I had some errands in Tenjin at lunchtime and in between, I really felt like having omurice, so I decided to go. I was torn between choices, but I ended up choosing the omurice with chicken nanban on top! The chicken nanban and the omurice were both delicious, but personally, I really loved the pickles (*^_^*)

Upon entering the restaurant, I felt a bit flustered as there was no explanation of the system. It seemed a bit unfriendly. Inside, there were counter seats, so it was fine to dine alone. The large portion of the hamburger omelette rice was an additional 100 yen (tax included 1490 yen). Honestly, I found the hamburger to be just okay compared to the main omelette rice dish, but the pickles that were free for refills were delicious. Also, the coffee was to my liking.

On this day, I was returning from the beauty salon and had some spare time, so I decided to stop by a restaurant that had lunch until 4 pm. As soon as I entered, I saw a ticket machine and was drawn to the seasonal limited edition dish, mentaiko cheese omelette rice for 1190 yen. I bought the ticket and then proceeded inside the restaurant, where I handed the ticket to the staff and chose a seat. Although there were table seats, I was alone so I sat at the counter. The counter seats were separated properly from the one in front, creating a good atmosphere for enjoying the meal in peace. Pickles, soup, and coffee were all-you-can-eat. The pickles were delicious. While I was eating and waiting, my dish was brought to the table. I also received a free ticket for either extra cheese or a larger portion for my next visit. I am grateful to be able to enjoy omelette rice during this egg shortage. The fluffy and creamy egg with generous mentaiko sauce, along with the ketchup rice containing sliced onions for a crunchy texture, was delicious. The coffee was also good, and the service was quick. It's a great place for a lunch break during work.

Cheese Hamburger Omelette (Hayashi) - The hamburger was meaty and rich in flavor, so when combined with the omelette, it felt a bit heavy. The fluffy egg and ketchup rice alone were delicious enough! Next time, I'll order a simple omelette rice. Thank you for the meal.

I was planning to go eat ramen, but I stumbled upon a new restaurant and decided to give it a try. The seating capacity was not large, but there was a counter at the back. By default, I ordered the tomato sauce option when buying the food ticket, and when asked about the rice portion, I wasn't sure what "normal" meant so I chose that. There was a self-service corner with soup, pickles, and coffee. The omurice I ordered turned out to be a fluffy omurice. It looked small, so I thought I could finish it, but for some reason, I started feeling queasy after eating about half of it. I gave up after just a couple more bites. The menu offered options like cheese, extra-large portions, and demi-glace, but I couldn't handle them. On my way out, I received a voucher for a free extra-large portion or cheese topping for my next visit, but since I wouldn't use it, I decided to give it to a colleague. Surprisingly, that person had a free voucher from Shoppers as well, as they had been there before (laughs).

The specialty restaurant for creamy omurice (*^^*)! Their concept is to offer authentic omurice that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, even if dining alone (*´∀`*). The "Tomato & Hayashi Om" dish allows you to enjoy both a fresh tomato sauce with a hint of white wine and a flavorful hayashi sauce, leaving you fully satisfied (^з^)-☆! The "Double Cheese Hamburg Om (Hayashi)" features a rich flavor from red wine and beef tendon, which pairs perfectly with the hamburg and omurice (*^_^*). The special pickles, marinated with herbs and citrus fruits for over two days, add a delightful aroma and complement the omurice well (^_−)−☆! The soy consomme soup, infused with onion extract, also goes well with the dish (^o^).

I had lunch in Tenjin, Fukuoka, and finally decided to try out the omurice restaurant that had caught my eye. I bought a 1,190 yen ticket for the hamburger omurice and sat at a table that resembled a counter seat. I went to get the pickles first since they were self-service. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was mainly young female students, with a few male customers here and there. The food arrived in about 5 minutes. The hamburger was cooked a bit firm, but the omurice was fluffy and the sauce had a nice tangy flavor, making it a recommended restaurant in Tenjin.

I had cheese and tomato sauce omurice at Kanda Tamagoken Fukuoka Tenjin store. You buy a meal ticket first, then go to the eating area in the back. It seems to be popular among office workers, and there are seats for solo diners. There are many topping options, and the variety is impressive. Soup and other items are self-service. It seems like a good place to go during work breaks or lunchtime.

I finally got to visit the restaurant I was curious about! I ordered a dish with lots of toppings, extra large rice, hamburger, fried shrimp, double cheese, and double sauce! In the end, I realized that adding extra sauce was the right choice because it wasn't enough without it! The cheese was gooey and plentiful no matter where I took a bite, and it was delicious! I will definitely go back to try a different flavor next time!

The other day, on my way back from the barber, I felt like grabbing something to eat. As I was walking, I spotted a sign for "Kanda Tamago Ken Fukuoka Tenjin Store"! Seeing other customers inside piqued my interest, so I decided to go in. There was a ticket machine at the entrance, and I ordered the Hamburg Cheese Omelette Rice with curry sauce. The interior had table seating and free soup available. After a while, the omelette rice arrived! The fluffy egg was topped with cheese, and when I scooped it up with a spoon, I got a perfect mix of cheese, hamburger, and egg. The curry flavor was also delicious. I recommend this place to anyone looking to eat omelette rice in Tenjin!

There are many attractive menu items at the creative omurice restaurant. The eggs were fluffy and there was plenty of them, and the meal also came with a drink and soup, so I left feeling full. Even though I came all the way to Fukuoka, I ended up at a restaurant that originated in Tokyo, but the delicious taste made it all worth it!

