I came around here for something to do and decided to have a morning meal. It was a bit hard to enter since I couldn't see inside, but I took the plunge and went in! Inside, there were tables and chairs with a wooden theme, creating a calm atmosphere. Most of the other customers were older women. I ordered the "Egg Hot Sandwich (500 yen)" with an iced coffee set (50 yen). The toast was made with sesame seeds, which seems good for your health. The only downside was that the hot sandwich was a bit cold... It also came with a mini salad (sesame dressing) and yogurt with blueberry jam. Oh, by the way, it seems to be a non-smoking place. As a smoker, I didn't feel as relaxed as I would have liked...

I came here for lunch since it was nearby. I had the daily special lunch for ¥650, which was bulgogi today. The bulgogi meat was not tough and easy to eat. However, the mixed grain rice was too soft and mushy. The pickles had no crunch and were soggy. The main dish was okay, but the rest was not good. The restaurant allows smoking indoors, so it smelled like cigarettes, which was tough for pregnant women. The service from the male staff also left something to be desired, so I hope for improvement. ★

"In a distant past, there was said to be a shop called Time Space Cafe Jigsaw. I came across it while browsing through Tabelog and it brought back nostalgic memories. The last time I visited was 10 years ago when it first opened. Nothing has changed. The manager is the same person from back then and greeted me with a warm 'long time no see.' Today is hot, so I ordered an iced coffee. It's around 4 pm, yet there are quite a few customers. Maintaining this place for so long is truly impressive. This place is described as 'healing' and 'relaxing' among other things, but it's a mysterious space that makes your heart feel warm. I will definitely come back here often. Thank you."

Family outing to the hot springs always includes a lunch stop for us! While looking for a place to have lunch on our way back, we stumbled upon Cafe Jigsaw. I had been curious about this place for a while. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, with a homey feel thanks to the wooden decor. There were many women enjoying a leisurely time there. The menu had a variety of options, from daily specials to lunch sets. I ordered the daily special and it was beautifully presented and not too heavy on the flavors, which I think would appeal to many women. The coffee after the meal was also delicious, and we had a great time spending our holiday there. At the time of payment, I also bought some homemade pudding from the counter, which was also very tasty. Thank you for the meal!

After renewing my license, I was feeling tired and wanted to eat something sweet. I stumbled upon a cake set at a nearby shop and decided to try it since it was only ¥500. I chose the cheesecake from the three available options. Surprisingly, the cheesecake looked like a chocolate cake! I was intrigued to taste it. However, when the cake was brought to me, it was served with the plastic wrap and aluminum foil underneath to prevent drying. It was a bit disappointing as I was dining in. Nevertheless, the taste was delicious! It was a mix of cheesecake and chocolate cake, with lots of nuts adding to the flavor. The coffee was also very good. I wished the service was more customer-oriented, but overall, it was a nice experience at the shop.

Today, I would like to introduce "Cafe Jigsaw" located about a 3-minute walk from JR Hirano Station. They offer a variety of menu items including morning sets, weekly lunch specials, cakes, and cafe menu items. I ordered the Hamburger and Quiche Plate for ¥850, which came with a choice of white rice or mixed grain rice. The meal also included a warm vegetable consomme soup, a fresh salad with sesame dressing, and side dishes like pickles and stir-fried bitter gourd. The quiche was made with pumpkin, mushrooms, potatoes, and eggs, while the hamburger was served with a tangy tomato sauce. The meal was filling and satisfying, with generous portions of rice. The cozy interior and the variety of menu options make it a great place to visit multiple times without getting bored. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience at Cafe Jigsaw.

Visited after 12:00. There were a few customers already, but more kept coming in and it was almost full. A bustling restaurant indeed. Ordered the Herb Chicken and Quiche plate (850 yen). You can choose between mixed grain rice or white rice. Opted for mixed grain rice. First, the soup arrived. It seemed busy as the main dish arrived in about 9-10 minutes. It was a large square plate with Herb Chicken on top of mixed grain rice, orange sauce, sweet potato and spinach side dish, quiche, and a cabbage-based salad, quite a luxurious spread. Everything tasted homemade with a gentle flavor. Quite delicious. If the chicken was cooked a bit less, it would have been perfect. Finished everything. The portion was just right. Quite tasty. It was a good deal for 850 yen considering the variety and amount of vegetables. Understandable why it's popular. They also offer curry and hamburger lunches. Weekly lunch specials are in the 600 yen range. A really nice place to dine.

Before my errands in the area, I found a coupon on Gurunavi and brought it to this cute little cafe located in a small covered shopping street with 5-6 shops. The cafe had a cozy atmosphere with a wooden interior and a ceiling fan. The menu was easy to understand with pictures, and they offered a weekly lunch special (today's main was sweet and spicy stir-fried pork with new potatoes for 650 yen) and a simmered hamburger with tomato sauce for 680 yen. I added coffee for an extra 150 yen and chose brown rice with grains. The lunch came with soup, salad, main dish, and rice, and the portions were generous and delicious, not at all like cheap, low-quality food. The homemade cookies were a nice bonus with the Gurunavi coupon, and the organic coffee served in a large mug was a great deal at 1480 yen for two people. It was a satisfying and affordable meal that captured the essence of Osaka. The cafe was quite popular, although smoking was allowed, they had an air purifier. The entrance, toilet, and the overall layout of the cafe seemed to be barrier-free accessible.店舗情報http://r.gnavi.co.jp/6p3n8cyz0000/
