in the hotel. It seemed like I just made it in time as they only had one left. Although the actual dish looked slightly different from the photo, the quality and quantity of the seafood were the same. The seafood bowl was fresh and extremely delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a great breakfast at the hotel in Hokkaido. I am looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast as well, as I am staying for another night. The hotel has good access to Sapporo Station and Susukino. Overall, it is a great hotel.

I had hitsumabushi as the main dish, along with umaki, uzaku, and bone senbei. The eel was fluffy and very delicious. When I ordered extra rice, a whole bowl of rice came out, which was very satisfying. Everything besides hitsumabushi was also delicious.

I had the special eel rice bowl. It was very fragrant and perfectly grilled, with a delicious sauce that balanced everything out. The sauce alone could make you want three extra bowls of rice. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great, with a spacious interior that allows for a calm dining experience. The private rooms at the back also seem nice. It would be a good place for a leisurely business dinner while enjoying some drinks.

I used it for lunch. Around 1 pm? It was a weekday, so there were plenty of seats available! The entrance is very stylish and elegant. The reception is on the 2nd floor, and there are seats on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There was air conditioning, so it was comfortable as it was hot outside. This time, I had the premium eel. I really like eel on rice. There was also grilled eel, but I didn't order it this time. Freshly cooked eel is the best!! I was a little bothered by the small bones, but as an adult, I ate without worrying about it haha. It was a very happy time.

"Premium Unadon for 4500 yen. They carefully grill the eel sourced from Gifu for 20 minutes. It's 4500 yen for a whole eel, but if you get 3/4 of it, it's 4000 yen. I recommend getting the whole eel. Enjoy it with plenty of sansho pepper sprinkled on top."

It was a quiet morning with few people. I chose the limited quantity seafood bowl over the Japanese set meal. It was delicious with scallops, sweet shrimp, salmon, and sea urchin in that order. However, there was nothing particularly special about this place, so if you're looking for the same breakfast, the restaurant inside the hotel called Snow Peak is better!

Visited on April 17, 2023, for my birthday this year. I had always wanted to try this restaurant, Unagi no Nakajima. It is located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park, and there is also a separate annex on the 3rd floor. Today, I was treated to an eel kaiseki course by my wife. It's been a while since I had eel. I had pre-booked the eel kaiseki course, and the menu included: - Small Dish: Eel bone senbei and liver with sansho pepper - Hot Dish: Grilled white eel and steamed eel in a pot - Steamed Dish: Eel dumpling - Grilled Dish: Grilled eel with vinegar - Main Dish: Hitsumabushi (3/4 eel) with pickles and liver soup - Dessert: Daily sweets Everything was delicious, and I am grateful. We were a party of two, and we also opted for the all-you-can-drink option, which was definitely worth it. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the eel dumpling, grilled eel with vinegar, and hitsumabushi. It was my first time having so many eel dishes, and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I used the national travel support program to stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park and visited Unagi Nakajima on the 2nd floor of the hotel for the first time. Check-in at the hotel was crowded due to the national travel support, taking about 30 minutes, but the reservation I made on Tabelog at Unagi Nakajima went smoothly and I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely. I ordered a bottle of white wine and enjoyed some tempura assortment while waiting for the Unagi Special Supreme to be grilled. I had the Unagi Special Supreme with plenty of Kishu grapes and sansho pepper, and enjoyed it with extra sauce. The atmosphere was nice and I was able to relax, which was great. I will definitely use it again when I feel like having eel.

There is an eel restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Mystays Premier hotel in Susukino, Sapporo. The entrance is lined with gradually lighting up lights, creating a nice atmosphere. The grilled eel skin was strong, with a slight lingering smell, but it became less noticeable as I ate. The liver sashimi was lightly seasoned, and being able to add extra sauce was a nice touch.

The previous bad impression seems to be affecting me, as I feel unsettled when the meal is served. The Japanese meal looks wonderful, but the grilled fish is sweet miso-marinated salmon. In general, the breakfast is good, but I wish the grilled dishes were simple instead of being flavored with miso or other sauces. There are not many vegetables, but they are decent. The coffee is also decent. Maybe it's because of the rushed service or the bad impression from last time, but I can't seem to relax.

