I revisited this place now that the alcohol ban has been lifted. The master of the shop, Takashi Fujii, achieved 2nd place in the "World Class Global Final 2016" held in Miami in September 2016. I arrived at 1805 and managed to snag a seat just in time. I tried three drinks: 1) Highball - a mellow whiskey taste, 2) Moretz Beach House - a unique cocktail with a soft acidity and a hint of cloves, and 3) Miami Nights Punch - a Tequila-based cocktail with a spicy aroma from burnt rosemary. The cocktails were all delicious and creatively made, showcasing the bartender's skills and personality. Enjoying original cocktails like these is one of the highlights of visiting a bar.

I'm in Osaka. Osaka's northern area. In the basement of Osaka Station Front Building No.1, there was a shop here. It's been a long time since I visited. Every time I came before, I always passed by the front of the shop, but this time, on my fourth or fifth visit, I finally managed to stop by. The shop is located along the street south of Yotsubashi in the first building. I wanted to grab a light meal nearby and then have a drink, so I came here. When I entered the shop, it was still a bit early, so it was calm and quiet. I sat at the counter and ordered the trendy Espresso Martini. The bitterness of the coffee, the sweet foam, and the kick of the vodka blended together, making it the best Espresso Martini I've had recently. I finished the short drink easily and smoothly, and then ordered a long cocktail for my second drink. The atmosphere was great, so I definitely want to come back again if I don't pass by the front of the shop.

Craft Room, a bar located inside the station building! The shop exudes a sense of style from the exterior. Their sense of alcohol is also top-notch! I visited around 9 pm on the weekend, and the shop was about 90% full! There were many cocktails using herbs, with lots of names I had never seen before. I tried a grapefruit and herb drink, which was non-alcoholic but had alcohol added. They served it with a seared rosemary garnish, and the aroma was amazing even before taking a sip! My husband ordered a gin and tonic, which also used juniper berries! I had heard that juniper berries are used for aroma oils and to flavor gin, but seeing it used and tasting it for the first time was quite moving. The gin and tonic with juniper berries had an exceptional aroma. They were all so fragrant that it felt like drinking aromatherapy oils *\(^o^)/* haha, so stylish! We didn't order food this time, but the homemade berry pie that the person next to us was eating looked delicious and caught my attention ( ^ω^ ) Later, I found out that this is a famous bar for original cocktails...! Among the bars in the station building, it's a bit on the pricier side, but I would love to go back when I want to drink stylish cocktails. Thank you for the meal!

I finally visited a bar that I have been wanting to go to since I saw it in a magazine described as "open". The exterior is quiet and unassuming, making it a bit hard to find even though it's in a station building, but that adds to its charm as a hidden gem. I went without a reservation and managed to snag a spot at the counter as someone was leaving. I only planned to have one drink, but ended up having four because they were all so delicious! It's clear why this place is popular. The bartenders were graceful and the drinks had a nice touch of citrus and herbs. There were also visitors from overseas, adding to the lively atmosphere. I had expected a more formal atmosphere given that the owner had competed in a world competition and used to work in Kita-Shinchi, but it was actually quite relaxed and friendly, fitting right into the station building surroundings.

Personally, the Bloody Mary is the number one this year. Afterwards, the regular customers engage in lively whiskey discussions, creating an atmosphere where it's hard to order anything else (laughs). The cocktails made by the cocktail champion have a convincing taste and flavor. The master comes from a bar background.

Magazine "meets" featured this bar, not in the bustling areas like Kita-Shinchi, Chayamachi, or Honmachi, but in the underground second floor of Umeda Daiichi Building, in a hidden location. Unlike most establishments in Umeda Daiichi Building which are mainly izakayas, this shop is quite hard to find with no clear entrance. Tucked away between izakayas, it is a small, secret-like place with a counter seating for 5-6 people and a few table seats in the back. The menu offers a variety of classic and original cocktails, with interesting twists on classic cocktails. The reviewer enjoyed drinks like Gin and Tonic, Gimlet, Highball, Gin and Tonic with ginger ale, and Bronx. They found it to be a great spot for a post-standing bar hopping drink in the Umeda Daiichi Building.

The owner of the shop, who has trained at the prestigious authentic bar BAR K in Kita-Shinchi, achieved second place in the world in the highly challenging Diageo World Class bartender competition (*_*) Even a standard gin and tonic is upgraded with two types of craft gin blended together, showcasing a sharp sense of creativity and originality. Each cocktail is an impressive explosion of aroma and flavor that ignites the senses (*_*) The old jazz music flowing from the vacuum tube amp and Tannoy speakers adds a pleasant ambiance. I enjoyed the new Whiskey Sour (1200 yen) with an orange aroma and a latte art-like finish using bitters.
