The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor. I was able to get in around 7 pm on Friday without a reservation. They asked me what K POP I liked when ordering, and played it for me. The seafood pancake was delicious with plenty of ingredients. I also received a card of my choice on the way out.

The spacious interior of the restaurant playing K-pop music is surprisingly quiet and cozy. I was surprised by the generous portion of Makgeolli I ordered, and it was delicious. The food here pairs well with it. The bulgogi is light, the tteokbokki has a good chewy texture, and the jjimdak iron plate chicken is sweet and savory, perfect for accompanying drinks. The seafood ramen has instant noodles but the seafood-flavored soup is fantastic. The kimbap is elegant and delicious. Overall, the dishes are light, easy to eat, and have a straightforward and satisfying taste. It's Korean cuisine that you can enjoy with peace of mind.

The inside of the store is playing music videos of Korean artists on the screen. They also take requests if you have any music you want to hear. I remember the tteokbokki and yangnyeom chicken being sweet. Tteokbokki is apparently a snack in Korea. [Business Hours] 16:00-20:00 [Budget] 1000-2000 yen [Ordered Menu] - Cheese Tteokbokki - Yangnyeom Chicken - Chijimi

I think the first time I tried Korean food was probably when I was in college. There was a restaurant called Pochagi in Nishishin at the time, and I remember being really impressed by the delicious Samgyupsal and crispy Jeon there. It wasn't a trend back then, so the atmosphere was more like a calm Japanese restaurant, different from the trendy Korean restaurants now. Although it's no longer there, I still expect that taste from Korean food. Now, this restaurant is a Korean restaurant in Otemachi where young people gather. I ordered Tteokbokki, Jeon, Yangnyeom Chicken, and Kimbap on DiDi. I must say, the portions were huge and ended up being enough for two meals. Korean food is meant to be enjoyed with friends, right? The Tteokbokki came in a bowl with noodles and a lot of cheese, topped with a sweet and spicy sauce. This unique sweet and spicy sauce is what makes Korean food special. It's like a mix of Gochujang, ketchup, and sugar. The cheese was a bit underwhelming, but that's also part of the charm of Korean food. The Tteokbokki was chewy and delicious. The Yangnyeom Chicken had the same seasoning, but it was crispy and tasty. It was juicy and flavorful, a real treat. As for the Kimbap, I thought it was a reverse import? I looked it up and found out that it used to be called "Nori Maki" in Korea until the 90s. So what? Well, it's just an interesting tidbit. The rice is not vinegared, I learned. The Jeon wasn't as crispy as I expected, but it was chewy and tasty. However, I think this kind of Korean food tastes better when enjoyed in a trendy restaurant with K-pop idols playing in the background. It enhances the fun and deliciousness. It's fun to have it once in a while. Thank you for the meal~

Hotteok and Chai Tea Latte (Korean Cuisine Hanuri): The hotteok was smaller than expected, but the restaurant is authentic! Category: Food
The other day, I found a Groupon deal for their 3rd anniversary celebration. It was for a relaxing evening treat <(Hotteok or Ice Cream) + Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, or another drink>. So, I decided to visit Hanuri, a Korean restaurant in Daimyo, Chuo-ku. The interior was clean and they were playing K-POP, creating a nice atmosphere. I'm not really into it, but it seems like a must-visit for fans of Korean culture. All the customers I saw during my visit were women. I chose the Hotteok, a sweet Korean dessert, and a Chai Tea Latte, a drink not commonly found elsewhere. The Hotteok was smaller than expected (maybe because the picture on Groupon was a close-up), but it was deliciously sweet with syrup. The Chai Tea Latte had a strong cinnamon flavor, which I enjoyed. I thought Chai was Indian tea, but it seems to be popular in Korea too. The staff seemed to be from Korea and provided excellent service.
