This is my second visit. This time, it was for a celebration, I was invited. I wanted to ask what is famous in Tagawa City, and one of the famous things might be this restaurant. The dishes served in this cultural heritage building are carefully chosen, and suitable for leisurely enjoyment. This time, I took photos of each dish. I was treated to a feast at a relative's celebration. As someone not from the area, I had no idea what kind of dishes to expect. But as soon as I stepped inside, the modern architectural heritage building was full of charm, and the staff's attire, gestures, and manners were all elegant. I felt delighted to be here. The dishes incorporated seasonal ingredients beautifully, and the presentation was fantastic. And they were delicious. I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow, this is delicious!" The soap in the restroom, the toilet paper, the clean cloth, all wrapped in Japanese paper, everything was meticulously arranged for ease of use. The dishes were served without any rush, never bringing more than two at a time, placing them in the adjacent room before bringing them to the guests. True professionalism.
