With the relocation, they have reviewed their recipe to make simple pancakes using eggs, milk, and their original pancake mix. Moreover, they have introduced interesting pancakes made with pudding and carrot cake. They offer a variety of pancakes from sweet to savory. I tried the salmon and ricotta cheese pancake and the grape pancake. The pancakes themselves were unique and delicious. I had the salmon pancake, but it didn't seem to go well with the pancake. The sweet pancakes might be better.

I ordered the berry and cream cheese pancakes. The drink options were a bit limited, but it's clear that the focus here is on enjoying the pancakes. The pancakes were fluffy and satisfying. They were filling but easy to finish. Despite the time limit, I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. The cafe is small, but the tables are spaced out enough that you don't feel crowded by the people next to you.

I enjoyed the variety of flavors till the end and didn't get bored. I was able to surprise my friend on their birthday by adding a free message to the dish, creating a wonderful memory. Although I've been mostly eating souffle pancakes lately, the classic type with a crispy exterior and chewy interior is truly the best. I would love to go back again if I have the chance. ☺️

I initially wanted to have the milk crepe at Harbs, but unfortunately, they were sold out by the time I got there. So, I searched for a night cafe in the area and found a famous pancake shop called Biblioteq, which I had visited in Umeda before. It was already past 8 pm, and the place was not too crowded. I ordered the Carrot Cake Pancake with Cream Cheese Frosting, and it was delicious! The subtle sweetness of the carrot and the rich texture of the cream cheese were both fantastic. The walnuts added a nice touch, and it paired well with the iced tea. Biblioteq is open until late and serves great pancakes. I'll definitely be back!

However, it was a bit inconvenient to have to decide on the menu after sitting down and then go to the cashier for payment. The atmosphere inside the shop was nice, and they also had a terrace.

I made a reservation for around 11:15 and visited the restaurant. It was my first time meeting the person, so we had lunch together. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm and we were able to relax and stay for a long time without feeling pressured. I was nervous at first, so I didn't take any photos of the pancakes, but each dish was surprisingly large. The pancakes were thick and satisfying. We sat on the terrace, where the sunlight was just right and it was quiet, making it a perfect place for conversation. I recommend this restaurant for long conversations.

I had peach pancakes. It was limited in quantity, but I was able to eat them when I made a reservation at 12:30. The pancakes had a soft and dense texture, and the ice cream, cream, peach, and pancakes themselves were all delicious.
