Sesame miso ramen! Shrimp miso! Half fried rice! What's wrong, Anji? The soup seems lacking in flavor! Anji, who doesn't usually give feedback, seemed to notice a change in taste and took a few sips of the soup! That's disappointing, Anji! I think the fried rice is delicious though!

I had "Shoyu Ramen for 750 yen" for lunch while on a business trip. Spending the weekend alone at my business trip destination. I was recommended by a physical therapist I visit to try this place, as they said, "Everyone tends to go for miso ramen, but the shoyu here is delicious." Excited to try the shoyu at a miso-focused restaurant. I arrived just before 1 pm. The restaurant was about 70% full. The menu featured miso shrimp ramen at the top, which seemed to be the most popular. However, I stuck to my initial choice and ordered the shoyu ramen. It arrived in just 7 minutes. I started with the soup, of course. Slurp. It was delicious! The first thing I noticed was the pork bone and kelp flavors. The dark color might be from using burnt oil. But the taste was smooth. The soup had a nice fragrance and was delicious. The noodles were from Kobayashi Seimen with a high water content, giving them a chewy texture that complemented the soup well. The chashu and menma were well seasoned. The marinated egg was also flavorful. The smooth soup enhanced the taste of these toppings. The seaweed and wakame added a nice touch of sea flavor that paired well with the soup. I enjoyed every bite. The restaurant was full of customers ordering the most popular dish. I'll have to come back soon. Next time, I'll definitely try the miso shrimp ramen!

This was my first time visiting. I ordered the delicious shrimp miso ramen. Actually, the other day I tried shrimp ramen for the first time at the famous Ebisoba Ichigen and it was exactly to my liking, so I came here in search of shrimp ramen. It was different from what I had in mind, but it was also delicious.

Extremely delicious miso shrimp ramen (950 yen). You can tell that they used every part of the shrimp, from the head to the shell, to make the rich shrimp soup! The bits of shell in the soup are noticeable but not off-putting. The semi-transparent medium-thick curly noodles have a nice chewy texture that goes well with the soup! The ramen comes with seaweed, bamboo shoots, nori, egg, green onions, and bean sprouts in generous amounts. What's more, there are several large, juicy shrimp that are a delight! The extremely delicious salt ramen is also a safe bet. I'm curious about the sweet and spicy tantan noodles for next time.

Sasato! Shrimp salt ramen! Half fried rice! My partner had sesame miso ramen! The first time I tried shrimp ramen was at Ippudo! I was hooked by the impact of that ramen! However, I shouldn't expect the same impact from other places... The miso ramen was consistent and good! The half fried rice! I hadn't eaten it since I thought it was bad a few years ago, but the taste has definitely improved since then!

I unexpectedly visited this restaurant because my intended shop was closed. The parking lot is small and located in front of the store. I ordered the recommended "Deluxe Shrimp Salt Ramen" for 900 yen. The customer before me also ordered a "Half Fried Rice," which I think might be a hidden menu item. The food was ready quickly. The ramen had green onions, seaweed, bamboo shoots, shrimp, bean sprouts, seaweed, and a half-boiled egg. The shrimp had a nice aroma but wasn't overpowering. The curly noodles were cooked just right, with a slightly firm texture. The half-boiled egg was lightly seasoned, maybe because the soup was rich. The soup was indeed rich, but what stood out was the delicious and plentiful bamboo shoots. The three shrimp in the ramen were juicy and delightful. Although I hadn't planned on visiting this place, the flavors of the shrimp, bamboo shoots, noodles, and soup made me curious to try other items on the menu.

Because the shop is closed on Sundays, I really wanted to come but couldn't. When I came on a Saturday before, it was full and I couldn't get in. Finally, I came on a Monday with my husband! Luckily, it was a weekday so I thought it would be okay. Oh, even though it's a weekday, it's still full. I'm glad we got a seat. Since we can't come often, we ordered the recommended shrimp miso ramen. My husband got the spicy shrimp miso. The shrimp flavor is amazing! So much shrimp! And the miso goes well with it - it's rich and matches perfectly. The noodles are also good and go well with the broth. No wonder it's always crowded. I remember seeing Anji-san in a New Year's program about ramen in Sapporo, Asahikawa, and Obihiro (not Hakodate? Obihiro?). If they were open on Sundays, it would be chaotic, so they're closed. I probably won't be able to come again for a while, but I will definitely come back to eat here!

I went to Ramen Anji for lunch after a long time. I arrived around 11:20 and the restaurant was already half full, with more people coming in. I decided to go with the recommended shrimp soy sauce ramen. The owners, possibly a couple, were very efficient in their movements. The ramen was served quickly, within 5 minutes. The soup had a black color, possibly from being charred, and had a good balance of richness and umami with a hint of bitterness. The slightly firm curly noodles were delicious. The toppings included a whole seasoned egg, tender and mild chashu, and seaweed which I liked. The menma and green onions complemented the ramen well. Overall, it was a well-balanced and tasty bowl of ramen, one of the best soy sauce ramen I've had in Obihiro. I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Ramen Anji for the delicious meal!

