I visited in order to have peach shaved ice before the peach season ends. It was lunchtime, so I thought about having lunch as well, but there were too many fried dishes, so I gave up. I only ordered the peach shaved ice for 1600 yen. Hmm, the peaches don't seem very fresh. They are sweet, but at room temperature. The shaved ice is not fluffy, more like the kind you make at home with a crunchy texture. There is supposed to be rare cheese inside, but it wasn't particularly tasty... I couldn't even find the peach compote. It was disappointing.

It is a shaved ice shop located on the second floor of an izakaya, open for lunch. It seemed popular among young people and had many male customers due to its good cost performance. I tried the mango shaved ice. The texture was fluffy, but there were some crunchy ice parts, making it a bit too sweet. Also, the color of the mango was disappointing. The shaved ice was not as neatly shaped as on Instagram or in sample photos, it was kind of square-ish? The taste was good though. I think it's a shop that can be enjoyed enough by those who are not shaved ice enthusiasts.

The candy decorations were a bit smaller than they looked in the menu photos or on Instagram, which was a bit disappointing. It was tasty, but I got tired of it halfway through, so I realized that's the tricky part about shaved ice.

A new shaved ice shop opened in the neighborhood. At night, it turns into an izakaya called Maido-san. There were 7 flavors of shaved ice available, and I was torn between mango and coffee. I ended up choosing Coffee Kuro-chan, which wasn't too sweet and had delicious coffee jelly and ice cream inside. The shop had several semi-private rooms that could seat 4 people, with hori-gotatsu style seating where you can stretch out your legs and relax. Thanks for the meal!
