Visited for the second time in 7.5 months on a Sunday night in Minami after singing karaoke while tipsy. Arrived at 10:20 PM and purchased meal tickets from the outside machine. The restaurant was almost full but was able to enter without waiting. Ordered the ⭐Mazesoba - Triple Infused for ¥850 with an additional side of rice for ¥100, totaling ¥950. The neatly arranged toppings of pork, bamboo shoots, and chicken were placed on top of the well-folded noodles, with a separate dish of truffle-infused egg yolk and lemon. The rich and flavorful sauce, which seemed to be made with Ooyama chicken, was generously poured over the noodles. The noodles from Sugano Seimenjo were approximately 1.5x3.5mm in size, with a light color and a dense texture due to the whole wheat flour. The noodles were chewy and had a pleasant wheat flavor. The toppings, including the rare chicken breast, char siu pork shoulder, and bamboo shoots, each had their own distinct flavors and umami. The addition of truffle-infused egg yolk was irresistible. The lemon juice not only added acidity but also enhanced the aroma of the truffle. The sauce, which initially seemed abundant, naturally disappeared as it coated the noodles well. The rice, added while there were still noodles left, was also exceptional. It was incredibly delicious.

I went at night so I thought there would be a line, but surprisingly it was not crowded and I was able to get a seat. I ordered something that seemed to take time to cook. They asked if I needed a paper apron, how kind! The eggs were rich and delicious, and the noodles had a nice firm texture.

I was thinking about doing a food crawl, but after 11 o'clock there wasn't much that seemed appealing besides takoyaki, so I was drawn to sit down. The food here, which I have been grateful for in Tokyo, was consistently delicious. The staff were very kind and I think even foreign visitors would be very pleased. The ramen was perfect. I had been curious about this place for a while, so I went there while I was in Shinsaibashi for another errand. I ordered the famous cold Kama-age ramen and oyakodon using the ticket system in front of the store. The Kama-age ramen had more noodles than I expected, and I enjoyed it with Menma, chashu, sudachi, and truffle oil. The oyakodon was also delicious with rich egg and grilled chicken chashu.

I ordered cold Kamaage Kamaage noodles. It's a ramen shop, but the thick noodles are more like udon, and they're delicious with the egg and broth. You can also enjoy changing the flavor with the truffle paste served on the side. It's more like udon than ramen, I thought.

The best cold Kamatama udon in Japan with a side of rice. The thick noodles have a great chewy texture and are coated in a sauce made of dashi, soy sauce, and egg. Popular ramen shop from Tokyo has expanded to Osaka! It's been a while since I visited Hashida Tokyo. The location is near the famous Glico sign, just look down below the sign! They offer Cold Kamatama Ramen for 900 yen and a special Oyakodon with flavorful red egg for 300 yen. I went to try the Cold Kamatama Ramen that caught my eye for the summer season. It's like mixed noodles! First, try it as it is. Then mix in the egg yolk and finally add the oil for a change in flavor! All of them are delicious! Personally, I think I like it best with the oil added. The noodles are delicious and the Oyakodon is made without the egg topping, but the chicken has a great texture and taste! Their recommended dish is the soy sauce ramen made with duck and Oyama chicken. It's a bit pricey, but they also have a nodoguro (blackthroat sea perch) ramen available. They receive a lot of orders through Uber Eats and other delivery services. The Cold Kamatama Ramen might be ending soon, so if you're interested, make sure to visit soon!

I waited in line for about 15 minutes to get in. I bought my meal ticket while waiting in line! The atmosphere and service of the staff were really great! The taste was also amazing and I want to eat it again~! However, I wanted to eat oyakodon but it was sold out at that time. Just after buying tamago kake gohan, it was restocked T_T But the tamago kake gohan I had instead was the best I've ever had in my life. I want to go back again!

I couldn't help but devour the TKG as well! Everyone should definitely try it out! The cold Kama-tama is available until 9:30 am! First visit on Friday, August 4, 2023. The restaurant opened just after 11 am, and there was one customer seated at the counter in the back. I heard it was a popular shop from Tokyo, but it was not crowded. It was my first visit to Raamen Hayashida Dotonbori store, located near the Hikkake Bridge by the Dotonbori River. I purchased meal tickets from the machine in front of the shop. I ordered the summer limited edition cold Kama Tamago Ramen for 900 yen, and also a special broiled chicken and egg bowl for 300 yen, made with delicious red eggs. The kitchen was run by one man and one woman, and the shop was very clean. I sat at the counter and waited for a short while. The food was served in about 10 minutes, and it looked beautiful. The color of the egg was amazing. I mixed it up and started eating. The noodles were very firm, with a great texture. It might be too firm for those with sensitive teeth, but I enjoyed it. I also tried changing the flavor with oyster truffle sauce, which was interesting. The broiled chicken in the bowl was tender and the raw egg on top was delicious. It was definitely worth the 300 yen. I recommend it. Thank you for the meal.

Located in Shinjuku, the main branch of Ra-men Hayashitada has expanded to Kansai. The entrance is down the stairs by the riverside in Dotonbori. The ticket machine is outside, and inside there is only a counter with about 16 seats. I ordered the classic Special Soy Sauce Ramen for 1000 yen plus the Maximum Oyakodon for 300 yen. The soup is made from nodoguro fish, dried horse mackerel, and dried sardines, with a flavorful oil extracted from nodoguro, giving it a rich and mellow taste. The unique aroma and umami of nodoguro gradually spread in the soup, creating a rich and deep flavor. The noodles are made from whole grain flour, providing a chewy texture and a smooth finish. The Maximum Oyakodon features diced grilled chicken and a maximum amount of seasoned egg, giving it a satisfying flavor. The smoky taste of the grilled chicken and the combination of rice and egg whet the appetite, resulting in a delicious meal.

Arrived at 21:54. Purchased a meal ticket. There were empty seats available. Entered the store and sat down. The tsukemen arrived at 22:04. Left the store at 22:15. Tsukemen cost 900 yen, and I added a flavored egg. Used a JAF discount coupon, total cost 900 yen. The medium-thin flat noodles are made of aged high-water content dough, providing a smooth and chewy texture. The chicken-based soy sauce clear dipping sauce has a rich flavor with a hint of acidity, making it enjoyable to slurp. The chicken breast and pork shoulder chashu are both delicious.
