After work, I went to a yakitori restaurant with my colleagues. It was a Tuesday evening, but the place was packed from 6 o'clock. We were seated on the second floor due to the crowd. Unfortunately, everything that was brought to us was lukewarm and had cooled down. I don't think I will be coming back again.

After enjoying delicious Sichuan cuisine in Shinbashi, we decided to continue the night with a second round. However, we didn't make a reservation and ended up having a hard time finding a place to go. Despite the numerous restaurants in Shinbashi, everywhere we went had long lines. It seemed like Japan was thriving again before spring. We eventually decided to wait at Hato Tori Shinbashi, a large restaurant with relatively short waiting time. The restaurant, located on the 4th floor, had a spacious interior and we were seated at a comfortable table. Although the restaurant's name suggested they specialized in grilled chicken, the actual taste was just average. We ordered various items such as tsukune, hearts, chicken wrapped in shiso, seseri, and gizzard, but they were all lacking the charcoal flavor we were hoping for. Especially the tsukune and chicken wrapped in shiso were disappointing. The alcohol selection was also limited, with many items sold out. Despite the affordable prices, our total bill came out to around 5,000 yen per person. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't choose to dine there again. Thank you for the meal.

Shimbashi Station area was very crowded. It was my second stop, so I didn't feel like searching for another place outside and decided to visit this restaurant. It accepts PayPay. I forgot to take photos halfway through. Yakitori is a must, and the chicken tenderloin wrapped in shiso leaves was divided into wasabi and plum flavors, which was enjoyable. I also ordered the grilled chicken, which is their specialty. It had a nice smoky aroma, although it was slightly overcooked. The chicken dishes were delicious as they boasted. The only downside was that the speed of the service was a bit slow. I would visit again if I had the chance. Thank you for the meal.

A yakitori restaurant with multiple locations in Osaka and Tokyo. I used to frequent this place a lot when I lived in Osaka because it is convenient and delicious. I visited this restaurant as the second stop of the night, already quite drunk, so I only have one photo. The menu is extensive and the drink selection is great. The staff is quick to assist and the payment process is smooth. If you're not too picky about taste, this place is definitely worth a visit. It's a safe choice in my opinion. On the first weekend Friday of November, we heard that we could enjoy locally sourced Jitokko chicken directly from Miyazaki Prefecture. Jitokko chicken is a native breed that has been around since the Edo period. It became known as Jitokko because it was so delicious that it was offered to local lords. The restaurant has five floors, each catering to different preferences and group sizes. We were seated on the second floor, which had an open-style layout with striking red seat chairs, giving it a slightly stylish vibe different from the usual old-fashioned izakayas we frequent. The clientele seemed to be mostly younger people. We started with a premium malt beer for 550 yen to unwind from the week. The appetizer for 400 yen consisted of cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, all seasoned with miso sauce. We began by absorbing the fat with the vegetables. The chicken liver (150 yen), chicken heart (150 yen), and yakitori (200 yen) were all delicious. The liver had a unique rich flavor, the heart had a good balance of fat and chewiness, and the yakitori had a harmonious blend of offal from animals other than chicken. The stuffed eggplant (200 yen) was more like eggplant topped with meat, but it paired well with the fat. The enoki mushrooms with ponzu sauce (380 yen) tasted more like miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (450 yen) made with chicken broth was fluffy and well-seasoned. Overall, the food was moderately delicious. However, I didn't feel the same excitement of tasting the delicious Miyazaki Jitokko chicken, perhaps because my taste buds have evolved over time or due to having experienced a higher level of flavors at other izakayas. Despite the quality ingredients, factors like precise grilling and timing of serving may have influenced the overall experience. Additionally, poor ventilation led to the smell of cigarettes from neighboring tables affecting our impression of the food. The staff, mostly young Asian women, were diligent and eager to please, but some lack of experience was noticeable. It's challenging as many food establishments rely on foreign staff. With some improvements, the restaurant's reputation could greatly change. Thank you for the meal.

I often passed by this shop many times. I had been curious about it for a long time but never had the chance to visit until now. Finally, I visited the shop. It seemed like there were shops on the upper floors of the building, maybe on the 2nd or 3rd floor? I was guided to a private room. There was something like a charcoal brazier, which turned out to be an ashtray. The atmosphere was nice. It was a second-party use, and there were many delicious-looking menu items, so I started with a toast with a draft beer and ended up ordering a variety of dishes. Everything was delicious. I will definitely visit again!

I finished work early, so I decided to stop by this yakitori restaurant. I was guided to the third floor, where there were private rooms with partitions. I started with a glass of draft beer. To my surprise, the jar on the table turned out to be an ashtray. Shocking. I ordered yakitori skewers and tonpeiyaki, and the staff recommended charcoal-grilled teppanyaki. Looking back, I realized I only ordered meat dishes and ended up feeling too full, but all the meats were very tender and the recommended charcoal-grilled teppanyaki had a great aroma and juicy meat. It was a wonderful restaurant that can be visited as a first or second stop! Thank you for the meal♪

The food is very delicious! However, there were inconsistencies in the speed of serving drinks and dishes. Sometimes we received items different from what we ordered. The rice was tasty, but it seems like many of the waitstaff are foreigners and still getting used to the job.

It seems to be divided into 5 floors. I was taken to the 3rd floor, where all the rooms were private rooms!! The menu is quite extensive, and I especially thought there were a lot of different types of tsukune (chicken meatballs)!! We had various types of tsukune such as heart, gizzard, triangular (tail), negima (chicken and leek skewers), seseri with grated daikon and ponzu sauce, chicken breast with cheese, tsukune, tsukune with cheese, and shishito peppers. The sauce was sweet and salty, which was delicious♪ The tsukune were not in dumpling form, but more like hamburgers, which personally made me happy!! There were also some skewers where you could choose between sauce and salt, but I found the salt to be a bit too salty, so I recommend the sauce instead...!! There was a wide variety of alcohol options, making it suitable for large group drinking parties. I ordered a refreshing tomato sour around my fourth drink, and I was really surprised by how refreshing it was and how delicious it tasted. Haha.

The yakitori restaurant in Shinbashi has a lot of seating, so it's likely possible to get a reservation on the same day. This time, my drinking companion managed to secure a spot for us. The atmosphere on each floor is different, ranging from the 1st to the 5th floor. There doesn't seem to be a reception area, so they may have expanded gradually. The yakitori is delivered in a dam waiter, so it arrives freshly grilled. However, the ambiance doesn't feel quite like a traditional yakitori restaurant. With a large number of seats, a wide variety of yakitori, other dishes, and drinks are available. The quality of the yakitori is decent, but most of the staff are foreigners, and it seems like a lively place to enjoy with a group of friends. While it may be slightly pricey, they offer Japanese sake such as Jukushi Tanaka 65 Sharaku, and depending on the seating, you may be able to enjoy a calm drink.

The restaurant offers good value for money and the taste is decent. I am satisfied enough.
