It was my first visit. Despite it being 3:00 PM, there was quite a line, which indicated its popularity. We were seated shortly after, and everyone who served us had a smile and provided polite service, leaving a good impression. We ordered a total of 8 dishes using the touch panel system, and each dish was fresh and of high quality. As someone who recently moved from Honshu, I was impressed by the quality, which was on par with high-end restaurants!

It's just a regular weekday afternoon, but the place was still packed! You can't make a reservation (takeout can be reserved), so I went to the restaurant and waited for about an hour. The sushi was all very delicious! I completely forgot to take photos, so I don't have many good pictures.

~Sapporo and Otaru Part 2~ For our first dinner, we went to Triton, a very famous revolving sushi restaurant. Despite it being a weekday evening, there was already a line, but we were seated at a table after about 20 minutes. The highlight for both of us was definitely the salmon! It was thick and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, living up to its No. 1 popularity. The fresh herring, scallops, and tuna belly were also exquisite! And the homemade almond jelly dessert was served in a huge bowl, almost like a joke! Great value for money! I lined up before 11 am and got in on the first round. The interior of the restaurant felt a bit too cold, maybe because it's a sushi restaurant or due to seating arrangements. Everything was delicious, but the salmon was especially tasty! It cost around 6,000 yen for two people. I wish there was one like this nearby!

At the revolving sushi restaurant, I was recommended to try it because it's delicious. I was expecting to wait for over 30 minutes based on the number of people in line, but I was seated in about 10 minutes. Overall, I was very satisfied! The sushi was fresh and served quickly. I was impressed that you could choose a smaller amount of rice for the sushi (I chose "normal" amount). The highlights were the seared salted pork belly and the salmon trio (raw salmon, wasabi salmon, and ikura). The pork belly was so delicious that I had seconds with my companion. I also tried scallops, eel, squid, wasabi cucumber rolls, and edamame. As a wasabi lover, I wished the wasabi cucumber rolls had a bit more kick. Also, the drink options were limited to beer, highball, and lemon sour, so having more variety would make it more convenient for customers. The spacious and clean interior made for a relaxing dining experience!

Arrived after opening hours and had to wait quite a while. Waited for 1 hour. Managed to take photos of the first 3 dishes, but forgot to take photos while eating because I was too focused. The botan shrimp was incredibly delicious, as I love shrimp. The squid was also amazing! Truly the best squid from Hokkaido, with a perfect sweetness. Both the thickness and taste were exquisite.

I came to Triton looking for air conditioning. Eating out in a comfortable space is important, right? As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt a nice chill from the air conditioning. It was so comfortable. Even though it was a weekday and only 20 minutes after opening, there was already a 20-group wait. But the cool and comfortable interior made it easy to wait. Now, onto the delicious highlights of this visit: Grilled salted pork belly was the best! It was perfectly seared with a thick, meaty texture. It was like eating a piece of meat. I was truly impressed! I also love the herring roe and the butterfish belly, which had just the right amount of melt-in-your-mouth texture. The spear squid with mountain wasabi was also amazing, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spicy wasabi kick. I noticed they use a sushi robot here, which is efficient and ensures consistent quality. Overall, the food was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

After visiting Hokkaido Shrine, I searched for a place to have lunch and ended up here. There was a long line as always, showing its popularity. The sushi was delicious. Overall, I'm satisfied. I was excited to order the Hokkaido autumn swordfish, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. It seems that good autumn swordfish is now considered a luxury fish, depending on the season.

Even from Fukuoka, the food in Hokkaido is delicious. However, the prices are on the higher side. The Genghis Khan I had yesterday was worth it. The sushi restaurants in Otaru seemed a bit too expensive, so I tried a recommended conveyor belt sushi place which was good. I also tried Triton after waiting for almost an hour, and while it wasn't bad, the eel was the most delicious dish I had there.

When you come to Sapporo, be sure to try Triton♡ It's always crowded and hard to go by car, but there's no better place to go. My number one recommendation is the Nikson Roll♡ I always eat Nikson Roll and salmon and end up feeling full. I also love the sweet potato mochi.

I didn't think about lunch at all and welcomed the holiday. Usually, I would decide where to go on the day before the holiday, check on Tabelog, and confirm information from reviewers to make a decision, but this time I had no plan at all!! Visited around 2 pm on a Monday. Got a ticket at the reception and waited in line. Was seated in less than an hour. There were quite a few solo diners, and it seemed to have a good turnover. Didn't take many photos. The toro herring in the back right of the photo was delicious. There were quite a few items sold out or being prepared, but I was able to try a variety of dishes. Compared to the conveyor belt sushi places I usually go to in Tokyo, the fish pieces were bigger and even tastier. And it's cheap. It was my first time at Triton, and I was satisfied.