The place is quite crowded in Obihiro! I ordered the highly recommended delicious miso ramen by the manager! The soup is so good that you can drink as much as you want! The shrimp and miso flavor blend perfectly! The noodles are curly noodles! They match well with the soup! A satisfying dish!

It's Obihiro and I'm alone. I aimed for lunch but today I don't have much time so I have to act quickly. I'll have ramen at "Ramen Anji". I wonder if they're a fan of Mick Jagger? Or am I mistaken? Last night, there was a conversation like, "Where are you going tomorrow?" "I'm going to Obihiro." "Oh, nice." "If I go on Sunday, they're closed, so I'll go on Saturday." But when I went, it was a holiday and they were closed. This is my fourth attempt. Anji, oh Anji. I arrived 30 minutes early, but it turned out that it wasn't the intended restaurant. What a mess. It's too late to move now, so I'll stay here today. The curtain was already up on time, so I entered. I sat at the end of the L-shaped counter on a wicker chair. There are two men and one woman. The woman seems to be in charge of speaking. The men speak too, but they don't seem to have much respect for the customers. I ordered the "Deluxe Shrimp Shio Ramen" for 880 yen, which seems quite expensive. It arrived in 6 minutes. The noodles are firm, almost hard. When you slurp them, you can smell the shrimp. The noodles have a slightly unusual texture, but it's not unpleasant. What's surprising is the wakame. Is it necessary in this ramen? But when you try it, it surprisingly goes well. The menma is a bit sweet but tasty. If it was any sweeter, it would be too much. The shrimp is delicious and bouncy. It's probably what's driving up the price. There's not much bean sprouts. The green onions go well with this ramen. The seaweed is tasty. There's no chashu, but the half-boiled egg is lightly seasoned and delicious. The soup is light but has a strong umami and richness. The shrimp broth is good, but I've never found a good shrimp broth in a restaurant before. They do a great job of bringing out the flavor of the broth. If they added chashu for 880 yen, it would be even better. But for today, I'll give it a 4.0. I mistakenly went to a restaurant that turned out to be surprisingly delicious. I have nothing to give in return.

This morning was cold, so I went to Anji for ramen after a long time. I ordered the miso shrimp ramen for 930 yen and a half portion of fried rice for 330 yen. The toppings included simple ingredients like green onions, bean sprouts (without roots), bamboo shoots, seaweed, and plump shrimp. The soup was a combination of animal and seafood broth, with a lot of seafood (shrimp shell powder). However, the shrimp flavor was not as rich as I had hoped. The noodles were medium thickness and slightly yellow (possibly with egg). The fried rice was light and tasty. Next time, I'll try the regular miso ramen. It was a nice way to warm up. Thank you for the meal.

In the ramen industry of Tokachi, there is a stable ramen shop that occasionally releases new items. The service is average. Today, I tried their new creation, the "Gyofun Kaoru" miso ramen with butter topping and no seaweed. The miso broth has a slightly thick consistency and the umami flavor comes through nicely. Mixing the gyofun and soup in the spoon, you can taste the change in flavor as the gyofun adds extra umami. Overall, it's a well-made new style miso ramen!

My colleague who lives in Obihiro recommended a delicious ramen shop in Obihiro, but I couldn't visit it for a while. Finally, I was able to visit on my day off on Saturday! The interior of the shop has 7 counter seats, 2 four-seat tables, and 2 sunken kotatsu tables, so it seems like there are many groups and families. I ordered the most popular and recommended "Deluxe Miso Shrimp Ramen" for 930 yen, with an extra serving of noodles for 100 yen! I took a sip of the soup... Hmm? Is it supposed to be shrimp-rich? I couldn't really tell the difference from a normal miso ramen... It's not that it's not delicious, but for a soup called shrimp-rich, I couldn't taste the shrimp broth. There were shrimp in it, but it didn't have a rich soup taste. I think the medium-thick curly noodles are firm and have a good soup coating. The simmered egg was also like a normal boiled egg. The soup was disappointing, so the evaluation of the ramen is a bit low, I guess? Thank you for the meal.

Miso soup is consistently delicious here! The slightly thick miso soup with no particular standout flavors is still satisfying to eat. The Extreme Gomoku Miso Butter, without wakame seaweed, was ordered this time. While there wasn't any additional wow factor from the stir-fried gomoku, the basic miso soup is so tasty that it's not a problem. The Tsukemen noodles are smooth and I really like them!

This was my second visit this year, and I was looking forward to trying the new menu item, Ham Salt Ramen. Lately, the quality at this place has been consistent, so my expectations were moderate as I went in. I arrived just before closing time, and there were no other customers in the restaurant. The seat I usually sit in still had a bowl on it, but I didn't mind and was about to choose another seat when the waitress immediately said she would clean it up for me. It was nice that she remembered me. I ordered the Ham Salt Butter Ramen, and overall, it was delicious. The seafood broth was tasty, and I enjoyed the flavorful stir-fried vegetables. However, I felt that the noodles didn't quite match the soup well. Eating this ramen made me realize once again how good Tonpei ramen is. Although I usually prefer pork or chicken-based ramen, I was not disappointed with the impact of this salt ramen.
