Last night was my wife's birthday, so we went to the French restaurant Anieledor in Awaza. I opted for the wine pairing. The menu listed trendy ingredients such as octopus, beans, and wasabi in two different dishes. The tart had flavors of beans and octopus, while the plate had flavors of wasabi and octopus. The champagne served at the beginning was a nice touch. The next course featured clams, perilla leaves, and taro in two dishes. The dishes were creatively presented, making it a fun surprise to discover what was in each spoonful. The pairing of a dry wine complemented the flavors well. The following course included sea bream, white asparagus, and paprika. The sea bream and its roe atop white asparagus were rich in flavor, accompanied by a slightly smoked sauce. The pairing of a dry white wine worked well. The eel dish with cucumber, chives, and seaweed was exceptionally tasty. The eel was tender, and the dish paired nicely with a red wine. The course with wagyu beef, bamboo shoots, tofu skin, and pickled shallots resembled a hamburger but had a refined taste. The somen noodles with prawns, herbs, and coconut were a unique combination, with fresh flavors and a hint of coconut. The dish paired well with white wine. The dish with fresh fish, squid, apios, and mitsuba featured rare fish cooked at a low temperature. The flavors of the ingredients were distinct, and the dish was delicious. The duck dish with asparagus was a straightforward yet flavorful dish, with perfectly cooked duck and a peppery accompaniment. The dessert course included tomato, celery, and white chocolate, which surprisingly worked well together. The blueberry, cheese, and lavender dessert was not only visually appealing but also delicious. The meal ended with pistachio dacquoise and citrus tart served with coffee. Overall, the experience was satisfying, with a good balance of flavors and a visually stunning presentation. The wine pairing was also enjoyable. The most surprising part was how easy it was to make a reservation at such a high-quality restaurant. The total cost for two people was around 50,000 yen, which felt reasonable considering the quality of the meal. I was very satisfied with the restaurant.

I enjoyed the meal with wine pairing. The staff provided detailed information about the wine's taste and place of production, which was very interesting to hear. Among all the French restaurants I've been to, this one was the most delicious, and I think it deserves to be more well-known. There were many ingredients that I tried for the first time, and I ate them with a fresh feeling, but everything was delicious. I had a very elegant and luxurious time.

The atmosphere is not too formal, allowing you to relax and enjoy without feeling intimidated. The dishes are presented with only the ingredients at first, adding to the excitement of imagining how they will be served. The combinations are fantastic, and some dishes are truly impressive in terms of taste. Lunch is reasonably priced, so I recommend starting with lunch.

The dishes were delicious, focusing on the natural flavors of the ingredients without using butter. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm, and it was nice to see the chef's plating skills. The service was polite, and we had a great time. It's no wonder they have a Michelin star.

It was a popular restaurant that required a reservation, but I was lucky enough to get a reservation and go! I had plans for the next dessert, so I opted for the 7000 yen course, starting with appetizers that were visually delicate and incredibly delicious! I've had various French cuisines before, but... the food here is exceptional. It's hard to describe, but there are no tricks in the soup or sauce, and the flavors, while complex, are all well thought out and ultimately match perfectly. I highly recommend this place with all my heart. The staff also explained the dishes thoroughly. I wanted to see the chef's face with such great taste...! The desserts and tea were also delicious, and I was extremely satisfied with my first dining out experience in a long time (>ᴗ<). I would love to try a different course or go for dinner next time ♫ My companion mentioned at the payment that they didn't receive the change and receipt for the last few yen, so maybe it was forgotten? (It could have been my companion's mistake, but it's true that the receipt didn't come out) Personally, I would rate it 5.0, but I'll deduct a little ^^;

From around the business district of Midosuji in Osaka, near Dojima, a minimalistic restaurant with no prominent signboards in the back alleys. This place was highly rated on food review sites like Tabelog until 2021, offering creative French cuisine. I decided to try their dinner course priced at 17,600 yen for 11 dishes, which I booked through a gourmet website. With a glass of champagne, the average cost per person comes to just over 20,000 yen. While I also enjoy B-class gourmet food, I believe it's important to consistently eat well-prepared dishes in order to develop a discerning palate. The meal was quite extensive, with 6 appetizers served as part of the course. Each dish was modest in portion but overall quite filling. It had a Japanese twist to it, with a strong emphasis on dashi rather than sauces. The flavors were unique, with techniques like turning flavors into foam or pouring soup right before serving. The cooking of the ingredients and the moisture levels were perfect, and even dishes like ayu were delicious. Due to the large number of courses, the dining experience lasted over 3 hours. However, the only downside was the uncomfortable chairs that made my backside sore. It seems the restaurant may be physically demanding for older individuals. I hope they can improve this aspect in the future.