I went with two other girls! Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of raw seafood, but I tried seared salmon, marinated mackerel, conger eel, and eel, and they were all delicious!! My two friends who love seafood enjoyed everything, including tuna and shellfish. Today's miso soup was salmon head soup, and we each ordered one and all finished it saying how delicious it was! We got a ticket and could see our number in line on LINE, so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it's a must-visit restaurant for sushi lovers! It's excellent! Not only the food was delicious, but the staff were all very energetic... The recommended dish of the day, the selection of three types of sashimi, was really good. The Toro Nishin, fresh salmon, live sea urchin, and flatfish marinated in kombu were especially delicious! I tried the octopus eggs (rare delicacy) for the first time and they had a chewy texture that was addictive. The restaurant opened at 11 am, but when I arrived around 10:20, there were already about 15 people waiting in line. Despite the hot weather that day, everyone was patiently waiting in line. The restaurant has plenty of seating, so I was able to get a table after the first round. It's a bit far from the station, but there is a bus stop right in front of it.

Today, I visited a local Triton sushi restaurant, even though there are branches in Tokyo. I just felt like the sushi would be fresher and more delicious at the original location. Sushi always tastes best when it's made with fresh ingredients. I was amazed by how delicious the revolving sushi was in Hokkaido. Of course, sushi in other regions like Toyama, Ishikawa, Niigata, Shizuoka, and Aomori is also incredibly delicious. Some places in Tokyo also manage to maintain freshness and offer great value, which I think is a fantastic effort. Overall, Japan is a wonderful place where you can enjoy incredibly delicious sushi at a great value. That's what I thought as I enjoyed the sushi at Triton.

This is also a popular spot where you can expect to wait for 2 hours on a weekend evening, so I don't feel like coming here often. I visited on a weekday at 4 PM, and at this time, it was easy to find a seat, but about 60% of the tables were already occupied. We started with beer. We had dishes like prawns, enoki mushrooms, salmon, seared salmon, eel, pickled mackerel, chawanmushi, and tamago. Odori Park, Tanuki Koji, and other downtown areas were overflowing with people. On the ANA direct flight from Okayama Momotaro Airport, 2 out of 4 cabin attendants were unmasked. It was their first flight since the restrictions were lifted, and unmasked customer service felt refreshing. The passenger unmasking rate was about 30% visually. It is a 20-minute walk from Odori Park. There is almost a 2-hour wait for table seats. If you choose counter seats, the turnover is fast, so surprisingly, your turn may come quickly. As a solo diner, I received a notification after a 20-minute wait and was able to sit down. Ordering is done through a touch panel. Due to the current trend of food terrorism and pranks, orders are handed directly from the craftsmen/staff, so you can enjoy freshly made dishes without any dry ingredients. During this time, limited quantity items were selling out one after another, and shortly after I ordered Salmon Harasu, it was displayed as sold out. It is close to the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market, so the freshness is outstanding. Panasonic's all-in-one payment terminal 'stera terminal' is installed. When cashless payments were not yet supported, I had requested it through the inquiry form, but now the hassle of withdrawing cash from an ATM is eliminated. This terminal is rapidly gaining popularity in the market. It is also used at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo's lounge and the Ginza Umebayashi main store, where I made payments with this terminal. It is not yet compatible with QR codes. If you want to use it, make a request to the store.

A popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Sapporo. I arrived around 5pm on a weekday and there was already a line, but I was seated at the counter without much of a wait. The chawanmushi I ordered came out surprisingly fast. I tried maguro, hotate, anago, ebi, and snow crab gunkan, but the squid was especially delicious.

- Wakkanai-produced live turban shell, live abalone, live scallop, fresh salmon, Bincho-tan grilled mackerel, masu ikura, Matsumae pickles, salt-cured bluefin tuna, soy sauce-marinated salmon with mountain wasabi, Shimane special eel nigiri, Otaru scallop and clam miso soup. - Triton excels in the quality of its sushi rice and soy sauce compared to other conveyor belt sushi restaurants. However, the selection of toppings was lacking this time. In the past, Triton and Maru were head and shoulders above the rest in conveyor belt sushi, but now I feel that the difference is not as noticeable. Triton's Toyohira branch and Maru's Stella branch seem to be flagship stores, so maybe trying them out there would make a difference.

Do not underestimate the quality of revolving sushi! I was surprised by how high the quality was. I tried today's recommended dishes, and each one was fresh, large, and delicious.
