I used it for a date. I had always been curious about this restaurant because whenever I passed by, it was always crowded with customers. It is located about a 3-minute walk from Hirao Station towards Yakuin Station, next to Lawson. The outside is glass-walled and the inside of the restaurant is clean and neat. Inside, there are counter seats and table seats, and there were couples, families with children, and groups of two women, with a roughly equal ratio of men and women. I ordered a draft beer and my date ordered oolong tea at the counter. In front of the counter, there was a showcase with shiny skewers lined up. We ordered quite a few skewers, and all of them were delicious! The pork belly, sand lizard, chicken skin, and tsukune were all tasty, but the highly recommended ones are the shiromi, wagyu sagari, and chicken liver. The shiromi was juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of salt. The wagyu sagari is a bit pricey at 450 yen per skewer, but it's definitely worth trying. I was most surprised by the chicken liver, as it had none of the unpleasant smell typical of liver, but retained the good flavor of the liver, making it very satisfying to eat. We also ordered side dishes such as sesame mackerel, chicken karaage, and thick fried tofu, all of which were fresh and delicious. Overall, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and cooking methods. We were even treated to sesame pudding as a service, which left both my date and me very satisfied. I switched to sake halfway through, and it put me in a good mood. I think this restaurant is suitable for various occasions, and I will definitely visit again.

It was a restaurant where you could eat even if you were full, because the food was so delicious. I was surprised to find that a yakitori restaurant also served fish dishes in Kansai, but they were really tasty. The grilled chicken skin with sauce was surprisingly delicious, even though it's not something I usually eat. I understand why it's difficult to get in without a reservation.

We visited the restaurant with our company members and enjoyed a variety of skewers from pork belly to vegetables wrapped in meat. There were many delicious skewers, including those that symbolize Fukuoka's yakitori. The staff were energetic and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great, so we ended up staying longer than planned. We will definitely visit again!

I sometimes visit this place alone and the atmosphere is very cozy. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend trying the tsukune, especially with cheese for that perfect Instagram-worthy stretchy cheese moment (laughs).

I often drive on the road in front of this restaurant and it's always crowded with customers. This time, when I called at 10 PM, they were able to accommodate me even on the same day. I was worried because the restaurant information on Tabelog said it allows smoking, but there was an ashtray outside and no one was smoking at the counter. I ordered a 650ml bottle of beer, 2 mega highballs, a half Caesar salad, pumpkin croquettes (coupon service), 150g of chicken liver, 180g of chicken thigh, 180g of chicken breast, 200g of pork belly, 250g of shiso rolls, 250g of cheese bacon rolls, and chicken tataki carpaccio with a poached egg on top for a total of 5,790 yen. The chicken liver was very tender and moist, and definitely worth the 150 yen. The pork belly was juicy and delicious. The cheese in the cheese bacon rolls was mozzarella, which wasn't to my liking. I thought the chicken tataki carpaccio would be tastier if the flavors were more integrated with the tataki.

After work, I visited with my colleagues. It seems to be usually crowded, but it was relatively empty on this day, perhaps due to the end of the consecutive holidays. Both the skewers and the side dishes were delicious. One particularly delicious and unusual dish was the daikon tempura, which retained its freshness and was very tasty. The hospitality of the staff was also excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lively. I would like to visit again. It is about a 5-minute walk from Nishitetsu Hirao Station, so I recommend stopping by if you are along the Nishitetsu line.

I was lucky to get a reservation on my first phone call. The new restaurant was a clean and cozy yakitori place with a staff of 5 or 6 despite its small size. Everything I tried was delicious. There were customers waiting outside, and it seemed you couldn't get in without a reservation.

This shop is said to be in the same line as Yaebei-san, whom I visited before. If they are from the same place as Yaebei-san, there's no way it's not delicious! So, off we go! The appearance is beautiful, and I know it's almost always full, so my expectations are high. The menu and skewers are similar to the other place. Here, there are fewer side dishes. The taste is also quite good. The skewers are cooked faster here, so you can eat them crispy. For some reason, the photo only shows side dishes...I wonder why...

A delicious yakitori restaurant in Yakuin. They serve cabbage as a starter, but then bring out the perfectly cooked yakitori. Each skewer is delicious! They have a wide selection of Japanese sake and a few types of wine as well. Thank you for the meal.

There are counter seats and table seats. It's a popular place with a full house. I think it's better to make a reservation. The pumpkin croquette skewers were hot. The shiitake mushrooms were juicy. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the liver! I should have eaten one more... The staff is energetic and their hospitality is wonderful. It was a pleasant restaurant. Thank you for the meal! (^^)

I will omit the details of why I visited this shop for the first time. My first impression was that I liked the atmosphere, the food was delicious, and there was a strong sense of creativity. The staff were friendly and energetic, the restroom was clean, and the owner seemed confident and soothing. When my friend and I arrived around 5:30 pm, there was only one reservation ahead of us. We were unsure about dropping in, but when we asked if it was okay to stay until 7 pm, we received a prompt and reassuring response. The place was fully booked even on a weekday at 7 pm, all by reservations! I recommend trying the food at this place and judging for yourself. I personally enjoyed it and would love to bring my wife here if it were closer. Lastly, even though we were supposed to leave by 7 pm, we were allowed to stay longer because another group was running late. I reluctantly settled the bill and left, grateful for the experience. Thank you.

I went to the restaurant around 9 pm because the earlier time slots were fully booked. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant was also nice.

The atmosphere of the store, the staff, and the taste were all excellent! It's a restaurant I definitely want to visit again.
Hmm. The storefront of this trendy yakitori restaurant is bustling with people, indicating its popularity. I tried a variety of yakitori skewers, but they were just average. There wasn't anything that stood out as a must-try. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was disappointingly bland. I would visit again if I lived nearby, but it's not worth going out of my way for.

This yakitori restaurant is really delicious! All the staff are handsome! The best! ✨ And even though they're grilling so much, the kitchen is super clean! I wonder if young people are scrubbing it every day...? LOL Everything on a skewer is delicious, so please go and try it out.

This is the restaurant I visited the most in 2018. I happened to stop by this place after visiting a nearby dumpling restaurant, and I was amazed by the dish called "Tomato Sukiyaki" that I had there. It was incredibly delicious! I was on a business trip at that time, but the following month, I brought my family here just to have the same dish because it was so good. The young staff working hard adds to the charm, and I always leave satisfied. I love Fukuoka because even in random restaurants, the food is delicious!

Yakitori, sesame kanpachi, horse sashimi, pig trotters, desserts, and more - everything is delicious here. It's popular among solo diners and women customers. It's usually crowded, so making a reservation on weekends is recommended. Some items require a minimum order of 2 skewers, but if dining alone, you can order just 1 skewer!

Delicious yakitori. Fukuoka has a high level of yakitori, and among them, this stylish yakitori restaurant is popular among women. The menu is rich and the seasoning makes you want to drink more. You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship in each yakitori. Highly recommended!