From start to finish, it was delicious! The appearance, taste, and the service from the staff were all excellent. There was even one item on the menu that ended up being served as two dishes, so I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food. I was on a business trip to Osaka and never expected to have French cuisine there, but the quality of French cuisine in Osaka is truly top-notch. The course menu was also reasonably priced, and I believe this restaurant outshines other restaurants with courses in the 20,000 yen range. As someone in the food industry, I found this experience very educational. I will definitely visit again!

I visited for the first time and had lunch. The 7-course meal was just the right amount and delicious. The interior was classic with a white theme. The staff were smart and made the meal enjoyable. It was delicious, but I realized that French cuisine is complex and I would like to visit again.

I use this French restaurant every year for special occasions. I love it. Every dish is delicious and impressive. This time, I had the lunch course and the main dish was pork. It was my first time trying pork, but the meat was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was pork. However, I still recommend the aged beef as the main dish. I have never had a steak more delicious than the aged beef at Anieldor.

"Anieldor" is a famous French restaurant in Osaka that has been around for 10 years. I have tried to visit several times in the past, but due to various reasons like not being able to make a reservation, I couldn't make it. Finally, I was able to visit for lunch this time. The restaurant opened at exactly 12 o'clock. Today, I will be having the Short Course for 7700 yen. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and simple, with white as the main color. Just the atmosphere alone makes me like this place. Here are the dishes I enjoyed: - Squid, Watercress, Nanohana: The amuse-bouche was squid from Nagasaki, mixed with black olives and squid ink in a black shell. It was a unique and flavorful dish. - Bonito, Jerusalem Artichoke, Wasabi: Marinated bonito from Wakayama, served with Jerusalem artichoke and wasabi blancmange. The Jerusalem artichoke chips added a nice crunch. - Duck, Beans, Carboroneiro: Roasted breast of duck from Wakayama, rolled in carboroneiro leaves with duck mince. The green peas and bean sprouts added a refreshing touch. - Fresh Fish, Prawn, Daikon: Fried flounder from the Goto Islands, served with sweet prawns and dried daikon. The French dish with a Japanese twist was delightful. - White Pork, Mushrooms, Celery, Bud Vegetables: Roasted white pork from Iwate, served with a variety of mushrooms, celery, and bud vegetables in a rich sauce. The chef's skill in using vegetables was evident. - Hassaku, Carrot: Dessert of hassaku citrus ice cream and carrot espuma with a tuile on top. - Tea Sweets: Candies and coffee to finish the meal, including candied kumquats, burdock powder, and cocoa financiers. The chef and sommelier bid us a polite farewell at the end. Truly a great dining experience, and the restaurant has become one of my favorites in Osaka.

A French restaurant in Awaza, which has a Michelin star. The restaurant has a stylish interior with a white color scheme. I visited for lunch this time. I had the 7,000 yen lunch short course, which included 7 dishes including dessert. I enjoyed grape juice as my drink. The first dish, which was not listed on the menu, was a black caviar-like dish served with bonito and salt, and it was delicious. This made a good first impression.

The atmosphere is nice. The dish that reconstructed the dessert sakuramochi was interesting. I was impressed by the crispy finish of the cherry blossom leaves. Each glass, plate, and cutlery is carefully chosen and of high quality. I would like to visit again.

On our wedding anniversary, we visited this restaurant and it was the most touching experience of my life. The flavors were exquisite, truly deserving of its Michelin one-star rating. Everything from 1 to 10 was perfect in its beauty. It's French cuisine, but the harmony with Japanese influence was exceptional. The taste went beyond delicious, filling my entire body with richness and leaving a lingering happiness. The presentation was artistic, and the dishes were served in lovely vessels. The wine pairing recommended to us was superb, with a wine that had a smooth, umami-like taste. The chef seemed like a strong, artisan type, and I could faintly hear what sounded like shouting in the background. The younger staff members seemed tense, perhaps due to the high-end nature of the restaurant. Education is important, but maintaining a special atmosphere for special occasions is also crucial. The taste of this place cannot be captured in photos, it was a wonderful delicacy that I will never forget. This is what fine dining is all about...!! I will definitely visit again on our next anniversary!!

I felt that there was a bit too much truffle, it would have been tastier with less. The foam was described as just foam, which was a little disappointing. The foam dishes seemed to lack flavor, maybe they could do without them. Overall, the food was delicious, the sommelier was kind, and the chef was friendly and humble, making it a very pleasant experience. I visited on a different date.

