(Fake) Ramen Oyaji, (Fake) Ramen Oyaji (Fake), Ramen, O・Ya・Ji Oyaji~╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ It's been a long time since the last appearance of (Fake) Ramen Oyaji *\(^o^)/* Lately, Anichari has been paying attention to his diet for health reasons, so he hasn't been going to ramen shops much. But that doesn't mean (Fake) Ramen Oyaji has retired, haha. So, after leaving Uo ya Shunpei, finally checked in at Amza. I was quite full and tired, so I took a break for a while. When I woke up, I suddenly felt like eating ramen after a long time, so I headed out into the night city. But there are hardly any ramen shops open at this time in Sen-nichimae. If that's the case, I have to go towards Shinsaibashi... But on the way, I was approached by Asian women offering massages, and in Shinsaibashi, I was asked by a tout if I was looking for a bar, so I couldn't calm down and find a shop. In the midst of that, I arrived at this place, Shi43-ya, a clam ramen shop. After drinking, it's good for the liver to have clams, right? So, I climbed the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor of the mixed-use building. As soon as I entered the store, there were no other customers, as it was already past 1 am. Maybe it was too early for customers who had just finished their night work to come in? I sat at the counter and chose the clam salt ramen (=^▽^)σ. Clams = salt, right? I wonder if it's going to be as rich as that damn Oyaji~? In the store, there were many colored paper decorations. While taking pictures inside, the ramen arrived *\(^o^)/* The toppings were... clams (plenty) and Chinese cabbage, a very simple content. I tried the soup right away, and it had a light and gentle taste (●´ω`●). I see, customers who would visit in the middle of the night probably don't need a deep taste in the soup. They just want a gentle taste that seeps into their body after drinking. Chashu would probably cause indigestion, right? By the way, the business hours are from 9 pm to 6 am. It seems like a must-visit ramen shop for customers who come for the finish after drinking. Ramen enthusiasts like me who drink alcohol may visit, but from a ramen lover's perspective, it might feel a bit lacking. Now, was this my first visit here, or will it be the second day? It's a tough call, haha.
