I arrived a little after 9 am and got the 5th place in line to get a ticket. I purchased my meal ticket at the touch panel and then took a seat. The staff kindly explained everything to me. When asked how many hamburgs I wanted (up to 3), I ordered 3. The freshly cooked rice in a feather pot was free to refill. Each person gets one raw egg for free. The hamburgers had a nice texture and just the right amount of flavor, with juicy meat. They were delicious! The white rice was also incredibly tasty. There were various condiments, all of which were delicious, but my favorite was the oil-soaked green chili. I definitely want to come back again.

The fourth domestic store of this restaurant has now opened in Imaizumi, Fukuoka, so I decided to check it out in the early afternoon. Surprisingly, there were not many people waiting, and I was able to secure a reservation for the 13:30 slot as they had not yet distributed all the tickets. There was also a waiting bar called "Machinomi" where you can spend time, and as long as you return by the designated time on your ticket, you're good. After waiting for about an hour under the eaves, I was escorted into the restaurant. Inside, there was an oval-shaped counter surrounding the central kitchen where about 30 seats were available. The set meal offered consisted of up to three 90g charcoal-grilled hamburgers. The minced meat, ground in the morning, had a nice texture, and despite being cooked through, it was juicy and flavorful. There were five condiments available for the hamburgers, such as green chili salt lemon and ma la spice, enhancing the umami of the meat. The sweet rice cooked in the feather pot tasted even better with the "eating soy sauce" provided as a condiment, and the egg served as a side was delicious on top of the hamburgers or mixed with rice. While similar restaurants are opening nationwide, the original restaurant continues to maintain its overwhelming popularity due to its dedication to every detail, from the hamburgers and freshly cooked rice to the condiments. It's clear that the original restaurant is in a league of its own, different from the imitators that are gradually losing customers.
