I stayed at the executive floor of a Swiss hotel through GoTo Travel at a great rate. On the private floor, until 5:30 pm, you could freely enjoy snacks and tea. I had coffee and a sugar-free cola. It was disappointing that there were no dried fruits or chocolate baked goods for snacks. From 5:30 pm, it was cocktail time. I had two glasses of wine by myself. The appetizers that day were mainly Japanese dishes. Compared to other hotels, I thought they could do a bit better, but it was still enjoyable.

New Year's Eve, for the third consecutive year, I walked to the Swissotel Nankai Osaka to celebrate the start of 2020. I relaxed and enjoyed the Executive Lounge's cute osechi dishes to welcome the new year. On New Year's Day, I walked to Namba Shrine and Izumisano Shrine to pray and cleanse my heart. In the evening, I enjoyed some sake and red wine. It was a great start to the year, reminiscing about past experiences and looking forward to the rest of the 9-day holiday. New Year's Day spent lounging around at the hotel~ Since the year before last, I have been staying at this Swiss hotel! From morning to afternoon tea to happy hour, the Executive Lounge here is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. While the excitement may have faded a bit over the years, the basic service is top-notch as expected from a luxury hotel. The percentage of inbound guests from Asia seems to be increasing each year, causing a few awkward moments. On New Year's Eve, after enjoying crab outside, we had a toast with champagne here! On New Year's morning, we had traditional Japanese New Year's food, although it was a bit disappointing that there were no rice cakes... Let's do our best and stay healthy this year too! On the second day, we had a Western breakfast with a plain omelette that was a bit overcooked... Not the best, but still enjoyable! Thank you~

I stayed at a hotel to watch a late-night soccer game at a sports bar. I checked in and immediately used the spa. After spending two hours in the empty bath and sauna, I headed to the lounge. I had dinner in the executive lounge included in my stay. It might not be enough for those with a big appetite, but for me, who eats lightly, it was sufficient. It would have been better if there were some fresh vegetables available.

Soba is the main dish... I spent a relaxing time at a hotel during the New Year's holiday... I feel like I've eaten too much soba... The "Swiss Hotel Executive Club Lounge" is open from 7:00 to 21:00, offering extremely detailed care and attentive service... Check-in is at 15:00... From 15:00, you can enjoy petit cakes and sandwiches... Colorful cakes, light sandwiches, cookies... Check-in process completed!!! Evening snacks & cocktails are served from 17:30 to 19:30, including beer, wine (red, white, sparkling), whisky, liqueurs, vodka, gin, various hams, cheeses, small appetizers in tiny dishes, snacks, and more... Enjoyed wine with a variety of snacks... Now, time for dinner! After dinner relaxation... Nightcap from 19:30 to 21:00, featuring whisky and other distilled spirits, snacks... How much did I drink... The next morning... Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 (until 11:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)... Made-to-order egg dishes, omelettes, fried eggs... Since it was New Year's, they served traditional New Year dishes like daikon salad, kazunoko, black beans, nanohana ohitashi, sesame smoked salmon, ham, cheese, salad, yogurt, fruits, various breads, rice cooked in a feather pot, okayu, miso soup... A wide variety of dishes, prompt replenishment... Thank you for your thoughtful care, it was delicious... Should I come back here next year? Thank you very much for the wonderful experience.

I visited the Executive Lounge on the 33rd floor for the first time, and they had a few dishes from Tabola 36. I had a light pre-dinner drink and appetizer there before heading to the sushi counter at Hana Reki on the 10th floor. Since I wasn't feeling well, I only had a small snack. It was past 8 pm, so we were the only ones at the sushi counter, which allowed us to have a leisurely chat with the chef, making the experience even more enjoyable. Next time, I want to come straight here without stopping anywhere else.

Hello everyone! It seems that RINA-san has been upgraded as a member of the R&S Hotel and can now access the club floor! Last year, I posted a review when I was a little distant from here. Recently, it seems that Center-san used the afternoon tea, and now Center-san has one member card! The club floor rooms are not much different from the rooms on other floors, but as expected! The service at the number one international hotel club lounge in Minami Osaka is smooth, with lounge check-in, check-out, light snacks and breakfast, drink service, and more! It might be a good idea to use it with a great plan. Compared to other hotels, I think this hotel is truly Osaka-like! As a result, there are many friendly overseas guests in the lounge (especially from Asia, China). It feels very Minami-like! Hello! This is RINA hoping that the lounge on the special floor of the Swiss hotel will be used as a bar! It's like the club lounge at The Ritz-Carlton or ANA Crowne Plaza! I have used it many times, but there are few business guests, and many guests staying on the special floor actually had a meal, but the evening snacks are few and really just snacks! (See photo) The taste is not bad, but I wish there were more varieties! Frankly, the quality and cost performance didn't impress me personally! The hotel staff's service is very pleasant, and I have no complaints! The first time I used a club lounge was at the opening of The Ritz-Carlton Osaka. The club lounge, which can be used like my room's lounge, has high-quality food, drinks, and service! The luxury and comfort are my number one! And the casual and cost-effective one is ANA Hotel in Shinsaibashi (I use this one the most due to its location! (laughs)) The service to guests is very good, but it feels like they don't quite hit the mark! (laughs) Even though you stay on the special floor at a high price, it seems that the parking lot is an additional charge! Despite the additional charge, it was an outdoor parking lot, but it was ¥3000! (bitter smile) I would like them to consider and learn from other hotels! I think the staff's service has improved a lot compared to before. The room decor, beds, and other international hotels compared to... I think it would be better to consider this one too! I did not have breakfast this time, so I will leave a comment on breakfast for next time.
