This is a pudding specialty shop located in the hot spring town of Noboribetsu. In addition to takeout, you can also eat inside the store. The interior is new and stylish. You can relax on spacious tables. In this hot spring town, there are only a few places for sweets, like soft serve ice cream, so being able to sit and eat while drinking coffee is very valuable. Although it is a pudding shop, they also serve soup curry during lunchtime. The pudding costs around 400 yen. They are particular about using local ingredients, which is nice. It may seem expensive at around 500 yen, but the set with a drink is 700 yen, which is quite cheap considering that a cup of coffee at some places costs 700 yen alone. I ordered the Haskap cream cheese pudding for 480 yen, along with a drink. The pudding was rich and delicious. It looked small, but it was satisfying to eat. The coffee was also not just average, it was really tasty. For 700 yen, I was very satisfied with the quality. It could easily be priced at around 1,000 yen. The taste is delicious, the service is good, and you can relax comfortably. I think it is a very good shop. It's also nice that they accept cashless payments. If you visit Noboribetsu, be sure to stop by this place.

I bought a pudding soft serve. The rich pudding flavor and caramel sauce were very delicious. I felt that it had a high density. However, it melted easily and everyone's hands got sticky from the melted ice cream. There was also something called a pudding shake available, which looked very delicious too, and I regret not ordering it.

Located near the hot spring market, this place is perfect for enjoying a local dish called "Enma Yakisoba" after trying the Hokkaido-style pudding. If you choose to dine in, it automatically comes with a drink set. The background music is a piano version of "Country Road" from the Ghibli movie "Whisper of the Heart". The dessert offered is a Hokkaido pumpkin Mont Blanc pudding, featuring smooth cream and castella cake soaked in rum. It is served with a maple syrup drizzle from a syringe. The overall taste is light and not too sweet, which is a nice change from typical caramel flavors.

Ordered items: Warabi mochi, Hojicha latte for 750 yen. This modern-style shop seems to be the only one in the hot spring town. For an additional 50 yen, you can add whipped cream, chocolate, and almonds as toppings. I prefer it light, so I opted for no toppings. My companion had pudding. Thank you for the meal.

After soaking in the hot spring at the inn where I stayed, I had some time before dinner so I decided to take a walk in Jigokudani. On my way back, I made a detour and was drawn to a Mont Blanc pudding. I thought it wouldn't be bad if I got change back with just one coin, so I went inside the shop. However, I was told that I had to get a drink as a set if I wanted to eat in. The Mont Blanc pudding was priced at ¥470 including tax. If I wanted to get a drink as well, it would cost ¥700. I wasn't really in the mood for a drink, but I ended up ordering coffee. The pudding didn't have a large portion as I expected. When I took a sip of the coffee, it was very weak, even weaker than the coffee from a certain hamburger chain. The Mont Blanc pudding was decently tasty though. It wasn't amazing, but I guess it was okay considering I just casually stopped by to relax after a walk.

We went on a family hot spring trip to the First Takimoto Main Building♡ It's great that it's now more affordable to enjoy hot springs, making it a great deal (´ω`). We arrived around 4 pm and had free time until dinner! Each of us enjoyed soaking in the hot springs or just relaxing (˙꒳˙ ). I took my mother for a stroll in the hot spring town. It was quiet, but we found out there was pudding available from a map, so we decided to check it out since it was close to the First Takimoto Main Building! You can eat in or take out at the store! The puddings are served in cases shaped like eggs, and they are small but incredibly cute (,,> <,,)♡ If you eat in, they serve it in a bucket, which is very hot spring-like (lol). I was curious about the seasonal pumpkin pudding and hot spring egg pudding, so I ordered a drink set!! The puddings are firm and have a strong egg flavor♡ There's maple syrup in a syringe? The pumpkin pudding had a nice thick texture (*'ω'*). What surprised me was the hot spring egg pudding!! The bottom is a normal firm pudding, but there was really a hot spring egg on top www The syringe contains a salty sauce for the hot spring egg, and the gooey yolk blends well♡ It's a salty-sweet taste, but surprisingly, it works well and was another surprise (°ω°). If you visit Noboribetsu Onsen, I recommend stopping by! Thank you for the delicious meal♡

I came to eat in Noboribetsu, but the restaurant I planned to visit was closed, so I changed my plans and went to this place instead. I tried the Mint and Chocolate Pudding for 460 yen. Located in a hot spring town, the restaurant does not have a parking lot, but inside, it has a modern Japanese concept with chic sofa seats. In addition to pudding, they also serve soup curry (available from 11:30). The pudding comes in a capsule container, perfect for Instagram photos. I chose the pudding with mint for a refreshing taste, but the regular caramel pudding was more delicious. The caramel topping added an interesting twist. You can also order for takeout. It had been a while, but the relaxed atmosphere of the hot spring town was nice. Thank you for the meal.

The pudding with a sticky texture in the hot spring town for some reason, there is also a pudding shop in Noboribetsu, so I took it out because I was curious. The interior of the shop is not sophisticated and not very stylish, but the atmosphere is relaxing and the quality is high. The pudding itself is delicious, with a sticky texture but not too heavy, and the caramel is just the right amount of sweetness. It's worth trying when you visit Noboribetsu.