On the 3rd day of my business trip in Hokkaido in September 2022, I had breakfast at the restaurant located within Mystays Premier Sapporo. Yesterday, I wasn't quite satisfied with the seafood bowl at the buffet on the same floor, so I wanted to try a different place. It's been 3 years since I last visited this place, and what has changed is not just the traditional Japanese set meals but also an increase in limited quantity seafood bowls. Of course, I ordered the limited quantity seafood bowl. It came with a side dish of deep-fried tofu with sauce. The bowl included crab, salmon roe, salmon, sweet shrimp, scallop, octopus, grated wasabi, and cod roe, with a luxurious lineup. It was delicious. The salmon and sweet shrimp had a rich flavor that I don't often taste in conveyor belt sushi. The grated wasabi was also a unique touch. The neatly arranged seafood bowl looked beautiful. The inclusion of crab and scallop made it feel like a high-class establishment. For hotel guests, it costs 2,200 yen, and for regular customers, it's 2,750 yen. It's great to be able to enjoy it as part of a breakfast package.

Today's eel was delicious with the crispy skin from Gifu. The eel steamed with egg was soft and sweet, mixed with the yolk for a delicious taste. The Hitsumabushi was enjoyed by first eating with sansho pepper, then adding seaweed, shiso, and broth. This eel course meal for 8800 yen was definitely delicious!

I wanted to order a seafood bowl for breakfast using the Japanese set meal discount, but it was very popular and quickly sold out. The Japanese set meal allows you to choose between white rice, sixteen-grain rice, and porridge. I chose sixteen-grain rice. It was delicious, but it took a while to be served because there weren't enough staff to keep things running smoothly. There were many side dishes, so I ended up eating a lot of rice. Overall, it was better than a regular breakfast buffet.

9:30, I ordered white rice first and asked for the miso soup to be brought later. It was slow, and the manager-like person apologized, saying "Please wait a little longer." It took 10 minutes for the food to be served. A delay in breakfast is a fatal mistake, but overall the food was delicious and well put together. I was enjoying a "decent breakfast" to some extent. However, even though I didn't order it, the miso soup arrived on its own at 9:50. I asked for it around 9:55 so I could finish my meal and leave by 10:00. The miso soup was lukewarm!!! I asked for it to be reheated, but it didn't come back even after 2 minutes. I waited for 3 minutes, and finally, the youngest kitchen staff brought it out on a tray. The senior female server touched the bowl herself, probably the mastermind behind the 9:50 incident. The bowl was not warm from reheating, but scalding hot (unbearable!?). I was 110% furious. If they could do this, I wish they had just done it properly from the beginning. I was 120% angry from the morning. The food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. Unbearable despite the delicious food.

During my business trip to Sapporo, the hotel I stayed at provided me with eel for dinner from this restaurant. The eel was soft and fluffy with a perfect balance of sweetness in the sauce, making it incredibly delicious. I don't often have the opportunity to eat eel, so I was very happy to enjoy such a tasty meal from a great restaurant.

I stayed at My Stayz, so I had dinner here. The half-sized eel bowl was 3000 yen, and the eel bowl set with miso soup was 3300 yen, which includes eel, rice, miso soup, chawanmushi, pickles, and simmered dish. Which one would you choose? I ordered the latter eel bowl set because it was clearly a better deal. While waiting for the set, I ordered sake and chicken skewers. They were very fragrant. The sauce was also delicious. Even my picky eater daughter seemed to like it. However, it was a waste, so I ended up eating most of it. The set was also very delicious. I wonder what the difference is between the eel bowl and the set. Thank you for the meal.

The special eel rice bowl costs 4,500 yen, which is reasonable. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the overall satisfaction is high. I felt like I got a good deal and enjoyed a delicious eel rice bowl. The restaurant may seem high-class for someone like me, a commoner, as the other customers were all very refined. I almost made a mistake of ordering my eel rice bowl with extra sauce... that's how out of place I felt. The taste of the eel was elegant and you can tell it was cooked with care. If you want to indulge, I recommend visiting this place at least once.