I made a reservation for a French restaurant that had won a Michelin star, right before Christmas at 7:00 PM on a Wednesday. The restaurant was fully booked, which may have been due to the holiday season. The Christmas dinner course cost ¥20,000 per person, and the menu listed ingredients rather than dish names. The dishes were explained in detail when served, which was a new experience for me. The quality of the food was exceptional, with a noticeable Japanese influence throughout. The oyster foam dish and the dishes with kawahagi, tomburi, and caviar were particularly impressive. The butter was incredibly soft but held its shape, unlike any butter I had tasted before. The presentation of the dishes was also unique, with some plates that looked unconventional. The sommelier and servers provided thorough explanations but kept conversation to a minimum, which added to the formal atmosphere. Overall, it was a satisfying French dining experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant for those looking to enjoy a formal and elegant meal. The total cost for two people, including drinks, came to ¥60,000.

Hello, this is Yuyama. Today, I went to Anier Doll in Osaka, a Michelin one-star restaurant. I ordered the fusion of Japanese and French cuisine with wine pairing. [Food] Everything was delicious. Personally, I found the shellfish and fish dishes to be too light and not satisfying enough for someone who prefers rich French cuisine. [Service] They should do a better job of conveying the chef's vision. It would be better if they could talk about the details, like the ceramics made by a pottery artist, in their own words. I found it difficult to understand at times. I hope they aim for two stars. I love this restaurant, so I look forward to my next visit. [Ambience] The ambiance has become more luxurious after the renovation, making it a lovely space. The food was delicious. I would love to visit this wonderful restaurant again. That's all for now.

Located a short walk from Honmachi, near Utsubo Park. It may be small, but this French restaurant is elegant, clean, and classy. It offers traditional French cuisine that stands out from modern fusion trends. Delicious! The sommelier's wine pairings are also impressive.

I used it for lunch. I paired it with wine, which was all good. Pairing is a must. It starts with a sophisticated dish of soft-shelled turtle. It's delicious. Next, the corn is hidden, with a refreshing sweetness. The conger eel and peach are buried in turnips. It's fun to search for them. Under the yuba dome, there are plenty of duck meat. It's interesting to hear the yuba crackling. The grilled fish skin is crispy and wonderfully delicious. I liked the Miyazaki beef steak because it had little fat. The fruit gazpacho with paprika is an interesting combination. I liked the moringa sweets.

I returned to Nishinomiya during the 3-day weekend in July, after about 4 months. The day after I returned, I celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant. We have been living separately for about 8 years, so we can't celebrate her birthday on the actual day, but we have gotten used to it. When I do celebrate in a small way, I do it on the day closest to her birthday that we can meet. I thought a little about where to celebrate. We already have a reservation for a Kyoto cuisine restaurant during the Bon holidays, so I decided to choose this French restaurant this time. I've heard the name many times before. It's not too far from my company's Osaka headquarters. When I visited, I found that it is a small restaurant tucked away in an office or apartment building. It has a white rectangular space, with only a few glass windows on the kitchen side opposite the tables and a glass window connecting to the entrance corridor. It feels closed off, but at the same time, it gives off a solemn atmosphere. It's quite stylish. We toasted with champagne. As for my own birthday, I feel like I'm getting older and getting closer to death step by step, but I still feel like I can enjoy life. However, my wife's birthday is a joyous occasion. I celebrate it sincerely. As for the food here, if you expect traditional French cuisine, you might be a bit surprised. The menu is unique, with a list of ingredients for each dish, making it hard to imagine what they will be like. When the dishes are served, there are about three half-spherical shapes that need to be broken with a spoon before eating, making them seem mysterious. There were also some dishes that incorporated a Japanese touch. It was innovative and delicious, of course, in the chef's creative way. But when blindfolded and asked if this is French cuisine, it's hard to say. Some dishes might even make you answer incorrectly. I don't know if this is called fusion or innovative. However, the presentation of the food is also important in making it look delicious, and in that aspect, it may be lacking. On the other hand, the surprise when eating is something that can be achieved. The prices are reasonable, and we were satisfied. But if you rarely eat French cuisine, the experience may be different from what you expect. The service was polite but lacked refinement. It felt like they were just reciting what they had memorized. It could be because they are still new. It's not that the celebration for my wife was a failure. It's just that there was a slight difference in personal preference.

A French restaurant in Osaka that is always easy to use and always satisfies. The colors of the dishes are beautiful, each dish is carefully arranged, and you can enjoy a good balance of appearance, texture, and taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice, and I hope they continue to do their best.
