Over there, the coffee and tiramisu were popular, but here it seems like there are various food options to choose from. I visited during lunchtime. They offer two lunch sets: curry set and Neapolitan spaghetti set. The Neapolitan set costs 950 yen. You can add 250 yen to change the drink to a cafe latte. I ordered this set. It is a self-payment system. They first served a salad. I ate the vegetables in the cup. By the time I finished, the Neapolitan and iced cafe latte arrived. They tried to take away the empty plate, so I asked them to leave it. The table was small, so if they didn't take it away, there would be no space for the new dishes. The Neapolitan had slightly thin noodles with a nice crispy texture and a great aroma. The noodles had a good chewiness. For those who have a preconceived notion that Neapolitan equals soft noodles, rest assured. It was delicious. The iced latte was of good quality, as expected from a cafe. For 950 yen with a drink included, the cost performance is not bad. Other customers came in after us. The interior of the cafe is quite stylish. The previous restaurant, SOLT, was also bright and open, but they did a great job with the renovation.

I was able to choose the beans for my drip coffee, so I went with a dark roast. The coffee was poured generously into a mug, and it had a great balance of bitterness, depth, and richness which I really enjoyed. Despite the large quantity, the taste remained consistent and delicious until the last drop. My companion praised their cafe latte for its high quality as well. This area has many high-quality restaurants with good value for money, and I think this place is also worth recommending.

The shop is focused on coffee, so sometimes they don't have lunch options, but at least there are hot dogs as confirmed by the sign below. The shop seems to be on the 2nd floor. You climb up a steep staircase. The interior of the shop is modern as well. You first order at the counter with a prepayment system. They offer hot dogs and sandwiches. Today's recommendation unexpectedly includes Chicken Over Rice. There is also curry rice if you look closely. Since it's a specialty shop, let's also order coffee, which we don't usually get. You can choose from 3 types of beans, with detailed descriptions written. The staff also kindly explains. I ordered the recommended "Chicken Over Rice + Papua New Guinea (iced)" for 1290 yen. Once the order was placed, I sat at a window seat. The view is not great, but it's bright and has an open feeling. On the contrary, you are completely visible from the outside. Cakes are also displayed in the refrigerator. The Chicken Over Rice, which I probably had for the second time in my life, arrives. It is topped with lettuce, tomato, and chicken covered with a dressing-like sauce. The chicken is tender and goes well with the curry-flavored sauce. Mixing the vegetables and rice together gives a fresh sensation, and it's surprisingly delicious. After the meal, I had iced coffee. It comes in a plastic cup that can be taken out. The coffee has a strong aroma and bitterness, a truly authentic taste. This slightly out-of-place modern coffee shop is of high quality.

I had been interested in a cafe in Ibuki City, and when I went to Mizunose Station for lunch, I stopped by on the way back as it had also opened in Shimamoto Town.
