I wanted to eat shaved ice and was undecided on where to go, but in the end, I ended up coming to this shop which is guaranteed not to disappoint. I ordered a serving of kinako (roasted soybean flour), mango, and cheese sorbet. The mango I tried for the first time was also very delicious! However, the flavor was rich, so about half was just right for me. I wanted to try the new menu item, cotton candy, but I couldn't muster the courage because I couldn't imagine the taste at all just by looking at it. I wish someone would order it and share their thoughts.

In the hot summer, shaved ice is a must. This place is convenient to stop by while shopping. To get a delicious shaved ice, you have to climb a steep staircase to the second floor. They operate on a one-order system, but one portion is too much for one person. This time, I tried a hotteok. The fluffy powdered snow-like ice with kinako did not melt easily and was perfect. The hotteok was a bit hard, but the cinnamon flavor was delicious.

If this is normal, the taste is too bland. Looking at Google reviews, there are many similar reviews. There was shaved ice with frozen mango and frozen pineapple at the bottom, with flakes and blue Hawaii on top. Even when mixed together, the taste was quite weak. The interior of the store was disappointing, with the monitor turned off. I had high expectations because it was hot, but this shop was quite disappointing. In one word, it was not delicious.

I went to Sorbinn before closing, and it was really delicious at that time, so I was excited to go to Sorbinn. However, when I tried it, it seemed like the way it was made had changed, and unlike the previous Sorbinn, the mango flavor was lacking and the fruits tasted like frozen convenience store ones. The kinako flavor was also disappointing as it lacked any flavor other than kinako. It's a shame that the previous Sorbinn was delicious.

Sorbet was back and it was delicious, but it felt a bit early in the season. I will come back in the summer. I really liked the blueberry cheesecake yogurt, but it wasn't on the menu. I hope it makes a comeback in the summer. They accept PayPay.

I thought Sorbin had closed down, but when I found out it had reopened, I had to go. If this place had been around when I was in high school, I would have been so impressed. The classic kinako sorbet is still delicious! However, the portion is too big and I wish they offered a smaller size! By the time I had eaten a third of it, my head was pounding, my lips were purple from the cold, and I was starting to lose feeling, but I ate it shivering. I'm looking forward to summer.
