On this day, I participated in an event hosted by the head of "Watei". It was a far, far away place from my home, in Kizurabari, a place called Kirei. I took the subway for about 40-50 minutes from the first station, and even got off halfway for a pre-drink and snack (laughs). "Isui", a hidden Tetchiri and Nabe restaurant, is actually a place where you can eat fugu all year round, as the sign says. Look! It's swimming like this, right? I never thought I could eat fugu in early summer. On this day, the head of Watei (also known as Nagomi-chan) chose and brought me some sake! I don't know much about sake, but if it's recommended by Nagomi-chan, it must be good! Apparently, there's some amazing sake mixed in it. Below are the names of the dishes omitted. For those who understand, they should know! (laughs) In one word, my impression of the fugu is, bouncy, chewy, crunchy, how's that for an impression? Anyway, in one word... I feel happy~ (laughs) The sake was also delicious! Is Juyondai not a sake that you can easily drink? Sake is delicious, isn't it? LOVE Hiresake, my body and heart are warm. At that time, I felt like, alright! I'm all set for this summer! (Although I'm feeling a bit tired now...) It's a bit far, but it's cost-effective, the atmosphere is good, the food is delicious, so I want to come back to eat fugu without losing to the winter cold! When that time comes, I'll ask for your continued support, Isui! Thank you very much! m(__)m
