On this day, I went to drink with an acquaintance in Ueno. The acquaintance had made a reservation for a course with all-you-can-drink. The location is as follows: Exit the JR Ueno Station at the Uguisudani Exit and cross the pedestrian crossing, then walk towards Ameyoko along the Chuo Street. You will find the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Sekai Building on the left side of Chuo Street. It's a good landmark that the Shinsei Bank is also located in the same building. The course we ordered was the "Seasonal Creative Course" with 10 dishes and 2 hours of all-you-can-drink for 3,456 yen. The dishes included various appetizers, salad, edamame, sashimi, fried fish, oven-baked chicken, rice with salmon and mushrooms, and dessert. The entrance to the restaurant is quite beautiful, and you need to take off your shoes before entering. We were guided to a private room with a view of Ueno Park from the window. However, the room felt a bit cramped and had a strange sense of oppression. The staff explained the system of the restaurant politely at the beginning. We started with ordering draft beer from the all-you-can-drink menu. The dishes were served one by one, and the taste was decent. As time passed, more staff members came in, and the service was attentive and professional. The time for our reservation was almost up, but the staff kindly offered us the option to extend the all-you-can-drink time by upgrading to the Premium Plan. We decided to extend for an additional hour at a discounted rate. In the end, we had a great time and enjoyed the discount we received through the online reservation. Overall, it was a good experience with friendly staff and good service.

After visiting the Matisse exhibition, we made a reservation on the way back. In response to my companion's request for ham cutlets, we pre-booked the all-you-can-drink course for 2,750 yen. We also ordered 5 items a la carte, including sashimi and yakitori set, along with appetizers, which came to just over 12,000 yen. The service was quick and efficient, possibly due to ordering on a tablet device, and my companion was delighted and said they would like to visit again in the winter.

Private rooms are guaranteed and the atmosphere is quite nice. However, the drinks feel a bit overpriced by about 10%. The food is not bad in taste, but overall the portions are small and the cost performance is not great. It is recommended for those who want to relax in a private room and there is no need to worry about being ripped off, so it's a decent option to consider.

When you enter, they guide you to disinfect your hands in order, and the staff will lead you to your reserved seat. The seats are separated by sliding doors, allowing for a quiet drink with a small group, with space for bags and seating available. It's comfortable for two women. There are 2 private bathrooms, which are clean and convenient. When we were about to leave, my friend forgot the key to the shoe box at our table and the female staff made a great effort to find it and returned it to us. The customer service was excellent. We ordered a 4,000 yen all-you-can-drink course. The drink glasses were replaced regularly. We were advised that after 2 hours, the tablet would switch to normal mode, so we should order our last drink before dessert arrived. We could drink about 6 sours. The bill was 4,000 yen per person with no surprises. It was a 2-hour time limit, but we drank quickly as the dishes arrived. The food was okay, not outstanding, but considering the location and price range, it was acceptable. The customer base in Ueno changes late at night, so it's better to leave by 9 pm at any place. However, this place was fine.

I had ordered a course meal, but even after some time passed, the food never came. I repeatedly asked the staff who brought drinks to bring out the course dishes, but nothing came out at all. It finally arrived after about an hour. It's a shame because it was good in the past when I used it a few times. I have no choice but to go to a different restaurant next time.

There are many private rooms, COVID-19 measures are in place, and they are smoker-friendly with smoking booths available. The food presentation is elaborate and the taste is very delicious.

I don't understand why someone like me chose this place, it's not the kind of place for older guys looking to make money, unlike students who would understand. I want to go to a place where I can drink good sake.
