Stylish interior, all-you-can-eat domestic beef, pork, and chicken sukiyaki and shabu-shabu! Choose from two-color hot pot soups! Colorful buffet of domestic vegetables! All-you-can-eat appetizers and side dishes! In the drink buffet, you can make your own favorite fruit sour cocktails! Unlimited servings of Haagen-Dazs desserts too! There are many all-you-can-eat meat and hot pot restaurants, but it is rare to find one with such a high level of femininity. This kind of restaurant is located in Solaria Plaza, directly connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and Subway Tenjin Minami/Tenjin Station. In addition to table seats, there are also spacious sofa seats. There are also private rooms with sunken kotatsu-style seating for 4-12 people in the back. This time, we used the sofa seats for a drinking party at work. The cushion is placed on the chair, making it very comfortable. There is a touch panel for ordering on the table, and the service is quick. You can order individual items from the menu, but we opted for the value-for-money 90-minute all-you-can-eat course. We chose the "Domestic Beef Course" for 4,000 yen from the 5 all-you-can-eat course options. The meats included in the course are domestic beef chuck flap, top beef loin, pork belly, pork shoulder loin, and chicken thigh. The dream plan includes a vegetable buffet, side dishes, rice dishes, and desserts. Since it's a two-color hot pot, you can choose two soups from kelp, soy milk, sukiyaki, Sichuan hot pot, and seasonal limited hot pot. This time, we requested the impressive Sichuan hot pot and the seasonal limited hot pot soup "Yuzu Salt Dashi." After ordering, we went to the vegetable buffet bar to get the ingredients for the hot pot. There are so many varieties that it's hard to choose! Lettuce, komatsuna, cabbage, mizuna, Chinese cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, onions, shredded konjac, chopped green onions, bean sprouts, aburaage, tofu, macaroni, udon, champon, gyoza, shumai meatballs, squid balls, Itoshima vegetables, burdock, and more. When we returned from the vegetable buffet, the meat for the number of people (additional orders can be made through the touch panel) had arrived. The meat looks beautiful with a fine texture. Let's start the hot pot party! You cook the portion you want by yourself! This time, we didn't order the most expensive Wagyu course (Wagyu, domestic beef chuck flap, top beef loin, pork belly, pork shoulder loin, chicken thigh all-you-can-eat) for 5,380 yen, but we tried ordering the Wagyu as an option. It's definitely delicious with fine marbling that melts in your mouth. It goes really well with kelp dashi or sukiyaki broth. By the way, the raw egg for sukiyaki at the vegetable buffet is also all-you-can-eat. There is also a drink menu. It's 1,500 yen including draft beer, and 1,000 yen without draft beer! It's a great plan for those who prefer highballs, shochu, wine, or soft drinks only. You can make your own drink at the self-service drink buffet. Here is the homemade syrup corner with fruits and vegetables. Depending on the season, there may be lemon, fig, pomegranate, yuzu, tomato, mandarin orange, pineapple, muscat, peach, and more homemade syrups and vinegars. Put your favorite syrup in a glass filled with ice, pour distilled spirits or highballs from the server, and you have your original sour or highball. I tried tomato syrup + highball this time. There are also shochu, liqueurs, gin, so you can make original cocktails with tea or juice, or make mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) with fruit vinegar + carbonated water if you want a non-alcoholic option. The all-you-can-eat feast continues. A great point is that side dishes are also all-you-can-eat. Teriyaki mayo fried chicken, raw potato salad, chorogi edamame, tomato namul, meat suki stew, meat lettuce, kishimen noodles, soboro rice (white rice is also available), taco rice, and more.
