A newly opened Korean restaurant in Daimyo. As indicated by the "meat" character after the dining hall, it is a Korean restaurant that focuses on meat dishes. I first heard about it because there was a long line when it opened, and I was curious about what it was. When I looked it up on Tabelog, I found out that there are also branches in Tokyo and Kumamoto. It's interesting how the restaurants are positioned. Fukuoka has many Korean restaurants (maybe other prefectures do too), and it seems to be a highly competitive area. All the restaurants seem to be very popular. Even on a weekday, there were a few people waiting in line in front of the restaurant. It truly shows the popularity of Korean cuisine. From the looks of the interior, it seemed like quite a few Korean customers were visiting. Perhaps it's because it's the taste of the locals. The signature dishes of the restaurant are the Hot Charcoal Bulgogi and the 7-Minute Pork Kimchi Stew, both of which I ordered this time. The only salad available was the Chorogi Salad, and since it was just meat, we decided to order it. It was a typical Chorogi Salad, but the top part without sauce was a bit bland. The Hot Charcoal Bulgogi was cooked by the staff, but they left shortly after starting to cook, so we were unsure whether we should cook it ourselves, and unfortunately, some parts ended up burnt. I apologize for the poor quality of the photo due to the smoke hood overlapping. I thought the 7-Minute Pork Kimchi Stew was just a stew, but it came with rice as well. There was quite a lot of rice, and looking back, that alone might have been a satisfying amount. In that case, the cost performance is actually very good. The rice was soft, and I would have preferred it to be a bit firmer. You can eat the stew by pouring it over the rice, or if you don't like it too mushy, you can eat them separately. Besides pork, there was also chicken in it, and the meat was delicious. The kimchi had a taste similar to the authentic one, with a slightly strong sourness. I wanted to drink the soup from the pot, but I didn't make much progress. I think the cost performance is not bad, but I wouldn't wait in line for it. Looking forward to the future.