It seems that the restaurant is open until 10:00 pm, but when I visited at 6:00 pm after a day trip to the hot springs on a Sunday, they were already closed due to sold out items. It seems they closed at 4:00 pm that day. On Fridays, there were people eating inside the restaurant, including at the Eton corner, where they serve soup curry. They also offer desserts like pudding, cheesecake, and lemon marshmallow. The "Old-fashioned Pudding" for 370 yen was delicious, with a caramel sauce that was a bit runny. The "Wasabi and Lily Root Creme Brulee Pudding" for 480 yen had a lot of Lily Root, and the wasabi on top gave it a unique kick. The "Homemade Lemon Marshmallow" for 240 yen was large and had a nice lemon flavor. They also offer an Eton Inn set for 700 yen, where you can choose a pudding and a drink. The packaging for takeout is cute, with paper cushioning at the bottom, making it a great souvenir.

I was looking for lunch in the Noboribetsu Onsen street and decided to try this place. The interior was dimly lit and had a nice atmosphere. The chairs were comfortable too. I ordered the "Zangi Curry". I thought 1,600 yen was expensive for curry, but it was worth it. It came with zangi, boiled egg, cabbage, pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, and green peppers - very generous with the toppings. It was hot, spicy, and had a large portion, but I found it delicious and finished everything except the soup. I thought it would taste great with red wine in the evening.

I searched for something to eat after taking a bath at the Noboribetsu Grand Hotel in Noboribetsu. I decided to visit the newly opened "Dojinsuke Pudding" shop. The eat-in space at the back was stylish and cafe-like. They had a variety of unique puddings that I had never seen before, and although they were a bit pricey at around 500 yen each, they came in cute egg-shaped containers which would make them a great souvenir. The menu included: "Old-fashioned Pudding" for 370 yen, "Chitose-produced Haskap Berry and Cream Cheese Pudding" for 420 yen, "Kitami-produced Peppermint Chocolate Pudding" for 460 yen, "Fujisaki Wasabi Farm's Wasabi and Lily Root Brulee Pudding" for 430 yen, "Hokkaido Pumpkin Mont Blanc Pudding" for 450 yen, and "Hokkaido Black Soybean Tea and Hojicha Pudding" for 450 yen (all prices for takeout). I was intrigued by the wasabi flavor, but this time I opted for the more traditional ones. I tried the "Kitami-produced Peppermint Chocolate Pudding" for 460 yen, which was my first time trying a chocolate mint pudding. It had a green cream with a strong mint flavor, and the fluffy meringue and chocolate cookie added a nice texture. I also tried the "Old-fashioned Pudding" for 370 yen, which came with a cute syringe filled with caramel. It was a very smooth and creamy pudding. My favorite was the "Hokkaido Black Soybean Tea and Hojicha Pudding" for 450 yen. The roasted tea flavor was unique and delicious, and the black soybeans added a nice touch. The "Chitose-produced Haskap Berry and Cream Cheese Pudding" for 420 yen was also delicious, with the sweet and sour Haskap berry jelly pairing perfectly with the cream cheese flavor. Despite being a bit on the expensive side, I recommend trying these unique, delicious, and cute puddings. Thank you for the meal! And to top it off, a magnificent male deer with impressive antlers was wandering near the shop... Oh, Hokkaido... (laughs)

After bathing at Yumoto Noboribetsu, we strolled down Gokuraku Street. The store had a catchy appearance, like a local specialty pudding. We quickly stopped in with my daughter! The store had only been open for two weeks, but the staff were very friendly. We let my daughter choose, and ended up buying three puddings. When we got home, we tried the roasted black soybean pudding first. It was rich and delicious! They also serve soup curry, tapioca drinks, and more. Why did they open at this time of year? The COVID-19 measures are annoying, but congratulations on the grand opening! Old-fashioned pudding: 370 yen, Roasted black soybean pudding: 450 yen, Pumpkin Mont Blanc pudding: 450 yen. Thank you for the delicious treats! (^^)v

"Noboribetsu Milk" specialized pudding shop opened on February 4th on Gokuraku Street in Noboribetsu Onsen town. They are planning to offer bar service with pudding as a dessert to enjoy with alcohol at night after the pandemic is over. On my first visit, I tried the following puddings: - Old-fashioned pudding for 370 yen - Baked pudding with Wasabi and Lily Root from Fujisaki Wasabi Garden for 430 yen - Mont Blanc pudding with Hokkaido pumpkin for 450 yen - Pudding with Hokkaido black soybean tea and roasted green tea for 450 yen Each pudding comes in an egg-shaped container with caramel or black syrup served in a syringe-like dispenser to drizzle over the pudding. The appearance of the puddings is stylish and cute, making them enjoyable to look at."

Cloudy Sunday around 11 o'clock, no waiting time for 4 people, 1 group inside, followed by several groups waiting as it became full. Many foreign tourists, slightly dim lighting inside, cafe-style with sofa chairs and a counter. Vegetable curry and pudding soft serve. Discovered during a stroll in Noboribetsu Onsen town. The base is a vegetable curry with a mountain of vegetables, topped with a giant broccoli. It's been a while since I had soup curry, and it was surprisingly delicious with a strong spice flavor. The pudding soft serve tasted just like pudding, with caramel sauce drizzled on top. Happily stumbled upon a delicious restaurant.

There is a shop on a street lined with souvenir shops in Noboribetsu Onsen. I stopped by for a break. You can only order one item per person, and drinks cannot be ordered alone. The main item here is pudding. The pudding is moist and old-fashioned, with many different varieties available. Many people were also buying them for takeout. Thank you for the meal.
