My favorite way to drink it is with a spicy ginger ale like Wilkinson's, with a slice of lemon added for extra flavor. The master at Taihei Bar made it perfectly, and I couldn't help but have multiple glasses. This bar is bright but very calming, with a perfect balance of lighting. When you order a highball, it is served swiftly and gracefully. The bartender then asks, "Would you like fruit or pickles?" I chose pickles. Shortly after, a plate with a variety of pickles, including deeply marinated ones and lightly pickled ones, is brought to the table, which was delightful. When I had finished about half of my drink, another one was already prepared for me, so of course I said, "One more, please!" It was all done so smoothly. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Taihei-san is a disciple of Bar Jojo's Yoko-san and is good at making juice. Juice #1 was fruity and refreshing with a hint of mint. The complimentary fruit was fresh and delicious. Juice #2 was refreshing. I also had a homemade pizza afterwards, but I forgot to take a photo. I wasn't drunk, just caught up in conversation with an old acquaintance. Life is short and there are many problems to overcome. Putting off problems will only lead to facing them eventually. It was a night of contemplation. The food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

We had a New Year's party with our foodie friends at "TAVERNA ENTRATA" and then continued to a second round at "Taihei Bar" and a third round at "Common Bar"! We were recommended to visit "Cafe & Bar Spice" where there is a handsome bartender named Kayo-chan. It's located between Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi, on the second floor, so you might get lost without being taken there. The cozy atmosphere is great too! The spacious interior allows for quiet conversations and the cocktails are beautiful and easy to drink. The appetizers served go well with the alcohol. We'll have to visit again next time in a more discreet manner!

This bar is located on the second floor of a building about three buildings south of Mikyukibashi on Nagahori Bridge, a little south of Minami Unadani. I believe there was a Chinese restaurant on the basement floor. As you enter the entrance, there is a counter right away, and on the left, there were two seats for about four people each. It's good for groups, but also nice for couples. I had two Seabreeze cocktails with soda at the counter. There were several regular customers chatting happily. It seems like a good place to go even if you're alone and feeling a bit lonely. The master is friendly, and it seems like many customers come alone to enjoy conversations. They also have homemade appetizers, which were quite delicious.
