I forgot to take photos! It was quite late when I entered the restaurant, so there weren't many customers and I couldn't experience the lively atmosphere of the alley. The majority of the customers were young. Since I had already eaten, I only had some appetizers like edamame, karaage, and meat sushi. The karaage was small and reminded me of squid tempura, but it was delicious. The meat sushi had tender meat, but the flavor was a bit bland and left me wanting more. The most memorable thing was the lack of enthusiasm from the staff, or rather their unfriendliness. Maybe they were tired near closing time, but if you choose to work in customer service, at least provide basic customer service!!

Hello everyone! This time, I would like to introduce Shibuya Niku Yokocho, a charcoal-grilled skewers restaurant in Shibuya, Tokyo (*´▽`*). I tried the Tsukune with tare sauce, Chicken thigh with garlic sauce, Chicken skin with salt, Mochi skewers, Hakata-style boiled dumplings, Nagaimo yam with soy sauce, and Black Wagyu beef sushi here (*'ω'*). Especially, the Mochi skewers and Hakata-style boiled dumplings were delicious, I was so full but wanted to order more (;^ω^). Have you ever been there? Please try it once!!

In a building filled with various shops, there is a side street that is bustling with different stores. It would be nice if there was a system where you could order from various menus of different shops a la carte.

The lively atmosphere unique to Niku-Yokocho was amazing! The staff were energetic and friendly, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious too! The chicken soup at the end is a must-try! However, I would be even more satisfied if they had a greater variety of drinks available.

I visited Toriyoko, a charcoal-grilled skewers restaurant located about 3 minutes from Shibuya Station. In the hot summer, nothing beats yakitori and beer. We started with a toast with beer, which was much needed on such a hot day. The beer was delicious. They also offer all-you-can-drink beer on weekdays, which is great. We tried various skewers such as liver, negima, kawa, bonjiri, tsukune, and tebasaki. They were all tender and had a nice charcoal aroma. Everything was delicious and paired well with the beer. I look forward to visiting again to enjoy the food slowly.

Hello everyone! Today, I want to introduce the Shibuya Niku Yokocho branch of Shibuya Charcoal Grilled Chicken Yoko. The interior of the restaurant has a cozy izakaya-like atmosphere where you can feel comfortable. The skewers here have a nice charred flavor and a rich taste, and the sauce is delicious, so I ended up eating quite a bit. I would like to try the salted liver sometime. Have you ever been to this restaurant? Please give it a try once!!

I went to "Toriyoko" in Shibuya Niku Yokocho! During happy hour, I was able to get a "Coke Highball" for 250 yen and a "Beam Highball" for 100 yen. Lucky me! Cheers! As a side dish, I had chicken and okra mixed with yuzu pepper. A hit right from the start! The "Ooyama chicken karaage" is a classic combination! It's a given that Beam Highball and chicken karaage go well together. Squeezing some lemon on it enhances the flavor even more. Of course, I also had yakitori. With so many options, it can be hard to choose, but looking at the popularity rankings can be helpful. I went with the "sasami," "hatsu," "sunagimo," and "seseri" based on the rankings. Unfortunately, the top-ranked white liver was sold out, but I got the 2nd to 5th ranked choices! I also had another round of Beam Highball to go with it! The addition of yuzu pepper, wasabi, and green onions really elevates the pairing of the dishes and the highball. For the finale, I had the "Tsukimi tsukune don." This hearty dish was a mix of egg and tsukune, which I devoured enthusiastically while washing it down with Beam Highball! So delicious!!!
