In Fukuoka, there is a "Shabu-Leaf" restaurant in Hara, Sawara-ku, which you don't see often (*^o^*)!! It's a shabu-shabu restaurant where you can also eat sushi, which is great ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡!! They have a self-service system for vegetables, side dishes, rice, and curry, where you go and pick them yourself, while you order meat using a touchscreen (*^◯^*)!! The meat is brought to you by a robot, which is fun and casual (^з^)-☆!! They have a wide variety of vegetables, which was very satisfying for a vegetable lover like me~~~(>_<)p!! "Shabu-Leaf" is part of the Skylark Group, so you can feel safe and comfortable using this restaurant, making it highly recommended~~~o(^▽^)o!!

I went using the shareholder benefit voucher from Skylark! The shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat was not too tough or thin like with yakiniku, so it felt like better value than doing it at home! The kids enjoyed the waffles and soft serve ice cream. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I went with my 4th grade grandchild. We chose 5 items and opted for the all-you-can-drink option. My grandchild had a lot of fun doing various things on their own. They love chicken and devoured 3 plates. The photo is of the cotton candy we had to finish. They were proud of making the shape themselves. Thank you for the delicious meal today as well.

I wanted to eat a lot and visited this restaurant. I used to go there often when I lived in Tokyo, but this was my first time since returning to Fukuoka. I ordered the all-you-can-eat pork belly shabu-shabu and drink bar, and chose the spicy soup. Vegetables were self-service and I piled my plate high with them. While I was getting more vegetables, the pot and meat were prepared. I put them in the pot, boiled them, and enjoyed the meal. It was delicious! I had 18 plates of meat and was full. For dessert, I had soft serve ice cream to cool down my body. It was a great meal.

Sukairaku Group's family restaurant specializing in shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat. In May of Reiwa 1, the "Gusto Hara Store" was changed to "Shabu-Leaf Hara Store" and restarted. "Shabu-Leaf" has already been deployed nationwide, so it seems to follow an established route. There are almost no trial and error elements. Seats were reserved on the internet more than a week in advance. As reserved, we visited with 4 people (3 adults + 1 elementary school student) on a weekday dinner time and were smoothly guided to a 4-person box seat. We had the "Beef & Three-Element Pork + Sushi All-You-Can-Eat Course (100-minute time limit)" (2,159 yen for adults, 1,079 yen for elementary school students). The meat that can be ordered for shabu-shabu includes "beef" (distinct from "domestic beef", with no clear mention of its origin), "three-element pork shoulder loin", "three-element pork belly", "chicken", and "tsukune", totaling 5 types. On the customer table, there is an IH cooking heater with a shabu-shabu pot on top. The shabu-shabu pot is divided into two parts, allowing you to enjoy shabu-shabu with two types of broth, including "white dashi" and another choice from the following 6 options: "beef bone and tail rich umami dashi", "red miso dashi", "yuzu salt dashi", "authentic sukiyaki dashi (with egg)", "rosemary-scented whole", "lemon olive dashi". We ordered "beef bone and tail rich umami dashi" without tasting it. The above meats and broth are brought to the customer table by the staff. For sushi, you need to write an order form and bring the order form holder to the order reception area to place the order. After a while, the sushi is delivered to the customer table. Regardless of the number of people, you can only order up to 8 pieces at a time. If there are many people, such as 4 people, you have to leave the table multiple times to place the order form. The sushi options are as follows: "tuna", "salmon", "salmon belly", "suzuki kombu-jime", "squid", "octopus", "tsubugai", "shrimp", "scallop", "anago", "tamago". There is a strong presence of a nationwide lineup that does not incorporate regional characteristics of seafood, and the taste is likely to be a characteristic of such a restaurant. We carefully selected one sauce and one condiment for each person, but the table still felt cramped. To enjoy two or more options per person, a bit more table space is needed. This means that the numerous choices are provided to ensure that you don't get tired even after multiple visits. The transportation of small plates for sauce and condiments is also challenging. There is a tray for transportation, but it is small. When you reach the table, it becomes a hindrance despite being small, and you have to go back each time. In addition, one adult and one elementary school student ordered the "drink bar" (269 yen for adults, 161 yen for elementary school students), so there were several more instances of leaving the table for self-service. I went for lunch on a regular day at a restaurant along Imajuku Shindo, which seemed quite popular. Upon entering, we were asked to disinfect our hands with alcohol immediately due to the current situation. Since it was my first time at Shabu Shabu, I was guided to the self-service corner where salad, hot pot vegetables, sauce, desserts, and rice were lined up. The drink bar seemed to be at an additional cost for lunch. Once seated, we were given the choice of a course and one of two types of broth. I chose the course with two types of beef and three types of pork, and opted for yuzu salt broth. For an additional fee, you could change the default white broth to your preferred one. After ordering, we were served the broth and meat. Initially, each type of meat was served on one plate. Additional meat could be ordered by calling a staff member with the order button, but they also frequently came to collect plates, so you could also order then. There were various types of hot pot vegetables, but the chopped aromatic vegetables seemed to be popular as many other customers were taking them. Lunch had an unlimited time limit for enjoying shabu shabu, but we left after about an hour. It was a very delicious experience.

This time, I went to the restaurant to use my shareholder prepaid card. Even though it was a weekday, I went after lunchtime around 1 pm, but it was crowded and I, being alone, was seated at an 8-person table. It was the only available table. It felt a bit awkward. I didn't have a big appetite for the all-you-can-eat option, so I chose the 1299 yen course with only three-layered pork. Still, I managed to eat 12 plates of meat. I enjoyed a variety of vegetables, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu. Even though I was already full, I couldn't help but notice the waffle-making machine right next to my table, with women in their 20s to 50s taking turns making waffles. It caught my attention, so I had one for dessert. I topped it with soft serve ice cream, mochi, and cocoa cookies, satisfying my dessert craving. I also had curry, so it was a very satisfying lunch.