Today, I used the "2x egg" coupon that I regularly receive on LINE, so I went straight to "Kanda Tamago-ken". Normally, I order the Hamburg Omelette Rice for 1,090 yen, but recently when I have the "2x egg" coupon, I find that having the Hamburg on top makes me too full and uncomfortable in the afternoon, so today I went with the "Tomato & Demi-Glace Omelette Rice" without the Hamburg for 990 yen. I also used the "extra large or cheese-filled" ticket that I always receive to upgrade to "cheese-filled". This results in a very filling omelette rice dish. Today, I hardly needed to use my teeth (laughs) as I happily gulped it down. It was delicious!

This is a restaurant specializing in omurice located about 299m from Tenjin Station in Tokyo, with several branches in the city. I visited during lunchtime and had to wait for about 15 minutes before entering, as it was crowded. The interior was surprisingly spacious with counter and table seating. Due to the crowd, there were only two staff members, so it took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The omurice itself was delicious, with a fluffy and creamy texture. It is self-service, and you can enjoy unlimited pickles.

There were a lot of people at Tamago Ken in Tenjin during lunchtime. I bought a meal ticket and went inside, where I was surprised to find that the restaurant was quite spacious. I ordered the Tomato Hayashi Omelette Rice with cheese topping. The portion was generous and it was delicious. I will definitely come back here when I feel like eating omelette rice again.

During the first day of the Fukuyama expedition, we embarked on a high-paced mission of "matching activities" (eating the same thing as your favorite). For lunch, we visited a restaurant called Kanda Tamago Ken, which was recommended by HKT 5th generation members Kurina (Yamane Rina) and Miyabimu (Nagano Masaki). From their Instagram photos, it seems like they had hashed beef and mushroom omelette rice. We bought tickets from the vending machine right after entering and handed them over to the counter. Although the window seats were full due to the crowded lunchtime, I was guided to a single-seat table separated by an acrylic board. I prepared pickles and soup by myself, and soon the dish was served. Following the instructions for the best way to enjoy the meal, I first savored the creamy egg without any toppings. The chicken rice with crunchy onions was delicious. Then, I mixed it with the sauce. The contrast between the rich hashed beef and slightly sweet mushroom sauce was excellent. Lastly, I refreshed my palate with pickles. The restaurant was full of young people.

I came to Tenjin on a weekend break and decided to have lunch at a familiar drugstore. I searched for nearby restaurants on Tabelog and found a place that caught my interest. It was this restaurant, a specialty omurice shop. The catchphrase "Fluffy and Melty" intrigued me. I don't usually eat omurice, but I was curious, so I decided to give it a try. I walked to the restaurant and arrived around 11:25. As I entered, I saw a ticket machine along a long hallway. Although the mushroom cream cheese omurice caught my attention on the outdoor menu, I ended up being drawn to the monthly special omurice on the ticket machine. I purchased a ticket for the generous beef tendon stew omurice with cheese and proceeded down the hallway. The restaurant had 4 customers seated at tables and counters. I handed my ticket to the staff and sat at an available counter seat. I picked up soup and pickles from the self-service area and waited for my order. It arrived in less than 10 minutes. The egg was fluffy and melty. I took a bite of the omurice. It was delicious. The egg was fluffy and creamy, with the perfect semi-cooked texture. The chicken rice had a mild ketchup flavor, making it easy to eat. The beef tendon was tender, and the stew was rich, complementing the omurice well. The cheese added a mellow touch. The soup with onions was tasty, and the pickles had a mild acidity. I got a coffee from the self-service area after the meal. Coffee was complimentary during lunchtime. It had a light taste with a slight bitterness at the end. I finished the meal in no time. The restaurant recently relocated from a nearby area. I wonder if it's a Tokyo restaurant since it's in Kanda. I had a more enjoyable omurice experience than I expected. Next time, I might try the mushroom cream cheese or hayashi and mushroom cheese omurice. I received a free voucher for my next visit, so I'd like to upgrade to a larger portion. This time it cost me 1,190 yen, a bit pricey perhaps. I paid with Rakuten Pay. It was delicious. I'll definitely come back.

Hamburg Omelette Rice with Mushroom Cream Sauce for 1090 yen. I was in the mood for omelette rice. It's easier to enter now that they've moved to the first floor. I was surprised by how spacious it is once you go inside. They have thorough COVID-19 measures in place. The food arrived soon after ordering. It was my first time eating here since I last had it in Ikebukuro, and while it didn't exceed my expectations, it was a comforting delicious meal. I will come back again when I feel like having omelette rice.

I always look forward to receiving LINE coupons. The photo shows a double egg and cheese hamburger omelette rice with demi-glace sauce. I like to pour a lot of ketchup on it and add plenty of Tabasco sauce. With double the eggs, it becomes even more like a "drinkable omelette rice," so I highly recommend it!

Relocation & Slight Price Increase? In Tenjin, "Kanda Tamago Ken" Before heading to work in the afternoon, I was walking in North Tenjin when I noticed that "Kanda Tamago Ken" had relocated. It used to be on the 2nd floor of a nearby building. Now it's on the 1st floor, but in a more tucked away location in the building. It seems a bit smaller now. As always, they offer all-you-can-eat pickles and a rich butter consommé. The most standard one, the tomato cheese, is priced at 850 yen. Perhaps due to the relocation or just the passage of time over the past 3-4 years, the prices have apparently increased slightly. The refreshing taste of tomato combined with the richness of cheese is really good. You return your dishes yourself through the return slot and quickly finish your lunch. - Restaurant Information: Kanda Tamago Ken, 3-16-17 Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka

Kanda Tamago-ken has moved to a location two doors down! The new store is on the first floor, so it's easy to enter without climbing long stairs like before. I ordered the limited edition roast chicken omelette rice this month, and during lunchtime, you can get free refills of pickles, soup, and coffee, which is great (´^ω^) Both the omelette rice and pickles were delicious! Thank you for the meal.
